This study aims to determine the marketing strategy and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the marketing of ibrahim savings products planned by the Bank Muamalat Manado Branch. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with data collection using data using interview and literature studies, while secondary data and primary data from Bank Muamalat employees in Manado Branch. The strategy used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Manado is to analyze internal and external factors. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the marketing strategy applied is that there are two major factors, namely internal factors and external factors, internal factors using the method of segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix. As well as analyzing external environmental factors such as political, economic, social and technological factors also analyze industrial environments such as newcomers, competition in industry, threats from substitute products and buyers' bargaining power.

The article identifies and mathematically substantiates vectors of reforming the financial monitoring system based on the synergistic approach in the cross-country context by developing scenarios by selecting internal and external factors that stimulate money laundering. The key external and internal factors of the money laundering process intensification are indicated. Competitive advantages of the anti-money laundering processes, the achievement of which is possible in terms of key external and internal factors for activation of money laundering process are formed. The relationship between the key internal and external factors of money laundering intensification and competitive advantages by building a binary characteristic matrix is formed. The synergy effect made by the mutual influence of simultaneously acting internal and external factors – a quantitative feature of the further strategy of the financial monitoring system reforming in terms of cross-country analysis is calculated. An economic-mathematical model for evaluating and interpreting strategy for improving the financial monitoring system in terms of cross-country context based on integer optimization is developed. In the article, there is calculation of the number of competitive advantages received by each observed country, without considering the possible synergy effect of mutual influence of simultaneously acting internal and external factors on each other. Moreover, there is quantitative assessment of the synergy effect made by the emergence of additional competitive advantages due to a certain combination of simultaneous influence made by external and internal factors of the money laundering intensification. The “ideal” situation of the possibility of gaining all possible competitive advantages in reforming the financial monitoring system in terms of cross-country context by overcoming internal and external factors stimulating the money laundering is studied. The results of the cross-country analysis form a basis for the further formalization of the limits for quantitative evaluation of the developed strategies through a uniform distribution.

Theotonio Dos Santos (1936–2018): The Revolutionary Intellectual Who Pioneered Dependency Theory

The effects of «perestroika», concept of democratization and modernization of socialism and sys temic crisis in socio-economic and socio-political spheres of Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia was that of the late 70’s, but mostly from the mid 80’s of XX century these countries increased structural and organizational network of protest and non-conformism, which turned out to be a variation of the transition from dissent to opposition – first as a form of social and political protest and later as a form of political institution. However, the transition from dissent to opposition was not straight and unilateral, but carried out mostly in terms of protest social and political movements and organizations, which over time essentially and con- ceptually transformed into political opposition or set up bases for forming political opposition in the region. Accordingly, it significantly actualizes the problem of social and political protest movements and organiza- tions’ influence on the formation of political opposition in Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia (and later in the Czech Republic and Slovakia) as countries that were the basis of modern Visegrad Group. Therefore, the article discusses the features of occurrence and impact of protest social and political movements and organizations on the formation of political opposition and the collapse of the regimes of «real socialism» in the predecessors’ states of modern Visegrad Group – Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia – in the 70–80’s of XX century. It was proven that protest social and political movements and organizations in Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia, especially from the second half of the 70’s of XX century and by 1987–1990, were «agents» of anti-communism and anti-authoritarianism, primarily because they have been fighting against any manifestation and remnants of the communist regime. It’s also noteworthy that struggle between communist regimes and groups of political protest in the region happened in a quite similar way, as conflicting or competing parties/groups (the communist regime and anti-communist opposition) were interconnected in the fact that they could not solve the political crisis without help and influence of each other. The researcher also revealed that protest and public activity in Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia (and later in the Czech Republic and Slovakia) on the verge of 1989–1993 was and remains an important element of political culture and a catalyst of institutional policy, which is incorporated in the process of institutionalization of relations between power and opposition.

Catholics and Communists in Twentieth-Century Italy: Between Conflict and Dialogue

Since it was first published more than forty years ago, Sources of Japanese Tradition, Volume 2, has been considered the authoritative sourcebook for readers and scholars interested in Japan from the eighteenth century to the post-World War II period. Now greatly expanded to include the entire twentieth century, and beginning in 1600, Sources of Japanese Tradition presents writings by modern Japan's most important philosophers, religious figures, writers and political leaders. The volume also offers extensive introductory essays and commentary to assist in understanding the documents' historical settings and significance. Wonderfully varied in its selections, this eagerly anticipated expanded edition has revised many of the texts from the original edition and added a great many not included or translated before. New additions include documents on the postwar era, the importance of education in the process of modernization, and women's issues. Beginning with documents from the founding of the Tokugawa shogunate, the collection's essays, manifestos, religious tracts, political documents, and memoirs reflect major Japanese religious, philosophical, social and political movements. Subjects covered include the spread of neo-Confucian and Buddhist teachings, Japanese poetry and aesthetics, and the Meiji Restoration. Other documents reflect the major political trends and events of the period: the abolition of feudalism, agrarian reform, the emergence of poltical parties and liberalism, and the Sino-Japanese and Russo-Japanese Wars. The collection also includes Western and Japanese impressions of each other through Western religious missions and commercial and cultural exchanges. These selections underscore Japanese and Western apprehension of and fascination with each other. As Japan entered the twentieth century, new political and social movements -- Marxism, anarchism, socialism, nationalism, and feminism -- entered the national consciousness. Later readings in the collection look at the buildup to war with the United States, military defeat and American occupation. Documents from the postwar period echo Japan's struggle with its own history and its development as a capitalist democracy.

Bu çalışma, 60’lı yılların sonlarından itibaren yeni bir paradigma çerçevesinde değerlendirilmeye başlanan toplumsal hareketlerin siyasal bir harekete dönüşümünü örnek olaylar üzerinden incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Toplumsal hareketler literatüründeki genel kabullerden biri; eski ve yeni toplumsal hareketlerin siyasetle ilişkili olma bakımından birbirinden farklılık sergilediğidir. Eski toplumsal hareketlerin, siyasi bir partinin çatısı altında örgütlendiği, yeni toplumsal hareketlerin partiler üstü bir yapı sergilediği kabul edilir. Bu çalışma, yeni toplumsal hareketlerin siyasi motivasyonlarla bir araya gelmemesine rağmen siyasi bir harekete dönüşme potansiyeli olduğunu öne sürmektedir. Bu doğrultuda İspanya’da ortaya çıkan Indignados Hareketi ve Lübnan’da ortaya çıkan Beyrut Medineti Hareketi örnek olay olarak ele alınmıştır. Farklı coğrafyalarda ortaya çıkan ve yeni toplumsal hareketlerin siyasi bir harekete dönüşmesine örnek olan bu hareketlerin incelenmesi neticesinde; yeni toplumsal hareketlerin, ortaya çıkış motivasyonu yahut coğrafya fark etmeksizin siyasi bir harekete dönüşebileceği görülmüştür. Çalışma neticesinde elde edilen sonuçlardan bir diğeri de yeni toplumsal hareket neticesinde ortaya çıkmış olan siyasi hareketin başarı elde etmesinin bulunulan ülkenin siyasi ve toplumsal yapısına bağlı olmadığı olmuştur.

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal factors, external factors, service quality, and financial aid on the success of the study of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The study used descriptive quantitative method with a retrospective survey approach. The sample of this study was 247 graduates of Bidikmisi recipients at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL software and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that internal, external, and service quality factors had a positive and significant relationship to the study's success, but financial aid did not affect the study's success. The indicator variable that best describes the internal factor is the academic self-concept, while for the external factor is the community environment, and for the service quality is responsiveness. Internal factors have the most significant influence on the success of the study of Bidikmisi recipients, while external factors have the least influence. It is advised to UNTIRTA to set their priority to increase the success of the study of Bidikmisi recipients by paying attention to internal factors, service quality, and external factors. Improving internal conditions is done by increasing academic interest and doing orientation at the beginning of the lecture. Improving the quality of service is done by improving the quality of information and the attitude of the manager's empathy, while improving external condition is done by completing studies with peer groups. The challenge faced by the Indonesian nation against the anti-corruption movement is the weakening of law enforcement agencies, especially the Corruption Eradication Commission in preventing and cracking down on corruption crimes such as the composition of the commission of investigators, investigators and public prosecutors, which comes from the police and prosecutors. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that cause corruption, examine the challenges and strategic issues faced by the Indonesian nation in the anti-corruption movement and review the efforts that must be made by the government so that the challenges and issues of the anti-corruption movement can be resolved. The research method used is normative legal research by reviewing and researching laws and regulations. The results of the analysis concluded that the acts of corruption committed were caused by several factors. There are derived from internal factors such as greedy or greedy nature, other factors are consumptive lifestyle, less powerful moral factors. While the second factor is external factors such as politics, legal factors, economic factors. These issues are a challenge and a strategic issue faced by the Indonesian nation in the anti-corruption movement. The existence of a Corruption Eradication Commission institution formed at the time of reform is considered less than optimal in terms of prevention. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) was formed because conventional legal institutions are less than optimal in terms of prevention and enforcement of corruption. Efforts that must be made by the government so that the challenges and issues of the anti-corruption movement can be resolved is to declare that corruption is an enemy of the Indonesian nation.

This study aims to examine whether the internal factor (cash flow) and external factor (leverage) affect firm value through profitability as a moderating variable in technology sector companies 2018-2021. The method used in this research was a deductive approach, quantitative types, and descriptive characteristics. The number of technology sector companies listed on the IDX is 27 companies which the amount of sample that is selected by using purposive sampling technique is 5 companies. The SmartPLS 3.0 application was used in this study to make it easier for researchers to analyze data. The conclusion obtained show that internal (cash flow) and external (leverage) factors do not affect firm value through profitability as a moderating variable. However, researchers can prove that external factor (leverage) can affect profitability which is evidenced by the p-values in the hypothesis test, namely 0,010<0,05 which indicates that external factor (leverage) have a significant effect on profitability.Keywords: Internal Factor (Cash Flow), External Factor (Leverage), Profitability, and Firm Value.

This study aimed to analyse the correlation between the internal and external risk factors, and pilot preconditions in Indonesia.MethodsA cross-sectional study design with purposive sampling, directed to male pilots who had flight duty in the past seven days, underwent medical examination at the Aviation Medical Center, Jakarta, August 12–16, 2024. The data were collected through a self-report questionnaire, Trail Making Test A and B, laboratory tests (plasma lipid, fasting blood glucose), and physical measurements (height, weight, waist circumference, and blood pressure). The independent variables divided into internal factors (Age, Burnout, Metabolic Syndrome parameters); and external factors (Flight Time, Duty Time, Unscheduled Flight Duty, Number of Sectors, Sleep Duration). The dependent variables were pilot preconditions based on the Human Factor Analysis and Classification System (HFACS).ResultsA total of 122 participants participated and 28.7% had an Unscheduled Flight Duty in the last 30 days. Significant correlations were found between Adverse Mental State and HDL-Cholesterol (95%CI=1.52–5.80), Adverse Physiological State and Burnout [Personal (95%CI=0.005–0,04), Work-Related (95%CI=0.009–0.042)], Physical Mental Limitation and Fasting Blood Glucose (95%CI=(-0.479)–(-0.071)), Number of Sectors (95%CI=0.022–3.001). For Personal Readiness (PR), significant correlation was found between PR-Psychological Demand and Flight-Time One Year (95%CI=(0.000–0.001), Sleep Duration (95%CI=(-0.137)–(-0.013)), Waist Circumference (95%CI=(-0.014)–(-0.002)), PR-Social Support and Sleep Duration (95%IK=0.018–0.207), Client-Related Burnout (95%IK=(-0.011)–(-0.002)).ConclusionsThe internal factors that correlated with pilot preconditions in Indonesia were Waist Circumference, HDL-Cholesterol, Fasting Blood Glucose, Personal Burnout, Work, and Client-related burnout. External factors that correlated with pilot preconditions were the Number of Sectors, Flight-Time One Year and Sleep duration. These findings emphasize the need to address physical and mental health aspects of pilots to enhance aviation safety.
