The Students Innovation Training Program (SITP) has become an effective method to impel the teaching reform and improve undergraduate’s innovative practical ability in Chinese colleges and universities, which is quite helpful for students to understand the social requirement, to grasp the basic means of scientific research and to improve their innovative practical ability and team work spirit.In this paper, three problems have been analyzed and discussed based on our organizing and instructing experience of SITP in recent years. Firstly, the SITP is a synthetically training project, and it is quite suitable to cultivate the students’ innovative practical ability. Because SITP is similar to the real scientific research activity, and both of them include the steps of project application, solution design, research implementation and project summary etc. By making great efforts to these basic training steps, the undergraduates’ innovative practical ability has been improved systemically. Secondly, a new talents cultivation system has been constructed based on SITP by integrating the subject competitions, graduation design and other conventional training activities, which is quite good to improve the training quality and decrease the total training class hours. Thirdly, a series of long-term effective operation and management guidelines have been established to ensure the SITP work normally, including doing a good job of project evaluation, setting up a reward and punishment system and creating a good atmosphere for innovation.In conclusion, great efforts have been made to enhance undergraduates’ innovative ability, and the research results will provide useful reference for improving the training effects and reforming talents cultivating mode further.

This paper discusses how to improve the cultivation of college students' innovative ability through open laboratories. Firstly, it introduces the concept and advantages of open laboratories, then analyzes in detail the role of open laboratories in the cultivation of college students' innovation ability, and finally puts forward specific measures to improve college students' innovation ability through open laboratories. Through the implementation of these measures, we aim to improve students' innovation and practice ability, independent learning ability, practical operation ability and comprehensive quality, in order to adapt to the demand for software engineering professionals under the background of new engineering disciplines.

Practical teaching plays an important role in developing students’ practical and innovative abilities. Starting from the idea of “emphasis on practice and ability”, this article proposes to take a series of measures to improve students’ practical ability in undergraduate teaching. In addition, a platform should be built to develop students’ innovative abilities. Our practice has shown that these measures have taken favorable effects.

The depletion of traditional fossil energy and the air pollution caused by the burning of fossil fuels have forced science authors from all over the world to gradually turn their attention to the development and utilization of renewable energy. However, limited by the defects of less exposed active surface and slow diffusion of traditional materials, nanomaterials have advantages that traditional materials cannot match and can significantly improve the performance of energy conversion and storage devices. Based on this, this paper studies the application and economic benefits of nanomaterials in the field of new energy and environment and provides a new idea for the development direction of nanomaterials in the field of new energy and environment. This article selects three different survey objects to correctly measure the energy consumed by the three groups of experimental vehicles traveling 1 km, 5 km, 10 km, and 20 km and the content of substances that pollute the environment. At the same time, the three traditional electrodes are connected. The electrochemical workstation of the system measures the electrochemical performance of nanomaterials to analyze the application of nanomaterials in the field of new energy and environment and the economic benefits brought by them. The experiment proves that AgPdMo/MoS2 NWs has the smallest charge transfer resistance of 259.3 Ω, the smallest impedance, and the fastest electron transfer rate. The charge transfer resistances of MoS2 NSs, AgPd NWs, and AgPdMo NWs are 37079 Ω, 398.4 Ω, and 916.6 Ω.

With the adjustment of economic structure and the rapid development of science and technology, the demand of enterprises for college graduates has changed significantly, and the traditional single skills and basic knowledge are no longer enough to meet the diversified needs of modern enterprises. This text begins with the social employment demand on graduates major in civil engineering, elaborates the connotation of cultivation mode of practical talents, and discusses the construction of practical talents training mode system from the perspectives of training objective and training standard, curricular system construction, teaching staff construction, and training program and ways. It emphasizes the importance of practical talents training mode in cultivating civil engineering students' practical ability, and puts forward supporting measures for implementing civil engineering practical talents' training mode from the perspectives of teaching content, practical teaching proportion, and teaching staff.

With the increasing changes in industrial demand, especially in the field of intelligent manufacturing, in order to meet the demand for high-quality talents in modern society, many universities have begun to re-examine their educational models, especially in practical teaching. Practical teaching, as an important component of engineering education, carries the responsibility of cultivating students' practical ability, innovation ability, and comprehensive quality. For students majoring in intelligent manufacturing, being able to interact with real engineering projects through practical teaching can help them better understand theoretical knowledge and exercise their ability to solve practical problems through hands-on operation. The School of Intelligent Manufacturing at Geely College is committed to optimizing its practical teaching system in this context, striving to provide students with richer learning platforms and more targeted practical opportunities. The college explores the "scenario fusion" practical teaching mode through innovative teaching concepts to enhance students' comprehensive abilities, especially in the field of intelligent manufacturing. By establishing a practical teaching system that is closer to the actual needs of the industry, the college aims to cultivate high-quality engineering and technical talents who are more adaptable to industrial development, and to cultivate more outstanding talents with practical operational abilities for society.

In this paper, text mining technology is utilized to construct talent portrait labeling system, and LDA topic model is used to mine talent information dimensions. After that, the fuzzy C-mean clustering algorithm (FCM) is used to cluster and analyze the data. Finally, the digital talent group portrait of higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education based on FCM is constructed to implement the precise cultivation method. In this paper, students related to innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges are clustered into four categories: to be strengthened, balanced development, skill-deficient, and imaginative. The weights of theoretical knowledge dimension, practical ability, professional skills, brainstorming and competitiveness dimension are 0.0970, 0.5796, 0.097, 0.1212 and 0.1216, respectively. 2022 spring semester, the impact of “hybrid teaching” variable on innovation ability, entrepreneurship ability and knowledge acquisition are less than 2021, while the impact of “teamwork” variable on innovation ability, entrepreneurship ability and knowledge acquisition are higher than 2021, and the impact of “experimental design” variable on knowledge acquisition is also higher than 2021. The effects of “teamwork” variable on innovation ability, entrepreneurship ability and knowledge acquisition in the spring semester of 2022 are lower than those in 2021, while the effects of “experimental design” variable on knowledge acquisition are higher than those in 2021, so that the effects of this paper’s teaching and traditional teaching on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial digital talents are different. The effects of this paper’s teaching and traditional teaching on the innovation and entrepreneurial cultivation of digital talents are different.

Postgraduate innovative ability is one of the important abilities which postgraduate students should have. This paper discusses the connotation and influence factors of postgraduate innovative ability, which divides innovative ability into several practical abilities: innovative consciousness, scientific research ability, innovative practice ability, innovative spirit, innovative thinking, innovative methods and skills, innovative quality, innovative personality and wisdom, technical application ability, organizing ability and the team cooperation ability. The practical abilities are sorted and analyzed by theoretical analysis and empirical research, .Countermeasures and suggestions are given for postgraduate innovative ability training.

Research and Practice of Course Design on Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technology

With the development of the Internet and E-Commerce, logistics has maintained a sustained and rapid development trend since the 1980s. Its industry scale and service capacity have been significantly improved. It has become a new economic growth point in China, and logistics has become a pillar industry in the development of the national economy. With the vigorous development of logistics industry, more logistics talents are needed, and universities are the cradle of training talents. The logistics personnel training is far behind the logistics market demand, and those practice is weak during the process of the logistics professional teaching with the theory. Therefore, if there is chance to make a breakthrough, must rely on practical teaching to strengthen logistics theory and practice combination, with the help of practice process to improve the students’ practical ability, related handling problems and straining capacity, including effectively improvement the comprehensive ability of students, for achievement the effective docking of school education and enterprises. Production-University-Research Collaboration training is an important way to cultivate students’ practical ability and innovation ability, and it is also a new highlight of application-oriented universities, colleges and universities, as a new way to cultivate talents. School-enterprise integration practice teaching is the way to cultivate innovative talents and the core goal of higher education teaching reform in the new era. The collaborative cultivation mode of logistics talents provides an implementation plan for improving students’ practical ability, practical ability, problem-solving ability and strain ability, and also provides a specific realization path for logistics professionals, to provide comprehensive talents more in line with the needs of enterprises. With the rapid development of higher education, industry-university cooperation has emerged as a crucial approach to enhancing the practical and innovative abilities of college students. However, the current practical teaching model for college students faces significant challenges and problems in the context of industry-university collaboration. On one hand, the teaching model suffers from fundamental deficiencies, including a disconnect between theory and practice, low levels of enterprise participation, and insufficient cultivation of students’ practical abilities. On the other hand, specific issues such as a single cooperation model, mismatched teaching content with enterprise requirements, and a lack of practical platforms further constrain the effective enhancement of students’ practical skills. Experimental testing conducted in this study revealed that the measures applied to the experimental group positively impacted students’ practical and innovative abilities, leading to higher innovation scores in the experimental group compared to the control group.

With the rapid development of science and technology, BIM technology has been widely used in the civil engineering industry and has become an important tool to promote the progress of the industry. However, colleges and universities still face many challenges in the teaching of engineering mechanics, such as the disconnect between theory and practice, and the lack of students’ practical innovation ability. Therefore, this paper proposes to integrate BIM technology into the teaching reform of Engineering Mechanics and establish a BIM virtual teaching and research room to realize the sharing and optimization of teaching resources, to improve teachers’ teaching level and students’ practical ability [1]. Specifically, this paper first analyzes the teaching problems of “Engineering Mechanics” based on BIM virtual teaching and research room and puts forward corresponding teaching reform strategies, aiming to promote the continuous improvement and innovation of Engineering Mechanics instruction.

Great progress has been made in mass sports and national fitness in China, leading to an increasing demand for innovative talents majoring in physical education.Curriculum reform is crucial for implementing innovative education.Curriculum is the heart of education, and curriculum reform is the core of education reform.This research, based on data mining technology, utilizes methods such as literature review, questionnaire surveys, mathematical analysis, and logical analysis.Through research, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) The innovative ability of students majoring in physical education should include both innovative thinking ability and innovative practice ability.Innovative thinking ability comprises general innovative thinking ability and special innovative thinking ability.(2) The constituent elements of the innovative ability of physical education (PE) majors mainly include five primary indicators (innovative thinking, innovative thinking ability, innovative learning ability, innovative intelligence ability, and innovative practical activity ability) and eight secondary indicators.The extraction of the firstlevel indicators is closely related to the characteristics of PE majors and the connotation and essence of innovative ability.(3) Subjective factors that affect the innovation ability of students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities mainly include innovative consciousness, creative thinking, ideological concepts, innovative motivation, students' quality, and students' knowledge.Objective factors include teaching content, school attention, innovation environment, teaching evaluation, teaching environment, and incentive mechanism.

Purpose: To build a “Four-in-one” medical talent training mode driven by “Wisdom, Integration and Characteristics” in ethnic minority areas to improve students’ humanistic accomplishment, practical and innovative ability and post competence and train high-quality characteristic application-oriented medical talents. Solutions: The “Four-in-one” medical talent training mode driven by “Wisdom, Integration and Characteristics” is created and applied to the medical talent training practice of our school by taking the educational informationization as the endogenous variable of systematic reform of education, and “integration of science and education, integration of production and education, integration of theory and practice” as the focus to improve the quality of medical talent training, focusing on the four elements of “knowledge imparting, ability development, career skill development and value shaping” in talent training, combining the functions of “scientific research, social service, cultural inheritance and innovation” of colleges and universities, and launching the reform from the aspects of “thick foundation, strong ability, pro-industry, and humanities (Four-in-one)”. Results: The students’ humanistic accomplishment, practical ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability and post competence have been significantly improved; the level and gradation of running school have been greatly enhanced. Conclusion: The construction of “Four-in-one” medical talent training mode driven by “Wisdom, Integration and Characteristics” in ethnic minority areas can help improve the training quality of medical talents.
