Information technology (IT) has significantly enhanced hotel operations and management, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which accelerated digitalisation and the adoption of contactless services. New technologies mitigate the pandemic's effects, maximising innovative processes, increasing brand awareness, and reducing risks. This transformation encourages technological advancement in the hotel industry, yielding positive impacts. This paper analyses the contributions of IT to enhancing hotel operations and management in China during the COVID-19 pandemic. It involves interviews with 20 Chinese hoteliers for practical insights and applies DeLone and McLean's information system (IS) success model. The study examines six dimensions: information quality, system quality, service quality, system use and usage intentions, user satisfaction, and net system benefits. The findings highlight IT's impact on hotel operations, sales and marketing, personalisation, online connectivity, social media engagement, customer relationship management, and strategic business planning. This ensures competitive edges in the Chinese hotel industry during the pandemic.

This study aims to measure the success of the Go-Jek application from a user perspective using the Information System Success Model (ISSM) by DeLone & McLean. Go-Jek, as a pioneer of online transportation in Indonesia since 2010, offers various features that simplify people's daily activities. Using the ISSM approach, this study evaluates six main factors: information quality, system quality, service quality, usage intention, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents in Batam City and Tanjungpinang. The analysis results show that information quality, system, and service have a significant influence on user satisfaction. Users feel helped by the ease of application, simple language, and responsive service offered by Go-Jek. In addition, user satisfaction is shown to be a key determinant of reuse intentions, which directly affects the net benefits for users and the company. Go-Jek's success is also supported by continuous innovation in improving user experience. This research provides important insights for PT Go-Jek in developing better technology-based services, while contributing to the literature related to information systems evaluation. This research confirms that the quality of information, systems, and services are key factors that must be continuously improved to maintain user satisfaction and loyalty.

Peneletian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesuksesan Aplikasi Google Meet sebagai media pemebelajaran daring dengan menggunaka metode ISSM. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya pandemic Covid beberapa tahun terakhir kita menghadapi pandemic covid-19 yang mengharuskan kita mengurangi kegiatan secara langsung secara signifkan, tak terkecuali di bidang Pendidikan. Tidak diperbolehkan belajar mengajar secara tatap muka pun membuat kita harus beradaptasi dengan menggunaka media teknologi yang dapat memfasilitas pertemua antar pengajar dengan murid ataua mahasiswanya meskipun dalam jaringan atau daring, salah satunya dengan Google Meet. Untuk itu perlu adanyan Analisa apakah aplikasi tersebut apakah dapat dengan baik memfasilitasi pertemuan dalam jaringan untuk Pendidikan dengan baik. Metode yang kita gunakan dalam penelitian ini ada metode ISSM, D&M IS Success Model merupakan salah satu model kesuksesan sistem informasi yang memiliki 6 variabel evaluasi, yaitu: Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, serta Net Benefit. Metode ini akan kami gunakan sebagai model untuk mengukur kesuksesan aplikasi Google Meet sebagai media pembelajaran daring. Jenis data yang kami gunakan adalah data primer, berupa kuesioner yang isinya persepsi responden dengan menggunakan Skala Likert 1-5. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Teknik pengumpulan responden yang digunakan adalah teknik random sampling. Yang kemudian variabel akan diuji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji korelasinya. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa aplikasi Google Meet sudah baik digunakan untuk media pembelajaran daring, dan variabel yang digunakan untuk pengukuran saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain. agar dapat tepat sasaran dan tersampaikan kepada para segmen pasarnya.

 Abstract 
 This research aims to analyze the success of the Google Meet Application as an online learning medium using the ISSM method. This needs to be done because of the Covid pandemic in the last few years we have faced the covid-19 pandemic which requires us to significantly reduce activities directly, including in the field of Education. Not allowed to teach face-to-face, even if we have to adapt to using technology media that can facilitate meetings between teachers and students or students, even if online or online, one of which is with Google Meet. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze whether the application can properly facilitate online meetings for education properly. The method we use in this research is the ISSM method, the D&M IS Success Model is one of the information system success models that has 6 evaluation variables, namely: Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. We will use this method as a model to measure the success of the Google Meet application as an online learning medium. The type of data we use is primary data, in the form of a questionnaire containing respondents' perceptions using a 1-5 Likert Scale. The data collection technique in this research is to use a survey method through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The respondent collection technique used is a random sampling technique. Then the variables will be tested for validity, reliability, and correlation tests. The results of this study indicate that the Google Meet application is well used for online learning media, and the variables used for measurement influence each other. so that it can be right on target and delivered to its market segments.

Establishing e-customer loyalty in e-commerce, which is the form of commerce of our age, is quite difficult compared to traditional commerce. There are many options for customers. In this context, e-commerce businesses should design their websites according to the wishes and needs of their customers to gain an advantage over their competitors. This study aims to reveal the effect of information quality, system quality, service quality, and user friendliness of e-commerce websites and the net benefit on e-customer loyalty. To examine these variables, a questionnaire was applied to 506 customers of a shopping mall in Istanbul with 8 branches. The collected data were analyzed with statistical package programs used in the social sciences. A positive and significant relationship was observed between website information quality, website system quality, website service quality, website user-friendliness, net benefit, and e-loyalty. As a result of the regression analysis, a positive and significant effect of the website's information quality, system quality, service quality, user-friendliness, and net benefit on e-customer loyalty was observed. Information quality alone does not affect e-customer loyalty. The disclosure rate of the model is 87.5%.

The purpose of this paper is to compare and evaluate the validity of Information systems (IS) success models such as DeLone and McLean's (1992), Seddon's (1997), and DeLone and McLean's (2003) IS success models for an e-government application called the Online Public Grievance Redressal System (OPGRS) in context of India. The paper also provides an integrated model of IS success based on the comparison of the three well-known IS success models. All the existing models of IS success are not considered in their original shapes as this research is not using the variables such as use, individual impact, organizational impact from DeLone and McLean (1992) IS success model, use and net benefits from DeLone and McLean (2003) IS success model, and other measures of net benefits of IS use including net benefits to individuals, organizations, and society, and expectations about the net benefits of future IS use from Seddon's (1997) IS success model. The proposed model contains the additional constructs relevant to e-government research including complexity, trust, and facilitating conditions and found that the model performs quite satisfactorily as far as the success of the OPGRS system is concerned. The paper also discusses its limitations, provides implications for theory and practice, and proposed future lines of research which will allow the researchers, practitioners, and government to leverage the full potential of the OPGRS system to curb and eradicate corruption and to build a transparent and sanitized society.

A Study on Influencing Factors for Customer Satisfaction and Use Continuance in SNS of Banks

This study aims to analyze the effect of information quality, system quality, service quality, use, and user satisfaction of e-filing systems on individual taxpayer compliance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires online and offline to e-filing individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Timur Denpasar. The total sample is 100 individual taxpayers using convenience sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is partial least square with SmartPLS 3.2.8 application. The results of this study indicate that information quality and system quality have a positive effect on the use of e-filing systems. Information quality, system quality and service quality influence the satisfaction of e-filing system users, the use and satisfaction of e-filing system users have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. The results of this study can be used as input by the government in an effort to increase the use of e-filing by individual taxpayers.

Since the needs for academic management are always changing, the creation of academic information systems must focus on user benefits and satisfaction in order to gauge how successful academic management systems are. This research uses the Delone and McLean IS Success Model which is known as one of the system success models, so the aims to ascertain the effects of system, information, and service quality, as well as usage rate, on benefits and user satisfaction SIAKAD system. Respondents were determined using the Slovin formula and taken using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques as many as 100 people. Descriptive analysis was carried out to explain respondents' perceptions and evaluate the success of the system using Three levels of communication were used to measure the success of the system: technical, semantic, and effectiveness levels. The Delone and Mclean IS Success Model's variable relationships were investigated using SEM-PLS analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that User Satisfaction is significantly impacted by Information; System; and Service Quality, then Information Quality also significantly affects Usage; and Net Benefits are significantly impacted by User Usage and Satisfaction; however, neither System Quality nor Service Quality significantly affects Use or Use on User Satisfaction.

E-Kinerja Benda District Tangerang City is an E-Government in the form of an Employee Performance Management Information System in charge of recording and reporting the performance of all employees in the government environment. The system should aim to simplify employee performance management and measure the efficiency and creativity of employees at work, in its implementation, there are still problems that occur. Many employees complain about the system, the implementation of the E-Kinerja system either directly or indirectly is considered troublesome, the internet network is not widely connected, the presence of technology devices (computers) is limited, and the lack of employees in understanding and utilizing the E-Kinerja system, and the lack of attendance and knowledge of information about IT as part of the supporting components in the process of presenting the information. So that an evaluation of the application of E-Kinerja is carried out, with the aim of this study being able to measure evaluation to prove the success rate of implementing E-Kinerja-based performance evaluations in Benda District, Tangerang City and knowing what factors or variables influence it. This study evaluates success using the Enhanced Information System Success Model with 7 evaluation variables: information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, trust, use, and net benefits. This study will use a qualitative and quantitative data approach through observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires where the total respondents obtained are 62 respondents with PLS-SEM data analysis and SmartPLS 3.3 assistance. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is proven that from the 14 hypotheses proposed there are 5 hypotheses accepted while 9 other hypotheses are rejected. This evaluation also produces recommendations from the seven variables used which contain alternatives to improve and increase the success of the implementation of E-Kinerja.

This study aims to analyse the quality and effectiveness of e-filling application by Indonesia tax payer. The theory adopted IS Success DeLone and McLean using three variables to measure the effectiveness of e-filling include user satisfaction, information quality, system quality, and service quality. Data collected through surveys conducted to taxpayers who have used Tax e-filling. PLS SEM and path analysis was applied to test the influences of the quality antecedents to user satisfaction with IS. The finding reveal that path coefficients provided a measure of the importance of each quality antecedent. The result show that Information quality, system quality, and service quality are increasing taxpayer satisfaction. This result also give evidence that the information quality, quality of system and service quality used by the organization positively affects the level of satisfaction of taxpayers. This study gives suggestion for Directorate General of Taxes could be sought by improving and increasing the information quality, system quality, use, and user satisfaction on e-filing system. This research gives empirical value that information quality, system quality and service quality have significant and positive effects on tax payers’ satisfaction. What quality factors matter in enhancing the perceived benefits of online health information sites? Application of the updated DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model

This study aims to find out how the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality, and security, on user satisfaction in the OVO application in Denpasar. This study uses a quantitative approach, data processing methods using SEM-PLS. used is SmartPLS 3.0. The population of this study are users of the OVO digital payment system in Denpasar. The sample was determined based on cluster sampling technique and random sampling, with a sample of 96 respondents. The results of this study prove that of the 10 hypotheses made there are 7 hypotheses that are accepted, namely the relationship between system quality and use, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction, information quality and user satisfaction, service quality and use, service quality and user satisfaction, the relationship between use and net benefit and user satisfaction relationship to net benefit, and 3 hypotheses with results rejected namely information quality to use, security relationship to use and security relationship to user satisfaction.

Education is a crucial thing and highly concerned all over the world. As one of the educational institutions, the university has currently applied many information systems because of several obstacles and problems. With the fast development of information and communication technology, the learning process also has improved, known as e-learning. Pertamina University is a private university located in Jakarta, which has six faculties and 15 study programs. Since its inception in 2016, Pertamina University has applied e-learning to its students. Based on the conceptual models developed by DeLone & McLean, this research aims to examine the success of the implementation of the e-learning system in Pertamina University with six variables, which are information quality, system quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefit. The results of the study using 610 samples showed that the information quality variable did not affect the user satisfaction variable, which means that the quality of information on e-learning needed to be improved again to get a better response to user satisfaction.

This study investigates the determinants of Information Systems (IS) success within Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), employing the Information System Success Model (ISSM) as a theoretical framework. Using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) on data from 272 Tanzanian CSOs, the study identifies system quality, information quality, service quality, and IS use as critical factors influencing success. Results reveal that system quality directly impacts both IS use and net benefits, while IS use mediates the relationship between quality factors and organizational outcomes. Surprisingly, information and service quality do not directly affect net benefits, highlighting the need for CSOs to prioritize robust system design and user engagement. The findings offer actionable insights for enhancing IS effectiveness in resource-constrained environments.

Despite numerous frameworks and models proposed in the literature, Information Systems (IS) assessment still remains elusive. In addition, little agreement exists on the contribution of the IS function within an organization and on how IS is related to the other organizational dimensions. Frameworks that show the relationship between IS and the organization are in the developmental stage and this work proposes a more comprehensive framework to assist in better understanding the relationship between IS and organizational quality. This research examines two popular IS quality assessment frameworks - Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) and Information Systems Assessment (ISA) - and suggests a new framework, IS-MBNQA. This work integrates these two IS quality assessment frameworks into a single comprehensive model that provides a holistic view on how IS quality is interrelated to organizational quality. The existing two IS assessment frameworks attempted to measure IS quality at different levels within an organization. The MBNQA model is the most comprehensive quality framework because it takes an organization wide perspective. On the other hand, ISA employs an IS specific perspective and reflects the relationships of eight major IS success dimensions. ISA is a modified version of DeLone & McLean's model with the inclusion of a success factor for Service Quality. For this study, survey instruments are developed from the MBNQA and ISA frameworks and they are consolidated to allow testing of the single IS-MBNQA framework. Exploratory factor analysis is performed for instrument refinement and confirmatory factor analysis for validity of the models. The instruments developed in this work are utilized as a foundation for identifying the relationships among the dimensions within and between each model. A major contribution of this work is the validation of the 2000 MBNQA model and the extension of existing models/frameworks to better explain the IS contribution to an organization.
