A Research on Normalized Construction of Logistics Information Platform

The informatization of agricultural products logistics (APL) is an objective requirement with the development of agricultural modernization. This paper briefly analyzes domestic and foreign APL, and we suggest a scheme of building logistics information platform taking the situation of Henan province (In the central of China) as an example. Considering the demand of analysis on the platform, the structure, hierarchy and function of the platform are designed by the principle of building an information platform. With the example of Henan province, we hope it could provide theoretical and practical guidance for others constructions of APL platform. The authors Published by Atlantis Press 1796 1.2 Informationization development of Agricultural products logistics With the popularization of information technology, and with the B2B and B2C mode, online supermarkets, chain stores and other modern methods fundamentally promote the development of the agricultural market. Logistics informationization is the essential characteristics of modern APL, and makes modern APL different from traditional one. Logistics Informationization uses modern information technology to logistics, cash flow, information flow and other resources integration. It is used to construct logistics information platform and promote the development of modern APL industry. The research on informatization is related with logistics industry. Yi Quan [7], etc in an article of A research onthe construction of Yangtze River main line logistics information platform, analyzes on the Yangtze river main line feasibility and necessity of constructing the EDI system, and then finally puts forward some Suggestions of EDI system construction. Fu Lan [8] in APL information system design pointed out that in order to realize the modernization of APL, logistics information system construction is the important means, according to the function of APL system, where she divided into seven subsystems. Through the construction of public information platform and function modules with mutual cooperation, the information is sharing between the two sides of supply and demand. Cui Man, Lu Jianjun, Zhao Anxin, Wei Chen [9] from the Internet of things technology, found the low efficiency of logistics and the low degree of information sharing in the existence of coal enterprise, and propose to establish the information platform to enhance information feedback speed and information sharing degrees. 2 DEMAND OF APL INFORMATION PLATFORM Agricultural production is the main economic industry in Henan Province located in the central region of country where it has convenient transportation. This paper gives, taking Henan province as an example, a brief analysis and design of APL information platform. 2.1 Development Status of APL informationization in Henan Compared with developed countries, and domestic economic developed regions, in aspect of infrastructure, information standards, new technology applications, logistics platform construction and talents training, Henan Province falls behind a huge gap, which mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) Logistics information disconnect, and difficult to trace agricultural product quality safety problems. (2) Poor infrastructure, difficult to establish a unified standard data and collect information. (3) Logistics information is isolated. 2.2 Analysis development of APL with SWOT method S Geographical: a transportation hub for rail, road and aviation for domestic lines of northsouth and east-west. Resources: the largest grain production base, the second fruit and vegetable production. Information network: based on Internet, broadband network information platform is constructing to be perfected. Policy: the local government issued some support policies. W Logistics management: there is no unified management, and different departments manage their own section, and also division of labor and responsibility is not clear. Circulation: unprocessed primary products occupy a large share, and it does not bring value-added benefits; circulation too much, causing an increase in costs IT backward: poor infrastructure and technology development lags behind. O Henan province established a modern logistics industry development planning in Henan province (2012-2015). Relying on a large circulation enterprises and wholesale markets, developing agricultural logistics, and supporting agricultural goods storage and distribution system in the province, to promote the development of logistics

As an important part of regional logistics demand forecasting in logistics system planning, in order to develop regional logistics development policy, planning and construction of logistics infrastructure, provide the basis for the necessary for analysis of the logistics market development trend. Due to the development of China's logistics industry is still in its infancy stage, various statistical data of logistics demand forecast needs is not complete, in the limited sample data, how to make a reasonable demand forecast for regional logistics has become a very important research topic. Beijing as Chinese political economic center, is the domestic cargo turnover, and an important hub for import and export, As the core of the Bohai Sea Economic Circle, Beijing in the regional economic development as a transport hub and logistics channel plays a more and more important role, therefore, should be on the Beijing logistics demand forecast analysis. This paper analyzes the present situation of Beijing logistics development, starting from the total economic output, economic structure, economic location and other aspects, basic economic situation of Beijing is analyzed. From the transportation infrastructure construction present situation, the current status of development of logistics industry, logistics enterprises are analyzed in terms of status and problems of Beijing logistics development; then further analysis of Beijing logistics development environment, all of these indicate that it is very necessary for Beijing logistics demand forecast. Using the econometric model to analyze and forecast the total demand analysis of Beijing logistics, discusses the influencing factors of Beijing logistics demand, thus the construction of index system of logistics demand forecast, and selects freight, freight turnover as a quantitative index to measure the total quantity of logistics demand, using the Eviews model and the analysis, obtains the Beijing logistics demand presents the fast growth to the situation in the future five years.

Based on the requirements of smart transportation logistics information technology development strategy, this paper proposed planning strategies and designing methods of a integrated transportation and logistics information platform, as well as a specific information platform system architecture and functional model. The technology paths and methods of the functional components of this information platform were also discussed comprehensively.

세계적으로 물류의 중요성이 증대되고 있으며, 물류산업의 발전과 더불어 학생과 근로자의 수가 증가하였다. 세계적인 물동량의 증가와 물류수요의 증대로 인해 많은 사람들이 물류에 종사하게 되었고, 물류산업은 지속적으로 성장하고 있다. 본 논문은 호주의 물류에 대한 현재와 미래의 인력확보와 산업발전에 따른 대응 전략을 연구하였다. 호주의 물류산업과 연관된 경제, 노동력 및 무역에 관한 거시적인 배경 에서부터 공급망에 대한 인식과 물류산업의 장래 고용전망을 알아보고 이에 대응하여 공급망관리에서 요구하는 능력과 기술에 대해 연구하 였다. 호주는 2017년 세계에서 13번째로 큰 경제 대국이며 호주의 노동력은 세계에서 가장 교육받고 다문화적이고 다국어를 구사하는 나라 중하나이다. 호주의 근로자는 우수한 교육 시스템, 우수한 과학 연구 기관 및 전문 교육 서비스의 가용성으로 인해 고도로 숙련되어 있다. 이들을 대상으로 물류에 대한 호감도를 조사한 자료에 의하면 학생들이 다른 직업에 비해 섹시하지 않다고 생각하고 있고, 직업상담사들도 트럭과 창고 분야를 그렇게 보기 때문에 공급망 이미지는 문제가 있다고 본다. 그 이유는 낮은 급여와 저평가된 산업 이미지, 노령인구의 증가와 자격증 획득에 필요한 시간과 비용의 문제와 조직에서의 경쟁을 들었다. 그러나 산업의 발전에 따라 물류관련 전문인력의 증가가 예상되는데 앞으로 어떠한 기술과 지식과 능력을 갖춘 인재를 육성해야 하는지에 대해서 연구하였다. 본 논문은 호주의 물류 및 공급망 전문가의 개발에 관한 연구이다.The importance of logistics is increasing worldwide. With the development of the logistics industry, the number of students and workers has increased. Due to the increase in world trade volume and the increase in logistics demand, many people are engaged in logistics, and the logistics industry is growing steadily. This paper deals with the current and future manpower securing the development of Australian logistics industry. From the macroeconomic backgrounds of the economy, labor and trade associated with the Australian logistics industry, we have identified the supply chain perception and future employment prospects for the logistics industry and have studied the capabilities and skills required in supply chain management in response. According to the data on the favorability of logistics, it is seen that students do not think that they are sexy compared to other jobs, and career advisors also see trucks and warehouses. The reasons are low Wages and poor industrial image, increased aging population, time and cost of acquiring qualifications and competition in organizations. However, as the industry develops, it is expected to increase the number of skilled manpower related to logistics. We have studied what kind of skills, knowledge and abilities are needed. This paper deals with the development of Australian logistics and supply chain Professionals.

Green logistics has become important in the development of China's logistics industry, and the evaluation and monitoring of the development of green logistics have attracted much research interest. Green logistics is closely related to the overall logistics development based on the awareness of sustainable development. Taking Fujian Province as an example, we construct the evaluation index system of logistics development to evaluate the results of green development. After standardizing and dimensioning the evaluation index data with SPSS, the score of logistics development level in Fujian from 2014 to 2019 is obtained by using principal component analysis, and the development of green logistics in the region is evaluated based on the proportion of energy consumption of logistics industry during this period. The results show that the development of green logistics in this region is in a good direction, and the logistics industry presents sustainable development.

With the development of Internet information technology and the continuous progress of the modern logistics industry, logistics information technology has become a hot topic in today’s society. In order to integrate the logistics resources of the society, better serve the society, and ensure the smooth flow of information throughout the logistics industry chain, the logistics information platform has gradually developed. This paper mainly takes the “Cargo Carpooling” platform as the analysis object, and based on the Web service, studies the evaluation attribute of the logistics resource information provided by each information service provider in the platform. Through analysis, the evaluation attributes are divided into two parts: Web attribute and logistics attribute, and the qualitative index is quantified by the triangular fuzzy function.

To explore whether or not the problems caused by the payment model drawback of Logistics Information Platforms (LIPs) relates to themselves, the system dynamics (SD) was introduced and constructed the systematic causal relationships among the offline-pay mode drawback and the LIPs described by the causality diagram. It shows the current offline-pay mode used by LIPs would cause decline of their user volume and operational reputation. Accordingly online model was suggested. Furthermore, an system dynamics model to prove whether the online payment model improve the platform operation was established by using VENSIM DSS, where the improvements were denoted by impact of online payment model on the credit value of LIPs. A couple of simulations has been carried out through the model above and verified that the online payment model with different scales can improve the credit value on platform.

With the expansion of international trade, railways play an increasingly pivotal role in supporting high‐quality logistics development in China. This study employs the entropy‐TOPSIS method and econometric regression to objectively evaluate the contribution of railway logistics. Indicator weights are determined via the entropy method, and provincial development levels are assessed using TOPSIS, followed by regression analysis to quantify impacts on logistics quality. Results demonstrate that railway logistics significantly enhance high‐quality logistics development, with railway freight volume serving as a core driver of efficiency and service improvement. Control variables such as government fiscal expenditure exhibit limited effects, suggesting the dominance of railway logistics in shaping logistics outcomes. The findings highlight the necessity of increasing investment in railway infrastructure and optimizing freight network layouts to promote sustainable, innovative, and open logistics systems. This research provides both a novel methodological framework and empirical insights for advancing high‐quality logistics in China.

The construction of logistics information platform based on cloud computing plays an important role in resource integration, information sharing and logistics operation efficiency of logistics park. According to the logistics development situation, the demands and plan of logistics park information platform of Junlian county, through the system function design and construction analyses, we develop a logistics information platform based on cloud models, which will provide an idea and reference for Junlian county to accelerate the construction of logistics information and regional economy development.

Through the analysis on internet of things (IOT) technology, logistic information system and information perception technology, according to the requirements of modern logistic information technology and information status perception development in environment of internet of things, suggest the solution for building logistic system information perception model in the environment of internet of things. The logistic system information perception model is a combinational application of RFID （Radio Frequency Identification）, internet technology and telecom technology, to build a three layer system structure of physical layer, network layer and information perception, by KBI (Key Business Index) to connect precaution affairs for each monitoring object during the logistic business flow, represent the business status by evaluation according to the regulations, establish an information perception model integrated with four cycles of information collection, event normalization, correlation analysis of information as well as warning & processing, and by evaluation method of periodicity factor for logistic information perception to quantitively evaluate on each information perception model. By example of calculation of evaluation model for periodicity factor, the logistic system information perception model in the environment of internet of things proves to be feasible.

With the proposed concept of things, things technology in logistics and distribution will promote the further development of logistics and distribution.Based on the current status of domestic and international distribution logistics comparative study found insufficient logistics existing in our country at present, proposed application of networking technology to solve these problems, all aspects of logistics and distribution needs of networking technology for the analysis, with Things technology integration means to optimize the distribution process, on this basis, build a distribution system for the design of the system architecture and functionality, and the establishment of a logistics optimization model provides theoretical support for scientific and effective decision-making system .Through this study, we can promote networking technology in logistics and distribution, improve logistics and distribution mechanization, intelligent, level of information, to provide a reference for the development of China's logistics industry.

Through the analysis of risk factors of the Logistics Information Platform, this article presents the research of the attribute synthetic assessment method applied to the risk of logistics information platform, on the basis of attribute theory. This paper constructs the function of the single index attribute measurement, by the classification of single index. Thereby, that using more quantitative data to evaluate risk of the platform makes the evaluation more scientific, we can come to the conclusion that the attribute synthetic evaluation method used to evaluating the risk of logistics information platform has the feasibility of reality.

The pandemic of COVID-19 has brought great challenges to the development of the world economy and has an unprecedented and inevitable impact on the logistics industry connecting various economic activities. In the context of the gradual alleviation of the COVID-19 outbreak in China, we observed five impacts on China's logistics industry, which are sharp drop in logistics demand, shortage of transportation capacity, disruption of logistics network, change of service mode, and increase in operating costs and number of loss-making enterprises. When this invited paper was written, the outbreak in China has been effectively under controlled. In the post-COVID-19 era, under the three driving forces (i.e. the market, technology and policy), China's logistics industry will develop rapidly, leading to significant changes in five aspects: logistics demand, logistics supply, logistics infrastructure, logistics informatisation, and logistics industry development. The authors of this invited paper have been actively involved in the development of China's logistics industry in various capacities, governmental and non-governmental as well as in academia, and participated in a range of studies on the development trends, plans and policies of China's logistics industry. The authors have a profound understanding of the latest situation in the China's logistics industry and government initiatives.

In-depth discussion and research on the credit issues of the logistics industry are not only of vital significance to the in-depth development of the logistics industry, but also have a significant impact on the sustainable development of the entire logistics industry and even the Chinese economy. This paper combines machine learning algorithms to improve the neural network and builds a credit system for the smart logistics public information platform. When studying the credit evaluation index system of logistics enterprises, the majority of logistics consumers are used as the evaluation subject, and the logistics users are surveyed, and the initial index system established is scored. Then, the method of factor analysis is used to sort and analyze the results of the questionnaire and determine the final evaluation index. In addition, according to the development of logistics enterprises themselves, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the credit ratings of logistics enterprises from the perspectives of logistics enterprise customers and managers. This will be more authentic and convincing for the evaluation results.

With the rapid economic development, the logistics industry plays an increasing important role in China. But China's logistics enterprises lack of apparent core competitiveness. Compared with some advanced countries. through identifying and quantifying competitive factors, logistics enterprises can understand their core capability, and thus can provide higher level customer services. The study takes competitive factors of logistics enterprises as targets, identifying and quantifying the key competitive factors of third party logistics in Zhejiang of China based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Moreover, the study put forward focal competitive points and developing methods of third party logistics in different stages, and these findings will be useful to the development of third party logistics. The results may be have some reference for some logistics enterprises.
