E-Learning Proposal System in Public Secondary School Learning

"The rapid spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in early 2020 was an unexpected situation that affected all areas of human life, especially education and training. Distance education soon replaced classic, during the COVID-19 pandemic, due to the necessary social distancing to maintain global health. Distance education is not an unknown form of education, as it is often used as educational tool at all levels of education. However, the sudden and exclusive use of distance education during the pandemic created concerns in members of the academic community and brought about radical changes at both, educational and psychosocial levels. The purpose of this research is to record the degree of acceptance of distance teaching and learning methods in vocational education and training in Greece, especially in students studying at Public Vocational Training Institutes (PVTIs) and to identify potential obstacles or benefits of online learning during COVID-19. Distance education in combination with distance e-learning is a form of distance education in which participants of the educational process, i.e., teacher and students, are in a different physical space and communicate with synchronous and/or asynchronous internet platforms. Due to the nature of e-learning and its rapid spread in the educational community during the current pandemic, there is insufficient research examining its effectiveness in vocational education. The rapid development of mobile devices and wireless networks does not automatically mean the successful utilization and sustainability of e-learning systems. In order to study the experience and problems of distance learning platforms, quantitative research took place among the PVTI students through questionnaire. The sample of the quantitative research consisted of 768 Greek PVTI students that have responded, and a pilot statistical processing of the received data has been done. To track the experience with the distance learning platforms, the sample has been asked to mention the potential issues faced with the platforms. Most of the respondents mentioned technical and accessibility issues. A variety of issues have been mentioned, either difficulties of the users or problems of the system. In parallel, they pointed out the advantages of personal contact and feedback from their professors. It is interesting that only a small part of the sample reported no problems at all. The research shows moderate percentages of satisfaction from the enhancement of students' skills and from the coverage of their educational needs, while highlighting the upgraded role of asynchronous education platforms e-class, Moodle and e-classroom and of synchronous platforms Webex and Zoom."


 The pandemic caused by the COVID-19 outbreak that is currently hitting educational institutions has made various strategies in continuing the learning process, especially in terms of learning the Qur'an. This is as attempted by the Integrated Islamic High School Nurul Fikri Boarding School Bogor to make a remote learning program of the Qur'an using the Tahsin and Tahfidz Al-Qur'an methods. This distance learning Al-Qur'an program was created during the covid-19 outbreak and is still being used today in 2022. This study aims to describe how the distance learning method is tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an, distance learning tahsin and tahfidz of the Qur'an and their positive and negative impacts. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were 4 people. Data analysis was carried out using Miles Huberman's analysis with the first step being data collection followed by data reduction and data presentation, then ending with verification or conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the Tahsin Method (Tanbiqo Tanbiqu) uses a practical method. The Integrated Islamic High School Nurul Fikri Boarding School Bogor requires prospective students to memorize the Qur'an before continuing on the tahfidz process, they must go through the tahsin process first to avoid two mistakes, namely fatal errors (lahnul jali) and minor errors (lahnul khafi). The method used is a practical method with the basic discussion material makhorijul letters and their application to the Qur'an. The learning method of tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an used at SMA Terpadu Nurul Fikri is a very good method to use in learning tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an. The Tanbiqo Tanbiqu method and Nurul Fikri's tahfidz method look very comprehensive with other Qur'anic tahsin and tahfidz learning methods. Learning materials using Tanbiqo Tanbiqu are given to new students for the first 3 months of admission, as a preparation to start memorizing the Qur'an and Nurul Fikri's tahfidz method using the 1) Jama'i, 2) Juz'i, 3) Talqin, 4) methods Muroja'ah.

Multimedia technology has made possible vivid and effective presentations and exchanges of information. With the introduction of this technology in the field of education, schools mutually located in the remote sites can be connected, and pupils can exchange vivid images and voices, interactively and in realtime. We have expectations that through making use of such technology, we can form a system for interactive distance learning which holds the possibility to promote pupils' desire to learn and their creative potential. In this paper we propose a new method of distance learning which is conceived specifically for use in international distance learning. We also try to evaluate the results obtained from actual distance learning experiments conducted between Japanese and German elementary schools.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the education system was faced with a situation that required teachers to master distance learning media. Distance learning is still a polemic among the community, this is because distance learning is still considered no better than conventional direct learning, especially in mathematics learning that requires understanding of concepts to be able to master the material. The purpose of this research is find out which method is better between the class using the distance learning method during the COVID-19 pandemic and the class using the conventional direct method. This type of research conducted in this study is ex post facto research with a causal comparative design. The sample in this study was class 11th grade of the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 school year at one of the senior high school in Sukabumi. Mathematics learning outcome data is obtained from the end of semester exam results, the data is then processed using the Mann-Whitney nonparametric difference test. The results showed that there were differences in mathematics learning outcomes between students who used the distance learning method and students who used conventional direct methods, and students who used distance learning had better results than students who used conventional direct methods.

The article deals with the terminology of mixed and distance learning, the theory and method of distance learning, which should take into account the changes that have taken place in the educational information structure of modern society, which determines the relevance of the development and implementation of new educational services based on ICT and remote technologies. Distance education today is especially relevant in the field of training young people with a different age, cultural, social level and different motives of education. Distance learning can be considered as a means of modernizing the education system. The structure of online and full-time learning forms, trends in the implementation of a mixed form of learning is analyzed.

The primary purpose of this research is to design and implement educational material through the method of distance learning to teach Braille to adult educators. Another main aim of this study is to probe into the possibilities distance learning offers learners and to what extent it can be conducive to a proper and effective teaching of Braille to adult educators. More specifically, the educational material was examined by three experts in distance learning education who contributed to its evaluation and further development. Subsequently, the educational material was examined by five educators who evaluated it.

with the rapid growth of online learning resources, users are facing the problems of information overload in the process of online learning. Improving information precision service has become the primary task of distance learning. The paper optimizes the research on the precise service technology and methods of distance learning using the big data analysis technology, and improves the pertinence and individuation of obtaining distance learning services, realizes the individualized teaching under the support of computer and network information technology, enhances the level of distance learning service and knowledge dissemination efficiency, and promote Internet plus education data service industry development.

The introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the educational process, in addition to traditional teaching methods, has led to the transition to a new form of teaching - distance learning. Methods of distance learning and interactive methods are given. Recommendations are given to bring the education system in this direction, taking into account modern technology.

Relevance. The beginning of martial law on the territory of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, accompanied by a full-scale armed aggression, posed great challenges to the education system. The transition to distance learning made it possible to resume the educational process and complete the 2022-2023 academic year in difficult conditions of martial law. An analysis of the world experience in implementing distance learning using Internet technologies shows that it has many advantages over traditional methods, such as constant access to educational materials, choosing one's own pace of learning, cost-effectiveness, etc. The combination of conventional and distance learning is a more effective medical education hall. Thus, distance learning is not just a set of infrastructure for the implementation of distance learning, but a learning concept that includes various technologies and learning tools. Higher educational institutions, regardless of the chosen form of education, continue to implement the educational program chosen and approved at the beginning of the academic year. For temporarily displaced students studying in an educational program that is different from that implemented in other educational institutions, teachers are guided by distance learning, providing modern material that students have mastered before. Conclusion. So, distance learning under martial law solves many problems that education in Ukraine faces. At the same time, distance learning requires the joint efforts of parents, students and teachers to achieve the necessary learning outcomes, as well as government support. The combination of traditional and distance learning methods has shown the greatest effectiveness in medical education. Thus, the introduction of distance learning will solve the following problems: - create a flexible infrastructure to provide e-learning opportunities to all students and teachers; increase the level of digital literacy of the academic community; provide high educational standards for students and teachers. The classic synchronous learning model has many disadvantages, especially the geographic distance of individual students and teachers (e.g., different time zones) during an air raid.

The article examines the issue of improving the legal regulation of information relations on the forms and methods of distance learning, in particular in secondary schools, including the study of the subject “Defense of Ukraine”, in a global pandemic and temporary occupation of Ukraine.

The article emphasizes that in the conditions of the reform of the domestic system of education and the Conception of the New Ukrainian School it became possible to formulate an individual program of studying students of a secondary school. In this regard, the author resorts to the position of the teacher of computer science as a tutor, that is, a person who actualizes the educational needs of students, works with them, discusses them, and seeks to help the ward in their satisfaction. In the process of studying computer science tutor position is becoming relevant in profile education. The activity of the tutor in teaching computer science is based on the ideas of humanistic and personality-oriented and systemic approaches. Teutor's accompaniment of students at the computer science classes is to continuously stimulate the student's independent cognitive activity, the need for self-improvement and the development of research skills in information activities. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature on the problems of tutor activity, the following methods of tutoring activity in the teaching of informatics are singled out: methods of practical orientation activity, methods of problem-based learning, method of projects, psychodiagnostic methods, methods of active learning, methods of analysis and self-analysis, binary methods, methods of distance learning, method portfolio scientists (T. M. Kovaleva, K. P. Osadcha) consider the most effective method of tutorial support as a method of portfolio, which is used at all stages (primary and adolescent) and at all stages of tutor's escort. In the process of tutorial support several types of portfolios can be used: thematic, presentation, portfolio of achievements.

Russian universities switched to distance students learning for before the global pandemic threat. Physical education departments are also required to provide students with distance learning opportunities. The organization of high-quality distance learning in physical education of students is not an easy task for most Russian universities. The purpose of the research - analysis of the level of effectiveness of using distance learning methods in the physical education of students in self-isolation during the COVID-19. Effectiveness criteria of distance learning: the quantity, quality and speed of completion of distance tasks. The research participants - 347 students. The research period - 30 days. It was revealed that medical students have a significant (Р<0.05) advantage in the speed and number of completed distance tasks. Humanities and technical students have lower scores. The completed tasks quality is evaluated moderate scores. Can be explained moderate and low scores by the lack of students’ motivation to perform distance learning tasks. Dissatisfaction of the majority of students with a large academic workload and lack of motor training sessions was revealed. Improving the quality of distance learning of physical education of students is necessary. Students want to reduce the number of theoretical tasks and more motor training sessions use.

The purpose of this study was to identify pedagogical conditions that would successfully model with distance learning technologies for students in higher education. For this, the degree of satisfaction was investigated in 206 1st-4th-year students of speciality “Pedagogy” by questionnaire method and application of distance learning was studied in 28 teachers of the Institute of Continuous and Distance Education of K. Karasaev Bishkek State University. The study described the definition of distance learning, analysed the types of learning in the system of higher professional education, named the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning, principles and forms of learning, pedagogical methods. Student questionnaire data show that 11% of respondents are not satisfied with distance education. Degrees of dissatisfaction include internet outages, quality of education, lack of communication with classmates and teachers. However, 89% favoured this type of learning. The key advantages of distance learning are the time and budget saving for travelling and living, comfortable home learning conditions, availability of searching for necessary information, free choice of pace and time of learning. As a result of the interviews with the teachers of the institute, the following aspects were voiced that require improvement: students’ assimilation of information, lack of teaching experience in conducting this type of classes, as well as administrative issues. The study showed that distance learning technologies differ from the conventional form, being aimed at the development of students’ independent activity; obtaining knowledge and skills are oriented towards the application of information technology, search and exchange of information. Successful application of distance technologies in education requires systematic work on professional activities of teachers, increasing students’ interest in distance learning, establishing a relationship with students’ parents, and uninterrupted operation of Internet resources.

Full edition for scientific use. New distance learning methods were quickly implemented in Tyrol, Austria, in March 2020 as a response to the Corona pandemic. The study „COVID-19 Distance Learning Tyrol“ surveyed 2314 Tyrolean teachers with an online questionnaire (field time 24th of April to 8th of May 2020). The topics were digital learning before and distance learning during the crisis as well as chances, fears and expectations for an optimized school life after the crisis.

One system that is widely used now is the e-learning system, which in the system brings the influence of transformation from conventional education to education with digital forms. This research uses the RD method. The results of black box testing by testing the functionality of the e-learning gamification learning system, the results obtained are as expected and all available features run well. The effectiveness of using a website-based gamification e-learning learning system in mathematics subjects is reviewed by comparing pre-test and post-test data. The learning media is said to be successful if the gain score value obtained is 0.71 or in the high category. To test the effectiveness of the e-learning learning system, researchers used the pre-test and post-test method on 15 students of class VI-C SDN Purwantoro 1 Malang City which resulted in a difference in value or the final result of the test in the form of calculating the gain score value by obtaining a value of 0.71 which is classified as a high category. Based on the research that has been done as a whole, it can be concluded that researchers have successfully implemented a website-based gamification e-learning learning system to improve student learning outcomes.
