OPTIMIZING MATHEMATICS LEARNING OUTCOMES USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY

The article discusses the essence and features of modern Internet marketing based on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The article examines how AI can help online marketers collect and analyze consumer data, segment and personalize audiences, create and distribute effective content, optimize and automate advertising campaigns, and measure and improve marketing results. The article also analyzes the latest trends in the use of AI technologies by Ukrainian and foreign companies and identifies their advantages.The investigation identified effective AI tools in online marketing, such as chatbots, recommender systems, text generators, sentiment analysers, face and speech recognition systems, etc. The article presents a comparison of AI tools in online marketing of Ukrainian and foreign companies. Foreign companies use modern products that have no analogues in Ukraine. This is due to the popularity of the trend of using AI technologies in foreign companies. In Ukraine, this trend is developing and we can see it in the use of chatbots and CRM systems. They have been implemented by such companies as PrivatBank and Promodo. Despite this, the development of foreign companies is progressive. Previously, only large corporations could afford to use AI technologies, but now young startups are catching up with the trend. AI combined with human capabilities can actually turn business into a universal tool for profit. However, this path is not without obstacles, so the article highlights the challenges of AI that may affect the economic, legal, ethical, and social spheres of life. Scenarios for preventing possible problems allow for the effective use of AI's potential. The article suggests measures that should help society adapt to changes in the socio-economic environment associated with the displacement of humans by AI. It is important to understand the advantages and disadvantages of modern online marketing tools to ensure effective solutions to business problems.

The main focus is on studying the prospects and possibilities of using artificial intelligence technology systems in detecting, investigating and preventing crimes. Ensuring the use of artificial intelligence technologies in law enforcement activities should become an urgent task of forensic science. The use of artificial intelligence technologies to predict crimes or illegal behavior of certain individuals, detect a possible criminal, as well as the use of these technologies for forensic purposes are considered promising areas of research. The article reflects the idea that it is impossible to ensure a positive result from the use of digital technologies in forensic activities only through the formulation of theoretical provisions and scientific discussions, despite the lack of large-scale and significant results of applied research in this area. Promising use of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in forensic and law enforcement practice will achieve higher results.

The relevance of the paper is due to the fact that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in education is determined by global trends in the digitalization of the learning process and the need to adapt educational systems to contemporary challenges. Foreign experience in implementing AI demonstrates significant potential for personalizing learning, automating assessment, and analyzing data on the performance of participants in the educational process. Studying successful practices from other countries can reveal effective methods for integrating innovative technologies into the learning process. The purpose of the present article is to examine the current state of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational processes of various countries around the world. The methodology of the research is based on the general scientific and special methods of cognition such us analysis, synthesis, logical method, monitoring, and the method of visualization of the research results. The conclusions. The global experience of applying artificial intelligence in education demonstrates significant potential for these technologies to personalize learning, enhance the effectiveness of the educational process, and expand opportunities for both higher education students and educators. Foreign experience shows that various countries are already actively using AI-based innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and quality of education. At the same time, the implementation of AI in education is accompanied by certain challenges and risks that must be considered and addressed at both national and international levels. However, given the rapid growth of investments and innovations in this field, it can be expected that AI will become an integral part of the education of the future, transforming the learning process and opening new horizons for the development of human potential. The scientific novelty of the research. A comparative analysis of the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process of different countries, including China, the USA, the United Kingdom, and Japan, has been conducted. Key features of AI integration in the field of education and its impact on learning personalization, process automation, and the improvement of educational outcomes have been presented. The practical significance of the article. The research results can be used to develop strategic approaches for the implementation of artificial intelligence in Ukrainian higher education institutions. The proposed recommendations will enable educators to effectively integrate innovative technologies to enhance the quality of education and improve student learning outcomes through personalized learning and the automation of routine tasks.

The current increase in the number of publications on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in neurosurgery indicates a new trend in clinical neuroscience.The aim of the study was to conduct a systematic literature review to highlight the main directions and trends in the use of AI in neurosurgery.Methods.Using the PubMed search engine, 327 original journal articles published from 1996 to July 2019 and related to the use of AI technologies in neurosurgery, were selected. The typical issues addressed by using AI were identified for each area of neurosurgery.Results.The typical AI applications within each of the five main areas of neurosurgery (neuro-oncology, functional, vascular, spinal neurosurgery, and traumatic brain injury) were defined.Conclusion.The article highlights the main areas and trends in the up-to-date AI research in neurosurgery, which might be helpful in planning new scientific projects.

In an era where artificial intelligence (AI) technology is increasingly penetrating various aspects of life, including education, it is important to understand its impact on students' social relationships. These changes raise questions about how interactions between students and teachers are affected by AI Technology. This research aims to investigate the impact or artificial intelligence on students' social relationships in an educational environment. The focus is on understanding changes in interactions between students, student-teacher interaction, as well as broader implications for social dynamics inside the classroom and outside the classroom. The research method used is a literature review which uses data collections sources that are relevant to this research, which can be in books, megazines and other print media, or can be obtained from photos and videos. The research results show that artificial intelligence technology has a complex impact on students' social relationships. Although it can improve efficiency and learning outcomes, AI technology can also reduce social inequality, and create excessive dependence on technology. Educators and policymakers need to carefully consider the use of AI technology in education to ensure that positive impacts are maximized, while negative impacts are minimized.

Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are used in various sectors of the national economy, in particular in agriculture. The purpose of the research is to consider the essence and directions of application of AI technologies in agriculture. These technologies are used in various branches of agriculture: detection of plant diseases, classification and identification of weeds, determination and counting of fruits, management of water resources and soil, forecasting of weather (climate), determination of animal behavior. AI technologies used in agriculture have a number of significant features. First of all, these are software and technical means. AI technologies perform an intellectual function when performing work in agriculture, which consists in making abstract conclusions, recognizing patterns, taking actions in conditions of incomplete information, showing creativity, and the ability to self-learn. The strengths of the use of AI technologies include increasing labor productivity in the agricultural sector, increasing the efficiency of management decisions, as well as increasing access to information, expanding human opportunities in the workplace and the emergence of new professions. The main opportunities are related to various technical breakthroughs, including machine learning, the use of neural networks, big data, etc. This will create additional jobs in high-tech sectors, in particular in programming. AI technologies will allow to optimize the production of food all over the world and reduce the severity of the problem of global hunger. One of the threats to Ukraine lies in the apparent lag behind advanced countries in the development of these technologies for agriculture. The results of the research can be used by the executive authorities when develo¬ping programs for the innovative development of agriculture and technical modernization of the industry.

Currently, the development of technologies affects all spheres of society. Artificial intelligence technologies are intensively developing and are beginning to be actively used to solve various problems both at the everyday and at the scientific level. Accordingly, there are discussions in the pedagogical circle about the possibilities of using artificial intelligence to solve educational tasks: from finding educational material, translating educational material into another language, creating a curriculum, computer presentation for an educational session, creating a computer program or project to communication in another language with an IA-assistant (Artificial Intelligence). That is, a scientific and pedagogical worker can delegate the performance of certain tasks to artificial intelligence technologies (but with further verification of the completed tasks by artificial intelligence technologies) and reduce his time for preparing for educational classes. Increasingly, scientists emphasize the possibility of using artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process and the need to train scientific and pedagogical workers to use artificial intelligence. Accordingly, the purpose of the article was to analyze the concept of "artificial intelligence" and describe existing scientific approaches to the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process. The methodology of the research was the analysis of the concept of "artificial intelligence" by both Ukrainian and foreign scientists, analysis of scientific approaches, explanation, comparison and systematization of directions, advantages, disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in education. The definition of the concept of "artificial intelligence" by both Ukrainian and foreign scientists is presented. We defined the concept of "artificial intelligence" as an information technology that ensures the performance of certain complex intellectual tasks. Examples of artificial intelligence technologies that can be used in the educational process include: Anima, Grammarly, CENTURY, IntelliMetric, API DeepL, OpenArt, GodeRabbit, etc. The areas of use of artificial intelligence in education are described and highlighted: individualized training, intelligent training systems, automated assessment, group training. The advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in the educational process are characterized. The results of the study emphasize the importance of studying and using artificial intelligence in the educational process, because this technology is developing rapidly, has prospects for further active development and is used in various spheres of human activity: scientific, medical, military, pedagogical, industrial, household, etc.

Artificial intelligence technologies have transformed the education sector and require the introduction of new teaching and learning practices, the development of artificial intelligence courses, and educational research. The aim of the study is to analyse regulatory documents in the context of introducing artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process and to determine the trajectory of preparing students for the use of artificial intelligence technologies. The article analyses current approaches to integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions and their impact on the development of digital competence among students. The challenges, opportunities and risks of using artificial intelligence technologies in education are identified, and international and Ukrainian regulatory documents governing the introduction of artificial intelligence are outlined, in particular the UNESCO framework, the European Commission’s ethical recommendations on the use of artificial intelligence for educators, the European Strategy for Artificial Intelligence in Science, and the Concept of Artificial Intelligence approved in Ukraine. The need to create a regulatory and ethical framework for the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in educational institutions is emphasised. Based on an analysis of regulatory documents and best practices, a conceptual technology for integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process has been developed, which includes target, technological, content-methodological, ethical, and performance-evaluation components. The trajectory of training students to use artificial intelligence technologies in their professional activities and the experience of introducing the academic discipline ‘Artificial Intelligence Technologies’ are presented. The necessity of forming in students a conscious, safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools, the development of critical thinking and the development of strategies for educational institutions in the context of using artificial intelligence technologies is substantiated. The study showed that the use of artificial intelligence contributes to the high-quality organisation of the educational process, the improvement of teaching methods, and the development of future-oriented critical thinking skills in students.

One important topic that this research aims to answer is how fashion companies may effectively use AI technologies to optimize lean production processes while addressing environmental challenges. This study will look at how AI can be applied to lean manufacturing and sustainability to better understand how it may alter corporate management practices in the US fashion industry. This study is significant because it can provide insight into how AI may advance efficiency and sustainability, two aspects that are critical to the future competitiveness of the industry. The lack of comprehensive frameworks that systematically integrate AI into the current manufacturing processes used in the apparel sector is the main emphasis of this study. Fashion firms must adjust to technology developments to stay relevant in a market that is changing quickly due to changing consumer preferences and heightened environmental scrutiny, which is why this study is significant. The scope of this study includes an analysis of AI's contribution to sustainable innovation and lean manufacturing, offering a comprehensive perspective of the effects of the industry. The study aims to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) may improve operational efficiency and encourage sustainable practices in the fashion sector in the United States. A substantial research gap concerning the use of AI technology in lean manufacturing frameworks designed especially for fashion companies is identified by this study. The methodology used involves a qualitative study of secondary data, with an emphasis on industry reports and case studies that provide light on contemporary issues and practices. Important discoveries show that artificial intelligence (AI) technologies greatly enhance demand forecasting, streamline production processes, and enable customized consumer experiences, all of which contribute to lower waste and more operational efficiency. To ensure successful implementation, however, issues including staff displacement and change resistance must be resolved. Best practices for utilizing AI in fashion management are highlighted in this paper, which offers insightful information to practitioners and scholars alike. In summary, this study offers a solid basis for further research into the revolutionary potential of AI, even while it recognizes limitations regarding the generalizability of findings across various fashion sector areas. Longitudinal research evaluating the long-term effects of AI adoption and consumer attitudes toward AI-driven personalization are potential avenues for future investigation. Furthermore, legislative suggestions can emphasize encouraging cooperation between digital companies and fashion labels to enable successful AI integration. This abstract summarizes the main findings of the study and lays the groundwork for a more thorough investigation of how AI may influence business management in the US fashion sector going forward.

In the context of the growing use of artificial intelligence technologies, including in the field of intellectual property, civil law science is tasked with developing new conceptual approaches to the legal assessment of the results of activities related to the use of artificial intelligence technologies. The current theory of copyright does not apply to such an object as a work generated by artificial intelligence technology, since artificial intelligence itself is the result of human creative activity. The article considers the possibility of recognizing the qualities of the subject of law in robots with artificial intelligence. Approaches to understanding the work created by artificial intelligence technologies as an object of intellectual rights and its place among other objects to which intellectual rights arise are analyzed. The question of authorship of works generated by artificial intelligence technologies and subjects with intellectual rights to these results is being investigated. It is concluded that it is impossible to recognize authorship for works created by artificial intelligence technologies due to the latter›s lack of legal personality. It is proposed to amend the list of objects of intellectual rights, taking into account the possibilities of artificial intelligence technologies, to produce works in the field of science, literature, art. The lack of personal non-property rights to such works is justified. Entities that have an exclusive right to works generated by artificial intelligence technologies have been identified – technology developers. Proposals have been made to amend Russian civil law.

Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are becoming a common trend in educational research. To reach the full potential of these technologies, a comprehensive overview is needed to establish a theoretical basis for empirical studies. Guided by the SWOT framework, Positive and negative factors of using AI technologies in K–12 education are described in the current study. The results reveal multiple strengths and opportunities. Indeed, AI excels at analyzing vast volumes of educational data, and it is adaptable enough to fit in with pre-existing frameworks of technology integration in education. AI opportunities include the possibility of creating new learning experiences without space-time limits, and skills development such as curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking. The literature review also identifies negative factors linked to the the application of AI technologies in K–12 education, namely, weaknesses related to the lack of organizational support, practitioners’ trust in AI, and the veracity of the results. The threats revealed by the selected literature are generally linked to ethics. Based on these results, a SWOT matrix has been developed and a set of recommendations for the benefit of educators and policy-makers has been provided.

In recent decades, technological progress has contributed to a consistent change in approaches to organizing the provision of medical care in various regions of the world. Electronic data-gathering systems make it possible to create extensive information databases about the health status of the population of certain territories or entire states. The introduction of technological solutions based on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies makes it possible to provide a systematic analysis of large volumes of information, as well as to develop new treatment methods of life-threatening diseases. The use of AI technologies not only has significant potential for improving the organization of medical care, but also brings essential risks of human rights restriction, it may also form discriminatory practices or even cause harm to health. The authors demonstrate the importance of AI technologies in improving separate stages of medical care and the circulation of healthcare technologies, and also present various approaches to defining the notion of “artificial intelligence”, that is a crucial element in specifying the object of legal regulation. The article systematizes the list of threats and challenges to human security associated with the use of AI technologies. The development of legal regulation of this sphere at the national (United States of America) and supranational (European Union) levels is analyzed, and also the main directions of development of this field in the Russian Federation are presented.

The article presents a study of merchandising as a business process. The main problems in micro-merchandising are revealed. The expediency of using artificial intelligence technologies in micro-merchandising to increase its economic efficiency is substantiated. An approach to the reengineering of micro-merchandising based on a comparison of a planogram and a realogram using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies is proposed. The evolutionary stages of development of neurotechnologies are determined: from the formalization of the concept of a neural network and the representation of complex biological processes by mathematical models to the achievement of the level of human functionality in recognizing the surrounding world and predicting the future. The article analyzes foreign and domestic experience in the use of AI technologies in various areas of human life, as well as in marketing and merchandising in retail, and proposes an approach to improve the audit of the location of goods on the shelf, taking into account the replacement of intellectual human labor with artificial intelligence and the exclusion of human factors, checking the realogram and planogram using neurotechnologies. The use of artificial intelligence in reengineering is considered, an algorithm for auditing micro-merchandising as a business process is described, a problematic interview with grocery retail merchandisers is conducted, and the hypothesis about the possibility of automating a business process is confirmed. Software (Neisla application) was developed to automate the business process, its application was tested in a large regional retail chain of the Irkutsk region in Irkutsk. As a product category, "chocolate bars" are used. As a result of testing within one month, an increase in the economic efficiency of micro-merchandising as a business process was confirmed.

Announced as part of the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly in February 2024, the Data Economy national project defines the demand for artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the system of public administration, economic sectors and business activities. AI technology is increasingly penetrating business activities, production processes, and the system of public administration, creating the need to improve methods for assessing its impact on economic development. The goal of the work is to supplement the methodological tools for assessing the level of use of AI in the economy of the Russian Federation. The object of the study is the use of AI in certain sectors of the economy and regions. The subject of the study is the interrelation between the balanced income of economic sectors, regions of the Russian Federation and indicators of the use of AI in entrepreneurship and public administration practice. The work considers AI not as a separate branch of the economy, but as a technology that, in turn, has an impact on the development of individual industries and regions. The author identified a direct dependence of the positive financial results of the activities of individual sectors of the economy, regions and the use of AI technology in them. The study shows that regions and industries with a relatively more favorable financial position use AI more actively. On the one hand, this creates opportunities for the development of industries and regions; on the other hand, it creates a lag in the application of AI technology. The obtained result is applicable in the system of state planning, determining priorities for economic development of both individual industries and the economy as a whole.

Technologies, especially disruptive technologies, have a great potential to change and reshape human-human as well as human-technology relations. This creates various ethical challenges that need to be addressed. However, technologies also have great potential to change human-animal relations. Since this aspect is underexplored in the academic debate on technologies’ impact on relations, we believe that it is important to (1), descriptively, study how new and emerging technologies impact human-animal relations, and (2), normatively, to enrich the debate with a non-anthropocentric perspective that recognizes that human-animal relations also have moral significance. Therefore, in this paper we investigate how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and robotics impact human-animal relations, and we discuss the moral significance of these changes. AI technologies change human-animal relations due to, first, automation, and second, replacement processes. Automation processes mainly take place in the animal agriculture sector, and the replacement of biological animals with artificial AI-driven animals mainly in the context of zoos, companion animals and laboratories. We address both processes (automation and replacement), thereby providing an overview of how the use of AI technologies will—or can—change human-animal relations, at both the individual and societal levels. While doing so, we highlight the morally significant aspects that come along with such changes and provide first thoughts on which uses of AI are welcomed from a perspective of human-animal relations.
