Improving Student Readiness to Overcome IT-Related Obstacles During Pedagogical Interaction in Post-Soviet Education

Background. Improving the effectiveness of training of future highly qualified personnel requires the improvement of existing and search for new forms and methods for organizing the educational process. Such approach requires the use of complexes of technical and didactic means that ensure the interconnection between classroom and non-classroom forms of the educational process. Objective. To analyze the existing conditions for the implementation of information and educational environment. Methods. Analysis of theoretical sources on the problem of the use of the information and educational environment in higher medical education, studying and generalization of leading experience in teaching student courses using information and communication technologies. The analysis of the results of the efficiency of implementation of the educational and informational environment has been carried out on the departments of phthisiology and pulmonology, histology, cytology and embryology, medical physics, biophysics and higher mathematics and analytical chemistry. Results. The article presents certain results of the work of lecturers concerning the development and use of the informational and educational environment in the context of continuing learning of present-day information-oriented society. Creating information and educational environment that supplies interaction between lecturers and students in classroom through interactive forms of communication on the basis of edХ platform promotes the optimization of the learning process. The basic principles of providing innovative approaches, methods, technologies of the uniform informational and educational environment of higher education medical institutions are substantiated. The necessity of disclosing the experience of higher education institutions regarding the creation of the informational and educational environment as part of the optimization of the student's educational process is emphasized. The experience of using new learning form confirmed the simplicity and interactivity of interaction of the student and the lecturer, gives the wide opportunities for learning process arrangement, enables the student to model learning process individually, as well as new forms of learning process supervision. Conclusion. In our opinion, online courses based on edX platform facilitate the optimization of the learning process in higher education institutions. The prospect of further work is the continuation of the development and implementation of the online course for students on edX platform in the learning process.

Introduction. In light of the increasing significance of training highly qualified specialists, enhancing the information and educational environment of Russian universities has emerged as a key trend in improving the effectiveness of teaching practices.Aim. The present research aims to analyse students’ assessments of the characteristics of the information and educational environment in higher education within the context of digitalisation, identifying priorities and deficiencies in its development. Methodology and research methods. The study employs systemic, situational, axiological, and socio-engineering approaches. This article presents the findings of an empirical investigation into the priorities and deficiencies in the development of the information and educational environment within higher education. A total of 1,107 students, aged 17 to 29 years, participated in the study. The primary method utilised was a questionnaire survey, which effectively captured the nuances of the information and educational environment in the context of digitalisation. It also reflected the students’ perceptions of the semantic meanings associated with digital transformations, as well as their opinions on the priorities and shortcomings in the evolution of the contemporary information and educational environment in higher education. Results and scientific novelty. The data obtained allow us to discuss the positive expectations of young people regarding the digital transformation of the educational process in higher education. This analysis examines the influence of teachers’ digital skills on the meaningful enhancement of the information and educational environment, as well as the formation of new psychological and pedagogical opportunities for fostering cooperation during the educational process. Several barriers to the development of the information and educational environment have been identified, including insufficient material and technical resources in universities, a low level of digital competence among teachers, and a limited range of interactive technologies being utilised. Furthermore, it has been established that the psychological and pedagogical risks associated with the development of the information and educational environment are linked to a decline in students’ knowledge and communication skills. Practical significance. The results obtained can be utilised by administrators and educators in higher education institutions when evaluating deficiencies in the development of the information and educational environment.

The purpose of the paper is to study the effectiveness of the use of informational and educational environment during the study of students of the training course Informatics to enhance their cognitive activity. The use of educational technologies with the use of ICT tools allows you to modify the entire teaching process, implement a model of student-centered learning, intensify classes by improving cognitive activity, and most importantly, improve senior students' self-training. The main tasks of modern pedagogical technologies using ICT tools are the development of interactive environments for managing the cognitive activity process, access to modern information and educational resources (multimedia textbooks, various databases, educational sites and other sources). The informational and educational environment is based on the integration of information on traditional and electronic media, computer-telecommunication interaction technologies, virtual libraries, distributed databases, educational and methodical complexes and an extended didactic device. In the concept of information-educational environment, the pedagogical system and its support are combined. The scientific novelty of the paper includes analysis of the works of scientists on increasing the cognitive activity of students through means of ICT and improving the forms of organizing classes in computer science using ICT tools. The article presents informational and educational environment for the study of computer science in secondary schools, namely Internet portal Virtual office of computer science and ICT. The purpose of creating an Internet portal is to coordinate the efforts of all participants in the educational process (students, teachers, parents), the organization of educational and non-academic work, as well as the activation of cognitive activity of students during the study of computer science. The practical value of the study is to refine the concepts of cognitive activity, educational activity, cognitive interest, the development and improvement of technology for raising senior students' cognitive activity by solving mathematical problems by means of computer mathematics at computer science lessons. The use of computer mathematics as an educational tool makes it possible to rethink traditional approaches to the study a lot of issues of computer science and mathematics, to increase the experimental activity of students, to bring the learning process closer to the real cognition process.

Introduction. High-quality training of firefighters and rescuers is one of the fundamental elements in ensuring public safety. Due to constantly changing conditions and requirements for ensuring public safety, the relevance of improving the training process is becoming increasingly important. The article discusses the problem of training firefighters and rescuers, as well as ways to solve it based on the development and implementation of an electronic information and educational environment. Research objective. Development of an electronic information and educational environment for organizing and conducting training for personnel of fire departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. Methods. To achieve this task, an analysis of existing publications on this research topic and modern software was carried out, as well as an analysis of statistics on the use of the developed software. Results and discussion. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the development and implementation of an electronic information and educational environment is a promising and urgent task for improving the training of personnel of fire departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. Special software can provide access to interactive educational and scientific materials and other teaching methods, which will help improve the efficiency and quality of training of fire department personnel of EMERCOM of Russia. Conclusions. The development and implementation of an electronic information and educational environment is an important step in improving the training of firefighters and rescuers. The use of special software makes it possible to effectively use modern technologies and training methods to develop professional skills and improve the quality of training of specialists of EMERCOM of Russia. As a result of training using an electronic information and educational environment, firefighters and rescuers will have the opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge on fire safety issues, as well as practice in solving a variety of scenarios and situations that may arise in real life. The article emphasizes the importance of creating a favorable environment for all-round development of а personality of the young school-age in the context of reforming the education of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the New Ukrainian School. This environment is defined as the educational and developmental environment. The analysis of the researchers’ approaches to interpreting the concepts of “environment”, “educational environment”, “learning environment”, “developmental environment” makes it possible to determine the essence of the main key concept of research. Educational and developmental environment is defined as an integrated system of influences, conditions and facilities that ensure the successful adaptation of the child to the educational process of primary school, activate his/her educational and cognitive activity, promote the harmonious development and formation of his/her personality. In its structure we distinguish: the target, content-information, technological, psychological, sociocultural and object-spatial components. An experimental model of the educational and developmental environment is developed on the basis of using the modeling method as a condition for students' adaptation to the educational process of primary school. The components of the authors’ model are: the aim; methodological approaches to the organization of educational and developmental environment; principles of organizing the educational and developmental environment; functions of educational and developmental environment; components of educational and developmental environment; stages of adaptation of first-graders in educational and developmental environment; levels of adaptation of first-graders in educational and developmental environment; expected result. The results of diagnosing the level of adaptability of students in primary school educational and developmental environment are presented. The authoritative International Data Corporation (IDC) estimates that by 2023, global spending on public cloud services and infrastructure will be more than double, mainly due to the introduction of digital transformations. Globally, the cloud market is becoming a field of increasingly fierce competition between the world's leading IT corporations. Modern education is rapidly evolving due to teachers who in recent years have introduced cloud services in their professional activities. There was an urgent question about the formation of information and educational environment for cooperation, collaboration, communication and learning mobility. This study is devoted to the analysis of the methods peculiarities of designing the information and educational environment of the discipline with the help of GoogleServices. The authors reviewed Google Services for designing open and closed information and educational environments, which are free, so they can be actively used in the educational process. The advantages of open and closed information-educational environment of the discipline as environments for the organization and management of the educational process are described. In the study, the authors identified the following characteristics of the information and educational environment: openness (support for modern standards, Internet / Intranet technology); scalability (increasing the number of services provided in the environment; the amount of information that can be processed); expansion of databases and knowledge (does not lead to the need to reconfigure the system); integration (the ability to organize a single educational environment to expand the tasks associated with the development and design of educational and methodological support of the educational process); adaptability (dynamic adjustment to the needs of both a particular educational institution and an individual user).

The article justifies the need to transform the lecturer’s (professor’s) image in a changing environment, formulates the requirements for the image of a higher school lecturer (professor) in a new digital reality, determines the image formation stages. The study uses institutional and structural analysis methods, system analysis methods, human capital research methods, panel research and data collection method. The research paper can be used for the purposes of organising professional development for educational institutions lecturers (professors), organising trainings and courses on shaping and correcting the lecturer’s (professor’s) image. The article also gives an opportunity to understand the role of high education institution image in ensuring the effectiveness of his professional activities in the new information environment and substantiate the need for in-depth research in such areas as the psychology of teacher personality in professional activities, the impact of teacher personality on the educational process efficiency, the impact of lecturer’s (professor’s) image on the university’s rating indicators.

The article presents an analysis of approaches to the definition of the concepts of "information interaction", "interactive information cooperation" in socio-cultural information and educational environment, understood as a set of conditions that contribute to the emergence and development of information educational interaction between subjects of educational process and means of ICT, functioning of organizational structures of pedagogical influence for the development of content, the development of cognitive activity of a student. The article describes the features of the process of information interaction in socio-cultural information and educational environment in the preparation of students; interaction in this case includes an interactive information resource using interactive means of information and communication technologies. The structure of socio-cultural information and educational environment as a form of interrelated information interaction between the subjects of educational process with an interactive information resource is proposed. Information interaction is carried out by the subjects of the educational process (the student, the teacher, the means of education functioning on the basis of information and communication technologies) and is provided by psychological and pedagogical influence.

The key task of the current stage of the education system development is the task of transition to new methods of organization and support of the educational process, allowing providing high-quality training of graduates with practical knowledge and skills in demand in the labor market. To solve this task is possible only with the use of innovative methods and tools for the creation of information-educational environment in the formation and processing of learning objects and software services distributed in the educational network and allowing the flexible implementation of the processes of educational and methodological support of educational activities. The aim of the research is to determine the possibilities of using the ontological approach to the construction of innovative automated education management systems, including the construction of individual learning trajectories. In this regard, the problem of modeling and algorithmization of the formation of educational programs as a chain of interrelated training modules and objects, taking into account the implementation of a competence-based model of learning in a distributed educational environment of the University, seems to be interesting. The modern education system is to be aimed primarily at adaptive generation of educational content, taking into account the needs of students and in accordance with constantly changing conditions and needs of the labor market. At present, research in this area mainly concerns issues such as the use of multimedia technologies and simulation programs, knowledge testing technologies based on the competency model, methods for measuring the degree of satisfaction with the quality of training, and management methods based on the portfolio of students. These issues and problems are considered with varying degrees of detail, for example, in [1, 2, 3, 4] and other works. The developed methodology for the formation of educational programs is based on the research results of these authors and is developing towards the use of ontologies that can integrate various concepts of professional and educational standards and create on their basis fundamentally new educational modules and objects. In our opinion, it corresponds to world trends in the development of science in this field of knowledge. It is propose d to use the methods and methodologies of knowledge engineering as engineering methods: ontological engineering methods used for semantic modeling of the information and educational environment, allowing to represent the subject area in the form of a set of interconnected ontologies; methods for constructing and visualizing ontologies; methodologies for building databases and knowledge bases and forming complex queries to databases and knowledge bases; methods for semantic analysis of metadata; graph theory. As a result of the analysis of the objects of the information and educational environment, the requirements for the meta-description of educational objects and services are identified, and a description of the concepts of basic ontologies of the informational and educational environment is presented. The article also discusses the possibilities of using modern software for the formation of an intellectual repository of ontologies. Thus, the proposed toolkit for generating educational programs, in our opinion, will allow us to formalize, simplify, and significantly accelerate the process offlexible development of materials necessary for organizing and supporting the educational process. Application of the described approach makes it possible to improve the quality of training of specialists due to the prompt creation of organizational, managerial and educational materials adapted to the requirements of the labor market, taking into account the peculiarities of forms and methods of training.

The article analyzes the problem of online distance education, ways that develop the methodology and improvement the efficiency of the educational process with the help of information and communication technologies. The main difficulties of online training and solutions were suggested during the analysis. It was indicated the needs of the search for effective ways to organize online distance learning and training of foreign language for additional benefits and ICT methods. It was mentioned that the organization of learning and training with the help of Skype, Telegram, Zoom technologies can be positively significant, because it makes possible to use foreign methods of training foreign language and create an optimal communicative environment, promote the effectiveness of English language, professional success and growth in the future job. In their studies the scientists have made the conclusion that almost all scientists point out the high efficiency of the usage of computer programs and electronic tools, which significantly increase the quality of education. A number of problems were mentioned lack of motivation among teachers to use of modern information technologies; insufficient preparation of teachers to use modern ICT tools in the educational process; insufficient support of technical, scientific and methodological material of higher education establishments; insufficiently developed methods that can be used modern information technologies of learning in the educational process during the learning of professional subjects. Modern ICTs have become an indispensable item for changing the ways of learning, the careful developed the methods of visualization have optimized and improved the efficiency of the online educational process. The modern paradigm of pedagogy development is aimed to foster not only a trained and intellectual member of society but also to create a comfortable environment to contribute to their development, social and professional formation. This article is devoted to the study of students’ interactive communication phenomenon in the conditions of information educational environment, as well as its implementation in the modern educational process, and particularly – during webinars. In the work, such conceptual definitions as “interactive information environment”, “educational environment”, “educational process specifics”, “interactive communication”, etc. are used. Within the framework of the study, the specifics of these definitions were considered, their most important features in the context of the chosen topic were identified. The authors believe that webinars implemented through information educational environments have great potential for students’ interactive communication organization both within the educational process and in extracurricular activities. The use of information educational environments significantly changes the quality of educational process, allows to implement blended learning. Information educational environments support synchronous and asynchronous modes of interaction between educational process subjects. The article provides a description of the research aimed at identifying the advantages and disadvantages of information educational environments in the educational process and identifying the pedagogical conditions for the organization of students’ interactive communication during webinars. The questionnaire questions were aimed at studying students’ satisfaction with the capacities of information environments used in the educational process and the level of their readiness for interactive communication in the conditions of information educational environments.

Introduction. One of the tendencies of modern higher education is the ubiquitous use of information and communication technologies. At the same time, the functioning of the electronic information and educational environment (IEE) of the university should be based on the means of IEE and the condition of its information security. The aim of the research is conceptualization of a problem of the rational organization of the safe information and education environment of higher education institution wherein reliable protection of its infrastructure, the personal and unique information of a pupil and teacher and virtual space of their educational interaction is provided. Methodology and research methods. System-based approach is a key approach to organization of safe educational environment of the university. From the point of view of authors, personal-activity and functional approaches are expedient while designing and development of a safe IEE. Socio-historical and theoretical-methodological analysis, modeling, research and synthesis of experience of effective application of the systems approach in educational professional organizations are used. Results and scientific novelty. The concept «safe information educational environment of the university» is specified wherein the first word has to express a predominant quality of the system. Creating a safe information environment in educational professional organizations provides a convenient and safe educational environment in the process of professional training of university students. The components and directions for the organization of the safe IEE are highlighted. Practical recommendations for its design and successful functioning are given. Practical significance. The materials of the present research can be demanded by managers and administrative employees of educational organizations.

Socio-cultural changes in the society actualize the problem of the growing role of the environment in the educational value-oriented process. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the possibilities of the cultural and educational environment in the development of the axiological potential of the student. The author analyzes the terms “environment”, “educational environment”, “cultural environment” in order to determine the specifics of the concept of “cultural and educational environment”; the structure of the open cultural and educational environment of the university is developed, including three components (microenvironments): the information and educational environment of the university, the artistic environment of the cultural institution and the cultural and historical environment of the city where the university is located; the possibilities of the cultural and educational environment of the university are identified, contributing to the development of the axiological potential of the student. Information opportunities (the educational sphere of the university) motivate cognitive activity, expand the range of knowledge, and set the benchmark for the direction of the educational process towards the appropriation of values embedded in works of art and culture. Emotive opportunities (the axiosphere of art of a cultural institution) contribute to the value self-determination and self-development of a student, spiritual enrichment, finding the meaning of life, and perception of intercultural diversity. Transformative opportunities (the spatial-research sphere of the urban environment) enrich the experience of self-realization, involvement in various types of artistic and creative, project-creative activities, promote a respectful attitude towards the historical and cultural heritage and the design of one’s future based on “identification of oneself in culture.” The conclusion is formulated: the cultural and educational environment of the university is an effective means of developing the axiological potential of the student, bringing him to a new level of life.

The article considers the problem of using pedagogical design as a means of increasing students’ mo- tivation in the e-learning process. It is established that e-learning allows to meet the individual needs of each person in learning and solve such problems of traditional education as lack of individual approach to students, insufficient use of active forms of learning, direct educational process, weak motivation for inde- pendent cognitive activity of students, rigid attachment to territory and time, subjectivity of assessment of learning outcomes. Thanks to e-learning, the attendance of events increases due to online participants and records reviewing; new participants and those who cannot be present due to lack of time or geographical distance are involved; access to electronic materials and videos after the lecture is provided; accessibility and cost-effectiveness of education for all categories of citizens is ensured, including the socially disadvan- taged and the less mobile is guaranteed; the possibility of choosing individual content and pace of learning is activated; the student’s independent cognitive activity is stimulated. The concept of “рedagogical design” is given as a holistic approach to the organization of educational and cognitive activities of students based on the construction of the educational process as a single system, focusing on learning objectives, didactic material, information and tools available for knowledge transfer in an open information and educational environment. The following principles of pedagogical design are clar- ified: effective goal setting, scientificity, clarity, accessibility, individualization and differentiation of learn- ing, openness and nonlinearity of the learning process, creation of conditions for constructing one’s own experience, complex influence on all representative systems, reflexivity and feedback, aestheticization of educational environment. The comparative analysis of means of increase of motivation in the course of traditional and e-learn- ing training is implemented, the differences which are reflected in the process of motivation of students are found, such as absence of direct emotional contact of the teacher with students; mechanistic projec- tion of the real world into the virtual one and vice versa; depersonalization of the subjects of the educa- tional process; the difficulty of understanding the educational material. The classical model of increasing students’ motivation in the process of e-learning, ARCS, is consid- ered. The relationship between the stages of pedagogical design according to the ADDIE model and the components of J. Keller’s motivational model ARCS is established. It is concluded that pedagogical design is a means to ensure the active involvement of students in the educational process through the selection and use of a set of interactive forms, methods, techniques and modern information tools by higher educa- tion teachers that will ensure the planned result, providing feedback, communication and choice of control and evaluation system in a dialogue mode and optimally taking into account the life experience and future professional development of students. It is emphasized that, taking into account the motivational com- ponent, the use of a set of interactive forms and methods, information teaching aids and creative skills of the teacher can ensure effective memorization of the content, reducing time and optimizing effectiveness.

In the era of rapid development of educational technologies, informatisation of the learning process has become one of the most popular areas of educational activity thus providing particular importance to study the conditions allowing the construction of an electronic educational space that would successfully integrate into the educational process and ensure its effectiveness. The article describes the results of an empirical study of the relationship between the characteristics of the information and educational environment and student satisfaction with learning activities. The study involved 217 students of Witte Moscow University, studying with the use of distance learning technologies. Mathematical processing of the obtained data showed the presence of a statistically significant relationship between students' satisfaction with educational activities with the position of the pedagogue, the correspondence of teaching to students' expectations, as well as the quality of feedback. The author suggests pedagogic techniques that allow to organise training centred on the interests and capabilities of students, as well as to increase the level of satisfaction with learning in an information and educational environment. The results of the study can be used to improve training organised with the use of distance learning technologies.
