With the gradual maturity of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, it is urgent to change and innovate the traditional media communication paradigm. Current research and application areas include language processing, image recognition, AI systems, intelligent video technology, and text recognition. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, it is used in all walks of life in society. All sectors of society have also set off the exploration and application of artificial intelligence. In the field of news communication, artificial intelligence technology brings opportunities and challenges to the news industry in publishing news content forms and organizations. Exploring the new development trends and countermeasures of the news industry in the era of artificial intelligence has become a key topic for the news communication industry and academia. With the support of the huge communication network, the information transmission of short video news is more abundant. While people obtain information, it can also enhance the interactivity of the news. In a fast-paced society, short video news is undoubtedly closer to life. However, due to some reasons, human factors lead to incomplete access to information. In this paper, an intelligent neural network is proposed to be applied to an intelligent robot or intelligent system so that it can better obtain information to edit short video news and disseminate it, and compare it with the existing such machines or systems on the market today. This paper analyzes the development of short video news dissemination based on artificial intelligence and proposes improvement strategies based on specific examples.

<i>Background</i>: With the development of artificial intelligence technology and the transformation of the city image to the global comprehensive factor system, new demands have emerged for the visual representation of urban subway culture. <i>Objective: </i>In the era of artificial intelligence, we should explore the innovative ideas of urban subway cultural communication and put forward feasible cultural communication strategies. <i>Methods </i>The new trend of artificial intelligence technology is studied, and the new direction of urban subway culture communication is explored in combination with the information receiving mode of subway passenger groups. Through analysis, induction and other methods, the expression strategy of urban subway culture communication intelligence is proposed. <i>Results</i>: The study finds artificial intelligence technology to analyze the three main aspects of artificial intelligence to promote the new mission of urban subway culture communication, artificial intelligence to promote the new form of urban subway culture communication, and artificial intelligence to promote the new measures of urban subway culture communication, so as to realize the function of urban subway culture construction and publicity and promotion, and provide new ideas for the innovative development of urban subway culture image. <i>Conclusion: </i>Under the premise of establishing the concept of artificial intelligence, the dissemination of urban subway culture should aim at continuously meeting the public's vision of more and higher subway travel needs, so as to realize the development and innovation of urban cultural economy.

Specifically, it aims to anticipate and predict the difficulties related to creating an independent legal personality for AI tools, enabling them to assume rights and obligations, as well as establishing criminal responsibility and punishment in cases where AI technologies commit crimes punishable by law. Methods: To achieve the stated objectives, this paper employs a theoretical and analytical approach. It involves a comprehensive review and analysis of existing literature, legal frameworks, and case studies related to the legal implications of AI technologies. Additionally, hypothetical scenarios and potential challenges are discussed to illustrate the complexities involved in creating legal frameworks that address the unique nature of AI tools and their impact on society. Results: The analysis reveals several key challenges facing the legislative industry in the field of AI technologies. These challenges include the conceptualization of an independent legal personality for AI tools, determining the rights and obligations associated with such personality, and establishing mechanisms for holding AI technologies accountable for their actions. Furthermore, the paper explores the difficulties in imposing criminal responsibility and punishment on AI technologies in cases where they commit crimes. Conclusion: In conclusion, this scientific paper highlights the complexities and challenges associated with creating legal frameworks for AI technologies. By anticipating and predicting these challenges, it provides valuable insights for legislators, policymakers, and legal professionals involved in shaping the regulatory landscape for AI. Moving forward, it is essential to address these challenges proactively and develop legal frameworks that strike a balance between promoting innovation and safeguarding societal interests in the era of artificial intelligence.

In recent years, unicorn startups focused on biometrics have sprung up all around us, such as BTU and its MEG VII (Face ++). Thanks to the development of Internet and artificial intelligence technology, in many application fields, the traditional access control and identity authentication technology based on password verification is gradually transforming to the scheme based on biometric identification verification. Secure identity authentication is very important to the application of Internet. Face recognition is the most popular technology among all biometric identification technologies. In the field of biometric identification technology, it has become the most widely used technology in the field of identity authentication because of its unique non-invasive, support for infrared and visible light, no need for user cooperation and many other advantages. In the field of education, examinee identification, pedestrian identification detection at the entrance of railway stations, face electronic payment, intelligent video surveillance system, intelligent attendance and access control system, intelligent unmanned supermarkets and customs clearance ports become the pioneer fields of face recognition applications. It can be seen that the era of “national face brushing” has arrived, and the application of face recognition technology will only be more and more widespread in the current era and in the future. However, due to the sensitivity of biometric data and the heterogeneity and openness of network environment, the privacy leakage of biometric data is difficult to avoid. At present, fog computing and edge computing have been paid more and more attention in many fields. In the case that cloud service providers are unable to provide sufficient security, edge computing shows its advantages. In this paper, mobile edge computing is introduced for the first time into the face privacy protection identity authentication system based on cloud server outsourcing computing. It can not only greatly reduce the interaction frequency between users and cloud server, improve the availability and fault tolerance of the system, but also contribute to the implementation of privacy protection scheme. A deep constitutional neural network for face feature extraction is trained using deep learning framework Cafe. Cosine similarity is used to complete face verification. A privacy protection scheme based on the secure nearest neighbor algorithm is proposed, which can not only protect the security of the face feature data at the edge computing node, but also allow the edge computing node to complete the face recognition operation against the encrypted face feature data. In addition, the encryption scheme does not require large computing resources, and the accuracy of face recognition in cipher text is exactly the same as that in explain. At present, most of the solutions either have high computational complexity or poor security performance. How to reduce the computational complexity and improve the real-time performance of the system while ensuring the high security of the private data has important research significance and value. Therefore, in the cloud server outsourcing computing environment, how to complete biometric identification on the premise of protecting the privacy of biological data has become a research hot spot.

This article focuses on analyzing fathers' communication patterns in shaping early childhood science skills in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The main problem identified is the changing dynamics of communication between fathers and children, and its potential impact on the development of children's science skills. The purpose of this study is to identify effective father communication patterns in stimulating children's interest and science skills in the AI era. The research method was qualitative case study of five fathers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and content analysis of father-child interactions in the context of science learning. Then analyzed using the Miles Huberman model and then data validity with data triangulation. The results showed that father's communication focused on open-ended questions, presenting information with a creative approach, and using AI technology as a learning tool can improve children's science skills. Fathers' understanding and support of technological development is also a key factor in building children's science literacy in the AI era. The findings contribute to practical understanding for parents, educators and policy makers to shape a communication environment that supports the development of children's science skills. The practical implications can be applied in designing family education programs and science learning strategies for early childhood that are appropriate to the development of AI technology.

This research aims to analyze the role of virtual teachers and teaching robots as transformative innovations in learning systems in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). With the development of AI technology, this research focuses on how these two technologies can increase learning effectiveness, personalize education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in their implementation. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.

The results of this study indicate that the use of Artificial Intelligence in resolving Islamic inheritance disputes can assist the process of resolving inheritance disputes by automating several tasks, accelerating decision-making, and reducing costs. Artificial Intelligence technology can provide many benefits if it is implemented carefully and by prevailing Islamic principles, and the use of AI technology in the settlement of inheritance disputes in Islamic law in the era of the ASEAN Community 5.0 offers great opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy. By analysing the current status of AI ethics and governance in the United States and the European Union, and comparing it with China’s development in recent years, this article further advances the exploration of Chinese solutions to the global ethical governance of AI. On this basis, it responds positively to the call of the United Nations and international organisations to explore solutions to the four main realities of: (a) phenomenon of alienation of labour competition brought about by AI technology; (b) infringement of the subject’s personal privacy and impact on the ethics of responsibility for awareness and undermining of social fairness; (c) justice to seek a path of avoidance for collaborative governance from government supervision, public constraints, technology; and (d) sound mechanisms, which can actively promote global AI ethics.
