Container Multimodal Cooperative Transportation Management Information System Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

The basic characteristic of container multimodal transport mode is to transport container goods by various modes of transport, which mainly involves in-station transit of containers, container sending operation and cargo handling operation steps. In the new era, the technical means of Internet of Things in the practice field of container multimodal transport has been comprehensively innovated and optimized, which fully ensures that each concrete implementation process and link of container multimodal transport can achieve more obvious transportation cost saving benefits and innovates the operation mode of container multimodal transport business. Therefore, the mode innovation and transformation of container multimodal transport must rely on the integration and support of the Internet of Things technology.

To optimize the container multimodal transportation path selection problem with differences in cargo time sensitivity, this paper introduces the concept of mixed time windows and establishes an integer programming model from the perspective of carriers. The objective is to minimize the total transportation cost while meeting the customer’s on-time delivery requirements. The model imposes hard time window constraints on cargoes with on-time delivery requirements and soft time window constraints on general cargoes. A bi-level genetic algorithm is employed to solve the model. A case study is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Experimental results show that the bi-level genetic algorithm’s convergence ability, efficiency, stability, and global search capabilities are far superior to those of traditional single-level genetic algorithms. This indicates that the use of multi-stage solution approaches can mitigate the shortcomings of genetic algorithms in dealing with high-dimensional problems. In addition, when analyzing the effects of time penalty intensity and time window on decision-making results, it is found that the more time-sensitive cargoes are more likely to be affected by the time window setting, and will tend to sacrifice costs to ensure that the time demand is met. At the same time an increase in demand for time-sensitive services is accompanied by an increase in operating costs. Accurate assessment and classification of time sensitivity of cargoes can effectively prevent wasting resources in unnecessary areas, and ultimately maximize decision outcomes and ensure the most efficient use of resources.

The container multimodal transportation is an advanced organization manner, by which the coordinate organization and management among all kinds of transportation modes and among all participants of the whole network is an objective requirement. Coordinate planning is the basis of coordinate management. The graded structure of multimodal transportation planning is analyzed first. Then, the conceptual model of graded optimization is put forward. Besides, mathematical models are proposed for the hardcore of the conceptual model, container regular liner shipping and inland transshipment planning subproblems. By means of the analysis of the structural characteristics of the problem solution, two corresponding genetic algorithms are designed for the two subproblems. Simulation tests show the efficiency of the proposed models and algorithms.

The National Academies Board on Human Systems Integration (BOHSI) has organized this session exploring the state of the art and research and design frontiers relating to the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to Healthcare. Advances in AI, machine learning, and robotics promise to revolutionize access to and quality of healthcare. At the same time lessons learned from earlier applications of AI technologies suggest a need to carefully consider the user and use context and the need for effective human-machine teaming design to avoid brittle systems that fail to be used or worse that negatively impact patient safety. The Panel brings together prominent researchers from both the Human Factors and Computer Science and AI communities to discuss promising applications, challenges and short-falls and ways forward for achieving the promise of enhanced delivery of health care through application of AI technologies.

The article is devoted to the study of the application of artificial intelligence technologies in law enforcement activities in Ukraine and the world. The purpose of the article is to analyze the international and domestic experience of using digital technologies in law enforcement activities, to identify the shortcomings of the legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in this area, to provide proposals for its improvement in Ukraine. It was found that one of the countries that is actively expanding the use of artificial intelligence and successfully introducing relevant technologies into public administration is China. The artificial intelligence system which is used in China called «Zero Trust». The purpose of using this system is to prevent the commission of corruption offenses. It is emphasized, that the disadvantage of the «Zero Trust» system is that artificial intelligence, identifying the cause of corruption, does not indicate the algorithms and principles of this process. At the same time, the experience of using artificial intelligence in the field of preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine is considered when carrying out automated verification of persons declarations of authorized to perform state and local government functions. Ways of improving legal regulation when conducting financial control of declarations using artificial intelligence technologies are proposed. It has been found that artificial intelligence is widely used in the USA to predict the prevalence and state of crime. It was emphasized that Ukraine also has experience in the application of artificial intelligence technologies in law enforcement activities. Artificial intelligence is used in the development and implementation of departmental specialized intelligent software, the implementation of operative and investigative actions (for the recognition of video objects observation by comparing images in social networks, etc). It was concluded that artificial intelligence and digital technologies help to quickly process large volumes of information in the investigation and prevention of criminal activity. Modern developments in the field of artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies, which are implemented in foreign countries to prevent and fight crime, are of great importance for the improvement of legal regulation in this field in Ukraine.

Against the background of the new era, the birth of artificial intelligence technology opened a new chapter in human development. Artificial intelligence technology has been developed in many places. The report discusses the application and innovation of artificial intelligence technology in college sports. The first thing people think of artificial intelligence is robots. In fact, it can be said that artificial intelligence can replace human labor. Artificial intelligence is a product of modern technology and cannot be understood unilaterally. For example, the various means of transportation used in people’s daily travel is an artificial intelligence that can replace people’s walking. Another example is that elevators can replace people on stairs. It is also a type of artificial intelligence, which is not an advanced technology. Product, it is also seen everywhere in people’s daily life. Artificial intelligence is a synthesis of scientific and intelligent technology created by human beings. It is a scientific technology including computer science, cognition, logic, etc., formed through mutual intersection and integration. In recent years, artificial intelligence has achieved considerable development, but there are still a series of unsolved problems, and the development of artificial intelligence is still very long. This article studies what artificial intelligence has facilitated and changed the physical education in colleges and universities, and what changes have taken place in the teaching mode are all worthy of our thinking. As a result, artificial intelligence technology is convenient for teachers and students in teaching. Let’s take a look at how to innovate.

To deal with the uncertainty of container multi-modal transport, a container multi-modal transport route optimization model based on the reliability is proposed. To deal with the problem that network has multiplicity and that node has weights in multi-modal transport, the paper pre-processes the multi-modal transport network to three-dimensional graph based on the transport mode, and uses the improved Dijkstra algorithm to get the K-th shortest path set which take transport time and transport cost as the main target. On this basis, we find out the reliability of the common paths, and figure out the path which has higher reliability. The simulation experiments take sea routes of China to Australia as the main route, prove the model and method can improve the reliability of transport, to a certain extent, can also reduce the loss of the consignor.

The widespread application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Industry 4.0 can improve the work efficiency of doctors and help more patients. The application direction of AI in pharmaceutical logistics can be roughly divided into two types: First, AI technology empowers intelligent devices, and second, it improves labor efficiency through software systems. This article summarizes the digital development of the pharmaceutical industry in the United States, the European Union, and Japan, analyzes the current status and shortcomings of digital development in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry, and proposes digital development strategies for Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry. The development of the domestic Internet has promoted the reform and progress of the pharmaceutical industry, but the policy development of digital applications needs to catch up. The digital transformation of the pharmaceutical industry faces problems such as the need for digital technology support for new drug research and development, medical data security problems, and the need for service platform construction for pharmaceutical enterprises. Finally, this article provides feasible suggestions for the better application of AI technology in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry by reviewing the research status, development trends, and development bottlenecks of AI technology in this area.

This paper first introduces artificial intelligence, analyzes the advantages and development trend of automatic informatization of landscape design auxiliary system, and finally discusses the application of artificial intelligence technology in landscape design auxiliary system.

Artificial intelligence is the main front to build new quality productive forces and is leading the fourth revolution of science and technology of human beings. The wide application of artificial intelligence technology has triggered people's concerns about unemployment. However, we do not have to worry too much. Artificial intelligence technology will not only replace human work, but also create more job opportunities and higher value-added work. It is imperative to conduct special research on labor force training and re-employment for industries and positions that may be replaced by artificial intelligence in the future, and take the initiative to respond in advance and take comprehensive and effective measures as soon as possible, so as to better adapt to the application and development of artificial intelligence technology.

Summary. The article highlights the topical issue of development of container multimodal transport, which are a priority in the development of transport services, their use will increase the volume of cargo delivered to the destination by the most efficient modes of transport (their combination). Container transportation of goods significantly reduces the cost of delivery of goods from producers to consumers. Container transportation has become the most economical without transhipment technology, and, above all, in the intercontinental multimodal land-sea service. The aim of the work is to study the practical aspects, substantiate practical recommendations for the logistics of multimodal container transportation of goods in global supply chains. Conduct at comparative analysis of the implementation of multimodal container traffic in different containers, namely 20 and 40 feet. The analysis and calculations of the data of container transportation processes for the conditions of two international transport corridors: TRACECA and trans-Caspian international transport route are carried out. The cost of transportation by sea, although their number is small relative to the total share of routes, significantly affects the total cost of transportation. In order to stimulate freight traffic on these routes, member states have set discounts of up to 10% of the cost of the ferry fare. Studies suggest that the use of multimodal container traffic is currently economically feasible. The conducted research of practical aspects and substantiation of practical recommendations on logistics of multimodal container transportation of goods in global supply chains suggests that the use of container transportation is a way of delivery today using multimodal options for delivery of goods. An in-depth comparative analysis of the implementation of multimodal container traffic in different containers, namely 20 and 40 feet, allows us to conclude that the use of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TMTM) with a 20-foot container is a more economically attractive option and can be recommended.

In the current era of rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the field of education is undergoing profound transformations[1]. As a crucial component of the Japanese language teaching system, the traditional teaching model of "Japanese Audio-Visual-Speaking" faces numerous challenges in cultivating students' comprehensive language application abilities. Against the backdrop of the AI era, this paper delves into the practice and application of AI technology in the teaching of "Japanese Audio-Visual-Speaking." By analyzing the current applications of AI technology in Japanese speech recognition, personalized learning, and virtual simulation scenario construction, combined with specific teaching practice cases, this paper elaborates on the innovative breakthroughs brought by AI technology to "Japanese Audio-Visual-Speaking" teaching, including advantages such as improved learning efficiency, enhanced interactivity, and personalized instruction. At the same time, it objectively examines the challenges faced during the application of AI technology, such as technological dependence, the transformation of teachers' roles, and data security, and provides an outlook on the future development trends of AI technology in "Japanese Audio-Visual-Speaking" teaching, offering references for promoting the modernization of Japanese audio-visual-speaking instruction.

This article is devoted to the creation of a model of observational diagnostics for patients in dentistry using artificial intelligence as an information and measurement system. Artificial intelligence technology and algorithms in the field of clinical and radiographic image analysis in general dentistry and orthopedics have become the most common systems, contributing to accurate and timely diagnosis of a particular patient. Along with clinical practice images, radiographs are key tools for graphic visualization of the patient's dentition. A model of observational diagnostics for patients using artificial intelligence technology as the latest tool in the healthcare industry can become a structured method of information standardization and measurements in general dentistry. The model of observational diagnostics can serve as a fundamental component of functional diagnostics based on artificial intelligence algorithms, since they have a special potential for increasing the reliability and consistency of diagnostic measurements and information used by a dentist during treatment planning and restoration of the dentition. The model of observational diagnostics of dental patients presented by the authors implies a significant step forward in the development of highprecision methods of functional diagnostics, monitoring and analysis of patient condition measurements. The algorithm of the observational diagnostics model was integrated into the program, the operation of which is based on artificial intelligence technology in order to increase the efficiency, consistency, optimality and accuracy of the processes carried out in clinical practice. The purpose of the study is to determine the characteristics of the model of observational diagnostics of dental patients using artificial intelligence as an information and measuring system. Main results of the study: 1) the characteristics of the practical application of artificial intelligence technology for radiographs, clinical images of patients' teeth are provided; 2) the essential aspects of the model of observational diagnostics of dental patients, as well as the features of its practical application for planning dental treatment of patients are highlighted; 3) the results of practical testing of the model of observational diagnostics of dental patients are reflected (using the example of detection and treatment of caries). Research materials: the results of academic studies on the assessment of functional diagnostics of oral cavity and dentition pathologies using artificial intelligence technology; practical testing of the model of observational diagnostics for dental patients (using the example of detection and treatment of caries in a 49yearold woman). Research methods: systematization, comparative analysis, contrastive analysis, generalization, abstractlogical method, induction, deduction, systems approach, data conceptualization, graphical and tabular visualization of data, construction of informationmeasuring systems, artificial intelligence methods, study of clinical images and radiographs of patients' dental arches. The main conclusions of the study: 1) information and measuring instruments, the operation of which is based on artificial intelligence technology, have become the basis for the rapid processing of significant amounts of information, increasing the accuracy and efficiency of clinical decisions in dentistry. These information and measuring systems allow us to determine complex patterns on radiographs and clinical images of dental arches, to increase the degree of accuracy of functional diagnostics, in particular, in the presence of subtle pathologies and disorders; 2) artificial intelligence technology cannot replace a qualified dentist, such information and measuring systems only complement the accumulated human professional experience, allowing us to jointly carry out functional diagnostics of patients with a dental profile; 3) the potential of artificial intelligence technologies to create comprehensive plans and reports for dental treatment and dental restoration forms the basis for the joint activities of the latest tools and a dentist. In the context of the study, it is noted that artificial intelligence algorithms have become a powerful informationmeasuring tool for improving the decisionmaking process in dental practice, since digital technology promptly and quickly provides feedback to the dentist about missed anomalies or suboptimal methods of dental treatment and restorative medicine. Integration of the model of observational diagnostics for dental patients will make it possible to form an algorithm for the operation of artificial intelligence that fully complies with the recommendations for functional diagnostics and dental treatment of patients, developed on the basis of factual information. The use of artificial intelligence algorithms in dental practice will increase the efficiency of the general industry standard for providing dental services to patients.
