Information Service Quality Evaluation Attribute Based on “Cargo Carpooling” Platform

The logistics industry in China has developed into a unique pattern. Logistics informatization is one of the important parts of modern logistics, which distinguishes with the traditional logistics. More and more urgent demands for logistics information generates with the development of social logistics. The key problem that needs to be solved in modern logistics is how to analyze and extract the useful information from a great deal of information. This paper mainly analyzes the potential users of logistics information platform, and proposes a novel design pattern and operation procedure for modern logistics information platform, which promotes the development of modern logistics to some extent.

The informatization of agricultural products logistics (APL) is an objective requirement with the development of agricultural modernization. This paper briefly analyzes domestic and foreign APL, and we suggest a scheme of building logistics information platform taking the situation of Henan province (In the central of China) as an example. Considering the demand of analysis on the platform, the structure, hierarchy and function of the platform are designed by the principle of building an information platform. With the example of Henan province, we hope it could provide theoretical and practical guidance for others constructions of APL platform. The authors Published by Atlantis Press 1796 1.2 Informationization development of Agricultural products logistics With the popularization of information technology, and with the B2B and B2C mode, online supermarkets, chain stores and other modern methods fundamentally promote the development of the agricultural market. Logistics informationization is the essential characteristics of modern APL, and makes modern APL different from traditional one. Logistics Informationization uses modern information technology to logistics, cash flow, information flow and other resources integration. It is used to construct logistics information platform and promote the development of modern APL industry. The research on informatization is related with logistics industry. Yi Quan [7], etc in an article of A research onthe construction of Yangtze River main line logistics information platform, analyzes on the Yangtze river main line feasibility and necessity of constructing the EDI system, and then finally puts forward some Suggestions of EDI system construction. Fu Lan [8] in APL information system design pointed out that in order to realize the modernization of APL, logistics information system construction is the important means, according to the function of APL system, where she divided into seven subsystems. Through the construction of public information platform and function modules with mutual cooperation, the information is sharing between the two sides of supply and demand. Cui Man, Lu Jianjun, Zhao Anxin, Wei Chen [9] from the Internet of things technology, found the low efficiency of logistics and the low degree of information sharing in the existence of coal enterprise, and propose to establish the information platform to enhance information feedback speed and information sharing degrees. 2 DEMAND OF APL INFORMATION PLATFORM Agricultural production is the main economic industry in Henan Province located in the central region of country where it has convenient transportation. This paper gives, taking Henan province as an example, a brief analysis and design of APL information platform. 2.1 Development Status of APL informationization in Henan Compared with developed countries, and domestic economic developed regions, in aspect of infrastructure, information standards, new technology applications, logistics platform construction and talents training, Henan Province falls behind a huge gap, which mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) Logistics information disconnect, and difficult to trace agricultural product quality safety problems. (2) Poor infrastructure, difficult to establish a unified standard data and collect information. (3) Logistics information is isolated. 2.2 Analysis development of APL with SWOT method S Geographical: a transportation hub for rail, road and aviation for domestic lines of northsouth and east-west. Resources: the largest grain production base, the second fruit and vegetable production. Information network: based on Internet, broadband network information platform is constructing to be perfected. Policy: the local government issued some support policies. W Logistics management: there is no unified management, and different departments manage their own section, and also division of labor and responsibility is not clear. Circulation: unprocessed primary products occupy a large share, and it does not bring value-added benefits; circulation too much, causing an increase in costs IT backward: poor infrastructure and technology development lags behind. O Henan province established a modern logistics industry development planning in Henan province (2012-2015). Relying on a large circulation enterprises and wholesale markets, developing agricultural logistics, and supporting agricultural goods storage and distribution system in the province, to promote the development of logistics

Through the analysis on internet of things (IOT) technology, logistic information system and information perception technology, according to the requirements of modern logistic information technology and information status perception development in environment of internet of things, suggest the solution for building logistic system information perception model in the environment of internet of things. The logistic system information perception model is a combinational application of RFID （Radio Frequency Identification）, internet technology and telecom technology, to build a three layer system structure of physical layer, network layer and information perception, by KBI (Key Business Index) to connect precaution affairs for each monitoring object during the logistic business flow, represent the business status by evaluation according to the regulations, establish an information perception model integrated with four cycles of information collection, event normalization, correlation analysis of information as well as warning & processing, and by evaluation method of periodicity factor for logistic information perception to quantitively evaluate on each information perception model. By example of calculation of evaluation model for periodicity factor, the logistic system information perception model in the environment of internet of things proves to be feasible.

Logistics Information Technology (LIC) is a key enabler of effective supply chain management activities. In 2015, $300 billion was spent on LIC by businesses worldwide, an increase of 1.8% and 3.8% over 2016 and 2017, respectively. With such large investments, companies run the risk of deteriorating financial performance if the (LIC) does not work as expected. In fact, there is a mix of evidence, some companies benefiting from the (LIC) while others do not benefit from the investment in the LIC. Despite substantial research on the use of information technology in a Supply Chain Management context, the impact of the LIC on business performance is unclear. In particular, the existing literature has reported conflicting results regarding the relationship between the LIC and the company's performance. Therefore, the purpose of our article is to investigate the roles of information technologies in SCM and to highlight this extremely important area of research. We find that the LIC is not universally associated with improving the performance of the company. In particular, LIC has several characteristics, and each characteristic is related to different performance indicators.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the status quo of research on applications of information and communication technology (ICT) in green logistics (GL) and offer recommendations for future research. We determine that research about political interaction is needed to design new standards and regulations for GL. We also recommend that this work be extended by behavioural research to both identify factors that influence society’s sustainable behaviour and determine whether the current digitisation of society leads to more sustainable transport. In addition, this paper provides an overview of types of software applications that may be beneficial to GL. These benefits usually relate to the strategic management of freight transport and supply chains and the provision of software for executing or monitoring passenger transport. As such, further research on sustainability measures is also needed to identify important sustainable indicators in transport. Existing reviews mostly concentrate on either a specific logistics area or supply chain management; as far as we are aware, no studies focus on the use of ICT in GL at a superordinate level. This paper’s holistic evaluation of the state of research in this underexplored area and its propositions for future research help to fill this gap in the literature.

Based on the requirements of smart transportation logistics information technology development strategy, this paper proposed planning strategies and designing methods of a integrated transportation and logistics information platform, as well as a specific information platform system architecture and functional model. The technology paths and methods of the functional components of this information platform were also discussed comprehensively.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate how different logistics resources and resource patterns, such as logistics infrastructure, logistics location, logistics knowledge and logistics information, affect logistics capabilities and operational performance. Design/methodology/approach Based on data collected from 273 companies in China, this study examines impacts of individual logistics resource dimensions on resource integration capability, customer service capability and operational performance through contingency approach. Furthermore, three logistics resource patterns are identified and linked with resource integration capability and operational performance through configuration approach. Findings Contingency results show that different logistics resources have different impacts on resource integration capability and operational performance. Configuration results reveal that companies’ capabilities and operational performance vary for different logistics resource patterns: the high-uniform pattern has a better resource integration capability and operational performance than other patterns, while all logistics resource patterns have similar customer service capability levels. Research limitations/implications Future studies should examine other resource capabilities and performance indicators of companies and extend this study to other countries and regions. Originality/value This study contributes to the logistics resource literature through empirically investigating relationships among logistics resources, resource integration capability and operational performance using contingency approach, and through identifying different logistics resource patterns based on configuration approach. The findings extend the logistics resource literature, particularly on research of logistics parks in China.

The platform integrates all kinds of logistics information and resources, uses advanced information technology and intelligent technology, operates supply chain logistics in an integrated way. By integrating all kinds of logistics information and resources and applying artificial intelligence technology, the intelligent logistics information platform can provide highefficiency, low-cost and integrated logistics services, and promote the development of local economy.

статья посвящена анализу системных аспектов развития железнодорожного транспорта России на основе информационных технологий (ИТ). Введение ИТ рассматривается как ключевой фактор модернизации железнодорожной отрасли, направленной на повышение эффективности управления, улучшение качества услуг и оптимизацию затрат. В рамках Транспортной стратегии России на период до 2030 года акцент сделан на создание Единого информационного пространства, взаимодействие субъектов транспортной отрасли и реализацию проектов, таких как «Государственный информационный ресурс транспортного комплекса Российской Федерации» и «Логистические центры и информационное сопровождение перевозок по международным транспортным коридорам». В исследовании проанализированы такие направления, как внедрение систем электронного документооборота, автоматическая идентификация грузов с использованием технологий RFID, развитие системы управления вагонным парком (ДИСПАРК), и создание телекоммуникационной инфраструктуры, включая строительство волоконно-оптических линий и использование спутниковых систем связи. Отдельное внимание уделено проблемам нормативно-правового регулирования, кибербезопасности и необходимости подготовки квалифицированного персонала для работы с новыми технологиями. В статье также рассматривается международный опыт, включая примеры Германии, Японии и Китая, где информационные технологии успешно используются для оптимизации управления и повышения безопасности железнодорожного транспорта. Выявлены перспективы адаптации этих передовых практик в российских условиях. В заключении подчёркивается, что дальнейшее развитие ИТ может значительно повысить конкурентоспособность российского железнодорожного транспорта на глобальном уровне, способствуя устойчивому развитию транспортной системы страны. the article is devoted to the analysis of the systemic aspects of the development of Russian railway transport based on information technology (IT). The introduction of IT is considered as a key factor in the modernization of the railway industry, aimed at improving management efficiency, improving the quality of services and optimizing costs. Within the framework of Russia's Transport Strategy for the period up to 2030, the emphasis is on the creation of a Unified Information Space, interaction of transport industry entities and the implementation of projects such as the "State Information Resource of the Transport Complex of the Russian Federation" and "Logistics centers and information support for transportation along international transport corridors". The study analyzes such areas as the introduction of electronic document management systems, automatic identification of goods using RFID technologies, the development of a car park management system (DISPARK), and the creation of telecommunications infrastructure, including the construction of fiber-optic lines and the use of satellite communication systems. Special attention is paid to the problems of regulatory regulation, cybersecurity and the need to train qualified personnel to work with new technologies. The article also examines international experience, including the examples of Germany, Japan and China, where information technology is successfully used to optimize management and improve the safety of railway transport. The prospects of adapting these best practices in Russian conditions are revealed. In conclusion, it is emphasized that further development of IT can significantly increase the competitiveness of Russian railway transport at the global level, contributing to the sustainable development of the country's transport system.

This paper discusses emerging issues in selection and acquisition of electronic information resources in academic libraries of developing countries paying particular attention to the situation at the University of Dar es Salaam Library (www.udsm.ac.tz/library/). First, it discusses in historical perspective the application of information technology in provision of information services and specifically the provision of electronic information services at this university. Then it identifies emerging and challenging issues related to selection and acquisition of electronic information resources. The emerging issues include the information technology skills of staff and users, technology infrastructure, financial resources and collection development and management policy. In conclusion, the paper strategizes the way forward to make selection and acquisition of e‐resources contribute towards promotion of research, scholarly communication, teaching and learning at African universities.

This article aims to analyze the current state and future development of music education from the perspective of the Internet. The impact of online learning is much greater than traditional education. This study demonstrates the importance and significance of Internet technology and the role of Internet technology in the state of music education and explores the state of science and music education. This educational test analyzes the basics and importance of combining music education and computer science. This paper explores the methods and effects of integrating the Internet, information technology, and music education. This paper focuses on integrating graduate courses in the Faculty of Music Education at universities. This course sets the stage for integrating college-level music and computer science education courses with bibliographic analysis, questions, and mathematical methods. The survey shows that less than 20% of college students get the learning information knowledge of music education on the Internet. With the continuous development of network IT, the status of teachers as the main body of education in classroom teaching has declined. On the other hand, education reform is inert, and schools may not be willing to change their own operation mode to promote the development of IT. Even in the face of the pressure of external environment, the school still has the ability and resources to cope with the pressure of reform and maintain its own stability.

In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, especially the development of information technology represented by mobile Internet technology, blockchain technology, and cloud computing, information technology has been widely used in the business field. Therefore, it makes the traditional management mode into a new industrial form. Supply management is currently facing a serious trust problem. Traditional technologies cannot provide effective solutions, and the blockchain for commercial applications can effectively solve the trust problem. Therefore, this article mainly studies logistics management in supply management, researches and designs a logistics information platform based on blockchain, and aims to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises through informatization means, strive for customer resources, improve logistics efficiency, and provide logistics information about the construction of the platform provides reference.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of IoT on the logistics industry sector globally especially to provide positive contributions to Indonesia's development. Through a study of Logistics Performance Index data and information technology trends, a proposed logistics business model based on Artificial Intelligent is obtained. In order to maintain corporate sustainability many factors that influence it to include internal and external factors, so that the use of the Internet of Things is needed that increasingly penetrates various business lines can be used in tracking with the use of electronic devices based on Artificial Intelligent and Robotics as operational support for the logistics industry

To explore whether or not the problems caused by the payment model drawback of Logistics Information Platforms (LIPs) relates to themselves, the system dynamics (SD) was introduced and constructed the systematic causal relationships among the offline-pay mode drawback and the LIPs described by the causality diagram. It shows the current offline-pay mode used by LIPs would cause decline of their user volume and operational reputation. Accordingly online model was suggested. Furthermore, an system dynamics model to prove whether the online payment model improve the platform operation was established by using VENSIM DSS, where the improvements were denoted by impact of online payment model on the credit value of LIPs. A couple of simulations has been carried out through the model above and verified that the online payment model with different scales can improve the credit value on platform.

The progressive advancements in information technology (IT) coupled with the global expansion of communication infrastructure has enabled firms to create and sustain large scale strategic advantages, with the result of an ever-increasing demand from firms for new types of information services (IS) to facilitate and coordinate their daily operations. Hence, the aim of this research is to explore the underlying dimensions of criteria for the evaluation and selection of information service providers (ISPs). By undertaking a review of the literature, we first analyze the dynamics of ISPs to define their present day role before going on to develop a questionnaire for the field survey. Based on the data collected from 57 firms, two distinct procedures are adopted to carry out the exploratory factor analyses in order to derive the preliminary factor solutions. Followed by a process of post-analysis validation, these empirically derived factor solutions are reviewed and refined in accordance with domain experts' opinions, and as a result, the final factor solution is obtained. It is hoped that through the utilization of mechanical factor analyses and subsequent manual validation, it will be possible to achieve both “parsimony” and “inclusiveness” of the final factor solution. This study results that there are seven dimensions of criteria which are critical to the evaluation and selection of ISPs: (1) performance of information systems; (2) awareness of and response to customer requirements; (3) ISP's market capability; (4) performance of networking; (5) ISP's credibility and fame; (6) provision of customized professional services; and (7) innovative R&D into technology.
