Organization Of Students’ Interactive Communication In A Webinar.

The article actualizes the digitalization of the educational process as the future of school education, which creates opportunities for distance learning in all its forms. The importance of developing high-quality electronic educational resources and forming on their basis the information educational space of the educational institution with the creation of special information platforms, which is now an important condition for providing quality educational services. The main theoretical approaches to the definition of "information educational space" and "information educational environment" are considered and the relationship between them is investigated. It is characterized that the information educational space is the result of constructive educational activities in the context of informatization, while the information and educational environment is a set of subsystems that provide pedagogical interaction of participants in the educational process through modern information and technical and educational tools. It is noted that the creation of a common information and educational space is possible through the introduction of IC and interactive information technologies in the educational process. The peculiarities of the website functioning in the organization of the information educational space of the educational institution as an important step towards the openness of the educational process of the school to the public, parents and stakeholders in the formation and implementation of educational policy. It has been proven that the school website provides teachers, students and their parents with access to educational information and aims to provide additional assistance and support to all participants in the educational process. The direction of the website to promote the development of scientific research of students and its motivating component for future students is argued. The main functions inherent in the website are highlighted: representative, informational and communication. It is concluded that the information and educational space has a great impact on all participants in the educational process, while the website of the educational institution is aimed at improving the efficiency of educational activities, implementing educational innovations, increasing information openness and transparency of general secondary education.

Background. Improving the effectiveness of training of future highly qualified personnel requires the improvement of existing and search for new forms and methods for organizing the educational process. Such approach requires the use of complexes of technical and didactic means that ensure the interconnection between classroom and non-classroom forms of the educational process. Objective. To analyze the existing conditions for the implementation of information and educational environment. Methods. Analysis of theoretical sources on the problem of the use of the information and educational environment in higher medical education, studying and generalization of leading experience in teaching student courses using information and communication technologies. The analysis of the results of the efficiency of implementation of the educational and informational environment has been carried out on the departments of phthisiology and pulmonology, histology, cytology and embryology, medical physics, biophysics and higher mathematics and analytical chemistry. Results. The article presents certain results of the work of lecturers concerning the development and use of the informational and educational environment in the context of continuing learning of present-day information-oriented society. Creating information and educational environment that supplies interaction between lecturers and students in classroom through interactive forms of communication on the basis of edХ platform promotes the optimization of the learning process. The basic principles of providing innovative approaches, methods, technologies of the uniform informational and educational environment of higher education medical institutions are substantiated. The necessity of disclosing the experience of higher education institutions regarding the creation of the informational and educational environment as part of the optimization of the student's educational process is emphasized. The experience of using new learning form confirmed the simplicity and interactivity of interaction of the student and the lecturer, gives the wide opportunities for learning process arrangement, enables the student to model learning process individually, as well as new forms of learning process supervision. Conclusion. In our opinion, online courses based on edX platform facilitate the optimization of the learning process in higher education institutions. The prospect of further work is the continuation of the development and implementation of the online course for students on edX platform in the learning process.

The article describes the ways of creation of integrated educational space on the basis of blended learning as a method of rational formation of flexible system of educational process in high school. According to scientific resources the sources of integrated approach to education are explained. The main attention is drawn to positive aspects of integration in the process of education: the realization of the system and logics of the subject and those interconnections which exist among separate topics and issues; broad interpretation of phenomena and problems; elimination of material duplication; the creation of the whole system of opinions. The term “information (educational) environment based on the principles of blended learning” is proclaimed: it is a complex of components which provides systematic integration of information technologies means (means of communication – e-mail, notice boards, webinars, forums; the creation of on-line content on the subject; telecommunication means of testing and estimation on-line; multimedia environments; case-technologies), pedagogical technologies with information management system of educational process with the aim of increasing its efficiency. Key principles of the organization of modern educational process at a pedagogical university in integrated information environment based on the principles of blended learning are described. Integrated education environment is a system in which traditional, case- and network education are simultaneously presented and students’ motivation, optimality of combination of forms and methods of education, provision of high-quality educational process are taken into consideration too. On the basis of scientific resources analysis the contents of the terms “educational information”, “information provision”, and “information resources” are explained. The special meaning of information technologies in the creation of integrated education environment as a complex of methods, means, approaches which provide efficient activity with the help of program, apparatus and program-apparatus calculating complexes is analyzed.

The article presents an analysis of approaches to the definition of the concepts of "information interaction", "interactive information cooperation" in socio-cultural information and educational environment, understood as a set of conditions that contribute to the emergence and development of information educational interaction between subjects of educational process and means of ICT, functioning of organizational structures of pedagogical influence for the development of content, the development of cognitive activity of a student. The article describes the features of the process of information interaction in socio-cultural information and educational environment in the preparation of students; interaction in this case includes an interactive information resource using interactive means of information and communication technologies. The structure of socio-cultural information and educational environment as a form of interrelated information interaction between the subjects of educational process with an interactive information resource is proposed. Information interaction is carried out by the subjects of the educational process (the student, the teacher, the means of education functioning on the basis of information and communication technologies) and is provided by psychological and pedagogical influence.

Relevance. Digitalization of education is becoming an increasingly urgent issue today. This is due both to the information transformations taking place all over the world and the online technologies usage trend. The education system as an integral and determinative part of all processes in society is also under the influence of the trend. It is obvious that under the conditions of informational isolation, remote access to educational resources is in demand more than ever. On the one hand, it entails a sharp increase of the importance of information and digital resources in education. But on the other hand, this leads to the wide range of threats and dangers that determine the risks for existing information systems in education and new ones. The aim of the study is to identify the information risk factors in the modern educational environment, on the basis of which it is possible to carry out a probabilistic analysis of its security. The methodological basis of the research combines the theory and practice of information and system approaches; modeling of a probabilistic model of information risks based on scenarios. Results and discussion. The study of the information aspect of education security has shown a fairly significant number of risks for information systems in education. At the same time, the range of such risks is constantly expanding due to the specifics of the information processes in education. It requires to take into account such risks and to assume system based measures aimed to assess the risks in the context of correlating the definitions “asset”, “vulnerability”, “threat” and “damage” in the information educational environment. Accordingly, this scenario-based approach makes it possible to create a general scheme of "security policy" in relation to information risks in education. Its implementation is represented as a risk management based on the analysis of the causes and consequences of an IS violation that also allows to analyze the security of the entire information educational environment. Conclusion. Implementation of the developed method allows to assess existing levels of risk and to conduct regular security analysis for the entire educational environment on the basis of probabilistic model based on the scenario method of educational environment information risks assessment.

The authoritative International Data Corporation (IDC) estimates that by 2023, global spending on public cloud services and infrastructure will be more than double, mainly due to the introduction of digital transformations. Globally, the cloud market is becoming a field of increasingly fierce competition between the world's leading IT corporations. Modern education is rapidly evolving due to teachers who in recent years have introduced cloud services in their professional activities. There was an urgent question about the formation of information and educational environment for cooperation, collaboration, communication and learning mobility. This study is devoted to the analysis of the methods peculiarities of designing the information and educational environment of the discipline with the help of GoogleServices. The authors reviewed Google Services for designing open and closed information and educational environments, which are free, so they can be actively used in the educational process. The advantages of open and closed information-educational environment of the discipline as environments for the organization and management of the educational process are described. In the study, the authors identified the following characteristics of the information and educational environment: openness (support for modern standards, Internet / Intranet technology); scalability (increasing the number of services provided in the environment; the amount of information that can be processed); expansion of databases and knowledge (does not lead to the need to reconfigure the system); integration (the ability to organize a single educational environment to expand the tasks associated with the development and design of educational and methodological support of the educational process); adaptability (dynamic adjustment to the needs of both a particular educational institution and an individual user).

In this article, we consider the development of the humanistic worldview of younger schoolchildren in extracurricular activities as a set of basic principles: historical and cultural orientation of upbringing and education, which involves the organization of the educational process based on the history and culture of the peoples living in the region, the country; integration of educational disciplines (mastery of art in unity with the study of songs, music, traditions, rituals, etc.); identification and self-actualization of the individual, based on the introduction of knowledge about man and society into the content of the development of humanistic worldview education; harmonization of interethnic relations. We note that this direction of education is able not only to take into account the interests of national cultures and regional cultural traditions, but also the needs of the individual in national and cultural self-identification, the development of the worldview positions of the individual. Therefore, at the current stage, we consider the development of a humanistic worldview as a way to return lost spiritual values, moral and aesthetic norms of behavior, interpersonal relations, family and everyday life. In our opinion, it is humanistic, ethno-cultural education that can help students master the culture of their people (the culture of consumption, the culture of communication, the culture of knowledge, the culture of work), develops a worldview, makes it possible to organize artistic and creative activities, focusing on the national uniqueness of the region. In determining the place and role of humanistic worldview education in out-of-school educational institutions, we consider it as a method that strengthens the effectiveness of education through the introduction of the means of national culture, which will help direct the modern educational and educational process to the formation of ethnic self-awareness, the development of understanding of the role of one's people in world culture. Analyzing the means of national culture used in folk pedagogy, we established that the educational potential of national culture was aimed at forming humanistic, worldviews in children. moral qualities of the individual, a sense of national self-awareness, patriotism, development of creative abilities.

Introduction. In light of the increasing significance of training highly qualified specialists, enhancing the information and educational environment of Russian universities has emerged as a key trend in improving the effectiveness of teaching practices.Aim. The present research aims to analyse students’ assessments of the characteristics of the information and educational environment in higher education within the context of digitalisation, identifying priorities and deficiencies in its development. Methodology and research methods. The study employs systemic, situational, axiological, and socio-engineering approaches. This article presents the findings of an empirical investigation into the priorities and deficiencies in the development of the information and educational environment within higher education. A total of 1,107 students, aged 17 to 29 years, participated in the study. The primary method utilised was a questionnaire survey, which effectively captured the nuances of the information and educational environment in the context of digitalisation. It also reflected the students’ perceptions of the semantic meanings associated with digital transformations, as well as their opinions on the priorities and shortcomings in the evolution of the contemporary information and educational environment in higher education. Results and scientific novelty. The data obtained allow us to discuss the positive expectations of young people regarding the digital transformation of the educational process in higher education. This analysis examines the influence of teachers’ digital skills on the meaningful enhancement of the information and educational environment, as well as the formation of new psychological and pedagogical opportunities for fostering cooperation during the educational process. Several barriers to the development of the information and educational environment have been identified, including insufficient material and technical resources in universities, a low level of digital competence among teachers, and a limited range of interactive technologies being utilised. Furthermore, it has been established that the psychological and pedagogical risks associated with the development of the information and educational environment are linked to a decline in students’ knowledge and communication skills. Practical significance. The results obtained can be utilised by administrators and educators in higher education institutions when evaluating deficiencies in the development of the information and educational environment.

The article considers relevant issues of the implementation of occupational standards for teachers. It analyses teacher�s activity in the area of information
 and communication technologies (ICT). By the example of live pedagogical situations, the article shows that ICT play f signifi cant role in organizing
 process of education and fundamentally change the nature of teacher�s professional activity with the development of Information-oriented Society.
 Occupational standards for teachers were examined and analyzed for the purpose of detecting the place of labor activities in the area of ICT at the
 level of generalized fundamental labor functions. Technology teacher activities went through an in-depth analysis and changes in professional task
 of technology teachers in educational Information Environment were described. The grounds for and the list of labor activities with the use of ICT in
 occupational standards for teachers, Module �Subject learning. Technology�, are given for the fi rst time.

Purpose – is to determine the current state of physical education teaching in higher education institutions. Research material and methods: pedagogical modeling and forecasting; analysis, synthesis, generalization, specification. Results. It was found that the educational process of physical education in higher education institutions is regulated by state regulatory and legal acts. However, in the context of expanding the autonomy of educational institutions, the role of internal regulation in higher education institutions regarding the specifics of the organization of physical education of students is growing. It has been established that the traditional model of building the process of physical education of students is being developed mostly in higher education institutions. However, recently, other models have been developed, which have advantages in terms of the maximum development of individual physical abilities of applicants, as well as the formation of their physical fitness, taking into account the needs of the future profession. However, the formation of models of physical education as full-fledged components of the system is complicated by problems related to the peculiarities of training in wartime and distance/asynchronous teaching. They need to be solved not as separate issues in the structure of the educational process, but in the context of improving the entire system of physical education, taking into account the achievement of the goal of preserving the health of student youth.. Conclusions. Thus, the main models of the organization of the process of physical education in higher education institutions and their possibilities in ensuring the quality of the educational process in today's conditions have been established. It is noted that the modern system of physical education of higher education institutions needs correction in accordance with current conditions and the future transformation of the educational process. It has been established that there are problems with the organization of training and control of the success of higher education students, as well as the quality of the physical education process against the background of maintaining stable forms of its implementation in the educational environment.

The relevance of the study deals with the importance of improvement of student readiness to overcome IT-related obstacles in post-Soviet social studies education. In this regard, this paper aims at identifying the concept of pedagogical interaction in the information and educational environment and revealing the effective use of pedagogical interaction to improve student readiness to overcome IT-related obstacles. The leading research method used to solve the problem is teaching project, which allows an integrated treatment of methodology in developing student readiness to overcome IT-related obstacles. The paper presents such methods as creating positive motivation, arranging interactive educational cognitive and practical student activities and boosting the personal educational environment; it is shown that a distinctive feature of pedagogical interaction is the acquaintance of students with various elements of the information and educational environment, leading to the development of student readiness to overcome IT-related obstacles; it is found out that the use of pedagogical interaction in the information and educational environment ensures the purposefulness and efficiency of educational process; it is justified that using interactive means of information and educational environment in the context of arrangement of pedagogical interaction can enrich educational process, develop specific student skill that will definitely help them in future professional activities. The research materials are of practical value to the further expansion of functional and methodical aspects of using interactive media in the information and educational environment.

The purpose of the paper is to study the effectiveness of the use of informational and educational environment during the study of students of the training course Informatics to enhance their cognitive activity. The use of educational technologies with the use of ICT tools allows you to modify the entire teaching process, implement a model of student-centered learning, intensify classes by improving cognitive activity, and most importantly, improve senior students' self-training. The main tasks of modern pedagogical technologies using ICT tools are the development of interactive environments for managing the cognitive activity process, access to modern information and educational resources (multimedia textbooks, various databases, educational sites and other sources). The informational and educational environment is based on the integration of information on traditional and electronic media, computer-telecommunication interaction technologies, virtual libraries, distributed databases, educational and methodical complexes and an extended didactic device. In the concept of information-educational environment, the pedagogical system and its support are combined. The scientific novelty of the paper includes analysis of the works of scientists on increasing the cognitive activity of students through means of ICT and improving the forms of organizing classes in computer science using ICT tools. The article presents informational and educational environment for the study of computer science in secondary schools, namely Internet portal Virtual office of computer science and ICT. The purpose of creating an Internet portal is to coordinate the efforts of all participants in the educational process (students, teachers, parents), the organization of educational and non-academic work, as well as the activation of cognitive activity of students during the study of computer science. The practical value of the study is to refine the concepts of cognitive activity, educational activity, cognitive interest, the development and improvement of technology for raising senior students' cognitive activity by solving mathematical problems by means of computer mathematics at computer science lessons. The use of computer mathematics as an educational tool makes it possible to rethink traditional approaches to the study a lot of issues of computer science and mathematics, to increase the experimental activity of students, to bring the learning process closer to the real cognition process.

The article is devoted to the topical problem of forming the information and digital competence of future teachers in the educational environment of a pedagogical university. The purpose of the article is to justify the need to create a high-quality informational and educational environment in pedagogical universities, which contributes to the formation of informational and digital competence of future teachers. To achieve the set goal, a set of methods was used: analysis and generalization of scientific and pedagogical sources, state documents, results; modeling and synthesis of the obtained data. The article presents the domestic regulatory framework that determines the informatization and digitization of the educational process in institutions of higher education: Recommendations for the implementation of mixed education in institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education (2020); Digital competence framework for citizens of Ukraine (2021); The concept of development of digital competences (2021) and the plan of measures for its implementation was approved; Conceptual and reference Framework of digital competence of pedagogical and research-pedagogical workers (project 2021); A typical program of professional development of pedagogical workers on the development of digital competence (2021); The concept of digital transformation of education and science for the period until 2026 (project 2021). The essence of the concepts «educational environment», «information-educational environment» and the constituent components of the educational environment of a pedagogical university are revealed: information-content, organizational-activity, spatial-subject. The author’s position on the requirements for a high-quality educational environment of a pedagogical university is presented: a high level of professionalism, pedagogical skill, general culture and digital literacy of the scientific and pedagogical staff; availability of a distance education platform in a higher education institution; wide use of modern information technologies; compliance with the rules of etiquette and protection in local and global networks, as information security.

The key task of the current stage of the education system development is the task of transition to new methods of organization and support of the educational process, allowing providing high-quality training of graduates with practical knowledge and skills in demand in the labor market. To solve this task is possible only with the use of innovative methods and tools for the creation of information-educational environment in the formation and processing of learning objects and software services distributed in the educational network and allowing the flexible implementation of the processes of educational and methodological support of educational activities. The aim of the research is to determine the possibilities of using the ontological approach to the construction of innovative automated education management systems, including the construction of individual learning trajectories. In this regard, the problem of modeling and algorithmization of the formation of educational programs as a chain of interrelated training modules and objects, taking into account the implementation of a competence-based model of learning in a distributed educational environment of the University, seems to be interesting. The modern education system is to be aimed primarily at adaptive generation of educational content, taking into account the needs of students and in accordance with constantly changing conditions and needs of the labor market. At present, research in this area mainly concerns issues such as the use of multimedia technologies and simulation programs, knowledge testing technologies based on the competency model, methods for measuring the degree of satisfaction with the quality of training, and management methods based on the portfolio of students. These issues and problems are considered with varying degrees of detail, for example, in [1, 2, 3, 4] and other works. The developed methodology for the formation of educational programs is based on the research results of these authors and is developing towards the use of ontologies that can integrate various concepts of professional and educational standards and create on their basis fundamentally new educational modules and objects. In our opinion, it corresponds to world trends in the development of science in this field of knowledge. It is propose d to use the methods and methodologies of knowledge engineering as engineering methods: ontological engineering methods used for semantic modeling of the information and educational environment, allowing to represent the subject area in the form of a set of interconnected ontologies; methods for constructing and visualizing ontologies; methodologies for building databases and knowledge bases and forming complex queries to databases and knowledge bases; methods for semantic analysis of metadata; graph theory. As a result of the analysis of the objects of the information and educational environment, the requirements for the meta-description of educational objects and services are identified, and a description of the concepts of basic ontologies of the informational and educational environment is presented. The article also discusses the possibilities of using modern software for the formation of an intellectual repository of ontologies. Thus, the proposed toolkit for generating educational programs, in our opinion, will allow us to formalize, simplify, and significantly accelerate the process offlexible development of materials necessary for organizing and supporting the educational process. Application of the described approach makes it possible to improve the quality of training of specialists due to the prompt creation of organizational, managerial and educational materials adapted to the requirements of the labor market, taking into account the peculiarities of forms and methods of training.
