Clustering and Mining Algorithm of Factor Structure Data of Physical Education Teachers' Teaching Behavior Based on Internet Information Retrieval Algorithm

Traditional information retrieval algorithms ignore user needs and are unable to obtain user gaze coordinates and gaze times, resulting in low retrieval accuracy. The author proposes a new interactive information retrieval algorithm for this purpose. Divide eye tracking technology evaluation indicators, visually process eye movement information, obtain user gaze coordinates and gaze time, and calculate the influence coefficients of each gaze area and each point in the area. Weighted visual words are accumulated to get a visual word list with the weight of the associated area, and visual word list and Rocchio algorithm are combined to build a hidden Relevance feedback retrieval model in semantic space to judge information retrieval preferences. Intelligent robot is introduced, and Jensen Shannon divergence is used to calculate the Kullback–Leibler divergence distance between the probability distributions of document sets, calculate the similarity matching, and complete the interactive information retrieval. The simulation results prove that, due to the introduction of intelligent robot strategy in this method, the amount of irrelevant retrieval information is reduced by matching user needs and retrieval results. Therefore, the amount of messages generated by information retrieval is significantly lower than that of the two literature methods, without adding additional network load. The network system is in a stable operation state, and users can quickly grasp their own required information, and the retrieval speed is also improved to a certain extent. It is proved that the proposed algorithm has high retrieval accuracy, can effectively reduce network load and achieve high-quality human-computer interactive information retrieval.

BackgroundMedical endoscope is widely used in clinical practice for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment, occupying around 5% of the medical device market. Evaluating the true service level of medical endoscope is essential and necessary to improve overall performance of medical diagnosis and treatment, and to maintain competitiveness of endoscope manufacturers, however, such a tool is not available in the market. This study develops an Evaluation Index System (EIS) to assess service level of medical endoscope, and to provide suggestions for improving the service level through the Delphi method.MethodsFirstly, the possible factors influencing the service level were identified from literature review. In parallel, the Delphi expert method questionnaire was designed and 25 experts were invited to conduct three rounds of questionnaire, to evaluate and rate the possible factors. Finally, we determined the weights associated with the factors, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and percentage method, and developed the service level EIS.ResultsThe EIS consists of 3 first-level indicators, 24 s-level indicators and 68 third-level indicators. According to the weights computed using AHP, first-level indicators are ranked as post-sale (0.62), in-sale (0.25) and pre-sale (0.13). Through case verification, the medical endoscope brand Olympus had a total score of 4.17, Shanghai Aohua had a total score of 3.71, and Shanghai Chengyun had a total score of 3.28, which matches its market popularity and ranking in terms of market share. The results obtained from the EIS are consistent with the reality.ConclusionsThe EIS established in this study is comprehensive, reliable and reasonable with strong practicality. The EIS can act as a tool for the endoscope users to evaluate potential products and make informed choices. It also provides a measurable basis for endoscope manufacturers and service providers to improve service quality.

Objective Based on the theory of the Balanced Score Card framework and using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct the clinical nursing staff performance appraisal index evaluation system and provide reference for clinical nursing staff post management. Methods According to the theory of Balanced Score Card, constructed the preliminary establishment of index system for performance evaluation of clinical nursing. Used Delphi method to interview 26 nursing experts to select clinical nursing performance evaluation indicator. In the end, applied hierarchical analysis to determine index weight at all levels. Results Conducted two rounds of expert consultation; distributed 2 rounds of questionnaires by 27 and 26; recycled by 26 and 25; the recycling rate was 96.3% and 99.1%. It showed that the active coefficient of experts was higher. The degree of experts′ authority was 0.89, which meaned the higher authority. Through two rounds of expert consultation, the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.199-0.388. The evaluation of English teaching quality in colleges mainly faces two problems: the evaluation index system (EIS) is incomplete, and the evaluation model cannot easily handle complex fuzzy indices. To solve the problems, this paper explores deep into the fuzzy evaluation of college English teaching quality, and establishes a fuzzy evaluation model of college English teaching quality based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Firstly, theoretical analysis was combined with model calculation to create an improved multi-angle EIS for college English teaching quality. From both quantitative and qualitative analyses, a college English teaching quality evaluation model was constructed to handle fuzzy indices. Implementation results show that the proposed EIS and fuzzy evaluation model can effectively assess the quality of English teaching in colleges. The research results greatly promote the quality improvement of college English teaching.

We report on the development of a new automatic feedback model to improve information retrieval in digital libraries. Our hypothesis is that some particular sentences, selected based on argumentative criteria, can be more useful than others to perform well-known feedback information retrieval tasks. The argumentative model we explore is based on four disjunct classes, which has been very regularly observed in scientific reports: PURPOSE, METHODS, RESULTS, CONCLUSION. To test this hypothesis, we use the Rocchio algorithm as baseline. While Rocchio selects the features to be added to the original query based on statistical evidence, we propose to base our feature selection also on argumentative criteria. Thus, we restrict the expansion on features appearing only in sentences classified into one of our argumentative categories. Our results, obtained on the OHSUMED collection, show a significant improvement when expansion is based on PURPOSE (mean average precision = +23%) and CONCLUSION (mean average precision = +41%) contents rather than on other argumentative contents. These results suggest that argumentation is an important linguistic dimension that could benefit information retrieval.

This paper is primarily focused on the study about the evaluation of harmonious degree in enterprise in terms of tool and technique for evaluation of labor relations, aiming at provision of reliable evaluation tool by which the government can carry out a sound critical estimate of status characteristics and trends of labor relations in the enterprise from macro views, and the enterprise can conduct micro-level investigation on its own labor relations status so as to effectively resolve and prevent the contradictory conflict as well as establish stable and harmonious labor relations. On the basis of theoretical analysis and document study, the paper has constituted the theoretical evaluation index system. Furthermore according to the experts in a two round survey, the evaluation indexes were screened by Subjective Delphi Technique and Objective Membership Analysis and the operational evaluation index system were established. Again using Delphi Technique in combination with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the weights of each evaluation index were determined. Test of discernment and independence for evaluation index system has been performed through correlation analysis and variation coefficient, and the results showed that the established evaluation index system in the paper was of comparatively better independence and representativeness as well as discrimination, and was capable of reflecting the labor relations status of evaluation objects comprehensively and systematically. The index system was consistent with the principles of design and selection, which was a reliable tool and technique for evaluation of labor relations with the enterprise.

This work established an evaluation index system based on a comprehensive analysis of those factors affecting the suitability of CO2 geological storage. This evaluation index system includes three evaluation index layers of geological safety, storage scale and social economy, nine evaluation index sub‐layers, and 28 evaluation index factors, and adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and index overlay methods. Taking the Xining Basin in northwest China as an example, we conducted comprehensive analysis of geological conditions and performed quantitative evaluation based on this evaluation index system, which indicates that the Shuangshu depression of the Xining Basin is comparatively suitable for CO2 geological storage. It is suggested that this evaluation index system and the evaluation method proposed in this study are suitable for most continental sedimentary basins in China and should be widely applied.

A scientifically sound and rational teaching evaluation index system can timely diagnose existing problems in higher education, guiding and adjusting it towards an ideal state. Therefore, constructing an educational evaluation index system that aligns with the current development status of higher education is of great significance to the advancement of higher education work. This paper studies a scientific and systematic education evaluation system based on the current development situation of higher education and future work arrangements, and further optimizes the index weights of the evaluation system. Firstly, an educational evaluation system framework is constructed, including four primary dimensions and their corresponding secondary and tertiary indicators. The weight proportions of the index system are determined through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), forming a complete evaluation index system. The GA-AHP algorithm model based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used to optimize the index weights in the education evaluation system. Experiments show that our proposed method can effectively solve the problem in the AHP method where, once the judgment matrix is given, the weights and consistency indices cannot be improved.

Evaluation of power quality governance effect is of great reference significance for the optimization of the governance scheme. Rapid advancements in web-based technology have significantly transformed the health care landscape. In China, internet hospitals have emerged as vital components of the health care system. This rapid growth highlights the necessity for a thorough evaluation of internet hospitals within the health care system, as they operate under models distinct from traditional health care settings. This study aimed to identify critical indicators that reflect the service capabilities of internet hospitals and to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for their assessment. This study initially compiled a pool of indicators through literature review and expert consultation. The final evaluation index system was established using the Delphi method, involving 2 rounds of expert consultation, and the index weights were determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. In total, 21 experts from relevant fields, such as hospital management, clinical services, and health information management, were enrolled in the consultation. After 2 rounds of Delphi consultation, the experts' positive coefficients were 95.45% and 100%, and the authoritative coefficients were both >0.7. The final evaluation index system for the service capabilities of internet hospitals contained 3 first-level indicators, 9 second-level indicators, and 29 third-level indicators. The first-level indicators were categorized into 3 dimensions: "Internet hospital infrastructure," "Internet hospital services," and "Internet hospital management." "Internet hospital infrastructure" encompasses the essential conditions for service delivery, such as hardware and software resources, human capital, information security, and payment systems. "Internet hospital services" focuses on the scope and depth of services offered, such as "online medical services," "online pharmaceutical services," and "collaborative services." Finally, "Internet hospital management" is divided into "medical administration" and "general management." Weights were assigned to each indicator using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, revealing that "Internet hospital services" held the highest importance (0.573) among 3 first-level indicators, followed by "Internet hospital infrastructure" (0.239) and "Internet hospital management" (0.188). Among the second-level indicators, "Online medical service" emerged as the most critical (0.344), followed by "Medical administration" (0.140), "Online pharmaceutical service" (0.119), "Collaboration service" (0.110), and "Information security" (0.087). Among the third-level indicators, "Online health consultation" (0.092) had the highest weight, followed by "Online chronic disease management" (0.080), "Online pharmaceutical consultation" (0.076), "Consistency between online medical service and offline medical service" (0.071), and "Medical quality management" (0.071). This study identified and established a comprehensive evaluation index system for assessing the service capabilities of internet hospitals in China. The resulting index system not only provides a valuable tool for evaluating and improving service delivery in internet hospitals but also serves as a foundation for future studies in this rapidly evolving field.
