세계적으로 물류의 중요성이 증대되고 있으며, 물류산업의 발전과 더불어 학생과 근로자의 수가 증가하였다. 세계적인 물동량의 증가와 물류수요의 증대로 인해 많은 사람들이 물류에 종사하게 되었고, 물류산업은 지속적으로 성장하고 있다. 본 논문은 호주의 물류에 대한 현재와 미래의 인력확보와 산업발전에 따른 대응 전략을 연구하였다. 호주의 물류산업과 연관된 경제, 노동력 및 무역에 관한 거시적인 배경 에서부터 공급망에 대한 인식과 물류산업의 장래 고용전망을 알아보고 이에 대응하여 공급망관리에서 요구하는 능력과 기술에 대해 연구하 였다. 호주는 2017년 세계에서 13번째로 큰 경제 대국이며 호주의 노동력은 세계에서 가장 교육받고 다문화적이고 다국어를 구사하는 나라 중하나이다. 호주의 근로자는 우수한 교육 시스템, 우수한 과학 연구 기관 및 전문 교육 서비스의 가용성으로 인해 고도로 숙련되어 있다. 이들을 대상으로 물류에 대한 호감도를 조사한 자료에 의하면 학생들이 다른 직업에 비해 섹시하지 않다고 생각하고 있고, 직업상담사들도 트럭과 창고 분야를 그렇게 보기 때문에 공급망 이미지는 문제가 있다고 본다. 그 이유는 낮은 급여와 저평가된 산업 이미지, 노령인구의 증가와 자격증 획득에 필요한 시간과 비용의 문제와 조직에서의 경쟁을 들었다. 그러나 산업의 발전에 따라 물류관련 전문인력의 증가가 예상되는데 앞으로 어떠한 기술과 지식과 능력을 갖춘 인재를 육성해야 하는지에 대해서 연구하였다. 본 논문은 호주의 물류 및 공급망 전문가의 개발에 관한 연구이다.The importance of logistics is increasing worldwide. The logistics industry in China has developed into a unique pattern. Logistics informatization is one of the important parts of modern logistics, which distinguishes with the traditional logistics. More and more urgent demands for logistics information generates with the development of social logistics. The key problem that needs to be solved in modern logistics is how to analyze and extract the useful information from a great deal of information. This paper mainly analyzes the potential users of logistics information platform, and proposes a novel design pattern and operation procedure for modern logistics information platform, which promotes the development of modern logistics to some extent.

Logistics industry is not only the link connecting economic activities, but also an important thrust to stimulate domestic demand. Under the development background of the new era, the high-quality development of logistics industry has become an indispensable force for high-quality economic development. Reasonable and effective evaluation is an important prerequisite to promote its high-quality development. Guided by the concept of high-quality development, it innovatively adds the dimension of logistics development resource cost. Based on the data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2019, in view of the limitations of projection pursuit, genetic algorithm and projection pursuit are organically combined, which were used to measure the high-quality development level of China’s regional logistics and analyze its spatial distribution characteristics. The reliability and accuracy of the evaluation results are improved, and the spatial information nature is analyzed by spatial exploration The results showed that the most important dimensions affecting the high-quality development of the logistics industry were logistics carrying capacity and technological innovation support. During the study period, there were significant differences in the high-quality development of regional logistics. The average annual logistics industry in the three provinces of Guangdong, Shandong and Jiangsu had relatively high level of high-quality development. By contrast, the development level of the three provinces of Tibet, Qinghai and Hainan was relatively low. In general, although the high-quality development of the logistics industry was increasing year by year, showing a trend of high level in the eastern region, followed by central region, low level in the western region, the gap had not been effectively shortened. In addition, the high-quality development of the regional logistics industry had a significant positive geographical correlation, showing a trickle drop effect in space.

Green logistics has become important in the development of China's logistics industry, and the evaluation and monitoring of the development of green logistics have attracted much research interest. Green logistics is closely related to the overall logistics development based on the awareness of sustainable development. Taking Fujian Province as an example, we construct the evaluation index system of logistics development to evaluate the results of green development. After standardizing and dimensioning the evaluation index data with SPSS, the score of logistics development level in Fujian from 2014 to 2019 is obtained by using principal component analysis, and the development of green logistics in the region is evaluated based on the proportion of energy consumption of logistics industry during this period. The results show that the development of green logistics in this region is in a good direction, and the logistics industry presents sustainable development.

This paper analyzes the present situation of Beijing logistics development, starting from the total economic output, economic structure, economic location and other aspects, basic economic situation of Beijing is analyzed. From the transportation infrastructure construction present situation, the current status of development of logistics industry, logistics enterprises are analyzed in terms of status and problems of Beijing logistics development; then further analysis of Beijing logistics development environment, all of these indicate that it is very necessary for Beijing logistics demand forecast. Using the econometric model to analyze and forecast the total demand analysis of Beijing logistics, discusses the influencing factors of Beijing logistics demand, thus the construction of index system of logistics demand forecast, and selects freight, freight turnover as a quantitative index to measure the total quantity of logistics demand, using the Eviews model and the analysis, obtains the Beijing logistics demand presents the fast growth to the situation in the future five years.

The low-carbon transformation of the logistics industry is an important component of achieving China's "dual carbon" goals. Analyzing the dynamic evolution of carbon emissions in China's logistics industry and exploring effective paths for green and low-carbon development under the background of digital intelligence are of great significance for the long-term development of the logistics industry. Based on the carbon emission coefficient method, we calculated the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in 30 provinces and cities in China and analyzed the dynamic evolution of the logistics industry using kernel density analysis. We also constructed a measurement index system for the level of digitalization and incorporated it into the TOE framework, based on the three levels of technology, organization, and environment, to construct the antecedents of carbon emissions in the logistics industry, using the fsQCA method for configuration analysis of carbon emission reduction pathways in the logistics industry. The results indicate that: ① The carbon emissions of China's logistics industry showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, with a gradual decrease in the concentration of carbon emissions in the early stage and an increase in regional differences in carbon emissions, indicating spatial polarization. The gap between regions gradually narrowed in the later stage, and the distribution became more concentrated and balanced. ② There were three driving modes for low-carbon emissions in the logistics industry: digital intelligence-open collaborative type, technology-market synergy type, and digital intelligence-environment collaborative type. Among them, digital intelligence-open collaborative type was the most common. ③ There were three driving modes for non-low-carbon emissions in the logistics industry: open deficiency type, technology-open deficiency type, and numerical intelligence deficiency type. This was mainly due to the lack of two variables, namely the level of digital intelligence and the degree of openness to the outside world. ④ The presence of multiple configurational paths indicated that the level of digital intelligence was a core condition for the low-carbon development of China's logistics industry. Empowering the low-carbon transformation of the logistics industry with digital intelligence is a way to alleviate the burden of high-quality development in the logistics industry. The research findings can provide important reference and guidance for the government and relevant departments.

China’s economy has stepped up from the high-speed growth stage to the high-quality development stage. With the high-quality development of the economy, the logistics industry is bound to move towards high-quality development. By establishing the index system of high-quality economic development and logistics, this work has measured their high-quality development level and analyzed their coupling coordination degree by using the coupling coordination model. The results show that there are great regional differences in high-quality economic development, high-quality logistics development and their coupling coordination degree in China. In the areas with high-quality economic development, the logistics industry is not necessarily high quality, and the coupling coordination degree between the logistics industry and high-quality economic development is generally not high. The main reason for this is that the coordination between the logistics industry and high-quality economic development is poor. While vigorously improving the high-quality level of the logistics industry, it should strengthen the high-quality connection between the logistics industry and the economy, so as to form a situation of mutual promotion and common development.

With the expansion of international trade, railways play an increasingly pivotal role in supporting high‐quality logistics development in China. This study employs the entropy‐TOPSIS method and econometric regression to objectively evaluate the contribution of railway logistics. Indicator weights are determined via the entropy method, and provincial development levels are assessed using TOPSIS, followed by regression analysis to quantify impacts on logistics quality. Results demonstrate that railway logistics significantly enhance high‐quality logistics development, with railway freight volume serving as a core driver of efficiency and service improvement. Control variables such as government fiscal expenditure exhibit limited effects, suggesting the dominance of railway logistics in shaping logistics outcomes. The findings highlight the necessity of increasing investment in railway infrastructure and optimizing freight network layouts to promote sustainable, innovative, and open logistics systems. This research provides both a novel methodological framework and empirical insights for advancing high‐quality logistics in China.

The logistics industry is an important support for the construction and development of my country’s national economy, and there is a close relationship between regional logistics and regional economy. In order to comprehensively evaluate the level of logistics competitiveness in Henan Province, this paper has established 11 evaluation indexes of Henan logistics industry competitiveness from three perspectives: regional economic conditions, logistics demand and logistics industry support factors. With the help of SPSS 22.0 software for factor analysis, 11 indexes are divided into two public factors: logistics economic development environment, logistics demand and scale, and the competitiveness of the logistics industry of 18 province-administered cities in Henan Province is ranked. According to the scores of 2 factors, the 18 provincial cities were divided into five categories using the systematic cluster analysis method, and then the development ideas for the development of the logistics industry of each type of provincial cities were put forward to provide a reference for the overall development of the logistics industry in Henan Province. At the same time, it also provides reference for the development of logistics industry in other regions.

The logistics industry has gradually become a fundamental driving force supporting China's economic development, but it faces problems such as unbalanced regional development. To promote the development of China's logistics industry and improve the level of logistics services, this study, based on existing research results, selects 9 indicators to establish a logistics capability evaluation index system for the research on logistics capability. Factor analysis is used to conduct an overall data analysis of 10 cities in Gansu Province, and the SPSS software is applied to analyze the data of the 9 selected indicators. Finally, the comprehensive scores and rankings of logistics capabilities of the 10 cities in Gansu Province are obtained. Based on the factor analysis, conclusions are drawn, and suggestions for the development of the logistics industry in Gansu Province are put forward to enhance regional logistics capabilities.

In the 40 years since the reform and opening up, China's logistics industry has made great progress, but there is still the problem of uneven development in various provinces and regions. This paper selects three first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators to establish an evaluation index system for the development level of the logistics industry. The three primary indicators include infrastructure indicators, scale indicators and external environmental indicators. By using the grey relational analysis and Entropy weight method to evaluate China's logistics industry development level, and compare logistics industry development level of provinces and regions. It is concluded that the cause of the provinces and regional logistics industry development level is uneven. Finally, according to the actual situation provide suggestions for the development of logistics industry in future.

Achieving sustainable development of the coal industry is of strategic importance for ensuring national security. The purpose of the article is to identify stress factors for the sustainable development of the coal industry associated with the current objective trends in the Russian and world economies. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that understanding the stress factors for the sustainable development of the coal industry makes it possible to form industrial policy directions to prevent the development or minimize the consequences of existing negative trends that weaken the industry's potential in the long term. The novelty of the study is expressed in the approach to the analysis of sustainable development factors, since most researchers do not separate risk factors and stress factors. When describing stress factors, the following groups were identified: financial, human, technological, political, and environmental. In the study of stress factors, a context-oriented approach was used. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the main stress factors for the sustainable development of the Russian coal industry are associated not only with the implementation of decarbonization programs for world economies, but also with a number of intra-system problems in the development of the industry. Among the latter, the problems of reducing domestic consumption of coal, increasing freight rates for rail transportation, a high degree of import dependence of coal mining against the background of a low level of innovative potential of domestic engineering, the presence of personnel problems in coal mining, etc. The Russian government's Program 2035 does not take into account a number of stress factors caused by the current trends in the development of interconnected and related industries and areas of activity. Proceeding from this, measures aimed at increasing the sustainability of the development of the coal industry are proposed. The conclusion is made about the need to identify and assess stress factors in the formation of industrial policy directions. The practical results of the study can be used to develop measures to strengthen the long-term sustainability of the coal industry and the choice of tools to respond to risks provoked by stress factors.
