The Statistical Study of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Logistics Park Informationization Development

The operation and management mode of “Internet+ Logistics Park” ecosphere has long-term and stable core competitiveness. This paper studies how to obtain the corresponding economic benefits from the perspective of the operators of the logistics park. The logistics park chooses the appropriate logistics service and the public service function to obtain the corresponding economic benefit. The development of the logistics park will finally be implemented to the profit of the park. The paper puts forward the profit model of “Internet+ Logistics Park” ecosphere; This paper mainly analyzes five modes: logistics integration mode, platform operation mode, resource integration mode, service delivery mode and chain replication mode; This paper makes a comparative analysis of different profit models from the aspects of model characteristics and profit thinking.

The article is considering theoretical and practical issues of the formation of industrial and logistic parks. It focuses on the idea of the logistics which integrates production, transportation, warehousing and distribution to a uniform commodity distribution chain. The effect of the integration is reduction of logistic expenses due to optimization of logistic chains, consolidation of full range of services and cooperation between the industry, trade, and logistics. The author offers a model of functioning of the industrial and logistic parks including 4 blocks: logistic, industrial, innovative and administrative and service.

Integrated logistics park is the modern logistics carrier including business flow, logistics, people flow and so on. In order to avoid logistics park service failure because of unreasonable internal functional area layout, after ascertaining the service objects, the function areas and relative running parameter, the integrated logistics park was modeled and simulated by application of fuzzy clustering theory and AutoMod simulation technology. According to qualitative analysis and quantitative account of that the logistics park, and static and dynamic simulations about the layout project, the possible traffic jam was avoided, warehouse utilization was improved, and the collaboration was strengthened in the functional areas. Studies have shown that the technology not only can be used to analyze the utilization and efficiency of equipments in the functional areas, but also can predict the size and layout of the function areas, and adjust its operational characteristics and traffic patterns. The simulation results can be used as a decision-making basis for building integrated logistics park.

In 2012, China continued its endeavor in strengthening the construction of transport infrastructure and transportation channels. The scale of logistics parks continued to expand, the layout of logistics parks grew following the trend of optimization and upgrade, and the number of professional logistics parks (centers) increased continually. In addition, logistics equipment further developed toward the direction of scale, automation, energy saving and environmental protection. The construction of logistics information platform continued to push forward and a new batch of national logistics standards were promulgated successively.

Mobile Terminal Carload Application has opened a new chapter for the history of road freight industry with the help of the Internet and smart phones. Driver’s intention of using Mobile Terminal Carload Application is also becoming a new issue faced by the logistics service providers. This paper analyses the user intention, attitude towards use and the related perceived task technology fit, perceived ease of use, and perceived security risk towards the Mobile Terminal Carload Application and the interrelationships among these factors. On the basis of theory and literature research, a hypothesis model was established for the driver’s intention and related factors for using Mobile Terminal Carload Application. Through the investigation of truck drivers in logistics parks in Beijing and the analysis of the structural equation model (SEM), we prove some important hypotheses such as “the perceived task technology fit of Mobile Terminal Carload Application has a positive impact on drivers’ attitude towards use”, and “the perceived security risk of Mobile Terminal Carload Application has a negative impact on drivers’ attitude towards use”. According to this, this paper gives two suggestions to the company operating this Mobile APP to help them improve the drivers’ user intention: one is to provide the salesmen with the necessary training to install the APP guide, which can improve significantly service quality and promote the drivers to install the APP; the other is to strengthen the protection of driver’s privacy information and then enhance their sense of security, so that drivers may use the APP.

Introduction: Retention of trained, qualified and motivated health workers is a key component for health system strengthening and achieving world health organization’s (WHO) global strategy for reducing leprosy burden and sustaining leprosy control activities. Study aimed to elucidate the factors and conditions that influence health workers’ job satisfaction in settlements. Materials and method: A total of 31 health workers employed in the three settlements were studied. Data were collected using semi-structured focus group discussion and in-depth interview. Further, situational analyses and informal observation of the activities in the settlements were done. Also Nottingham’s life satisfaction index was used to assess job satisfaction of health workers. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Results: There was acute shortage of highly qualified health staff in the settlements. Two factors, personal factors and institutional factors affected health workers’ retention negatively. Workers remained in one post for prolonged periods of time before earning promotion. In all, 10 (76.9%)of health workers in Abia and 8(72.7%) in Ebonyi States stayed 6-9 years respectively on one post before earning promotion while 4(57.1%) from Oyo stayed 3-7 years. Conclusion: the study showed that retention of health workers in the three settlements was associated with better conditions of service like increased allowances and salaries. The site planning of the logistics park is a significant process of the construction of logistic system. An appropriate site planning of the logistics park could promote the development of regional economy, social environment and logistics corporation. This article demonstrates the principle of the site planning of the logistics park and analyzes the Baumol-Wolfe Method, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), CFLP Method and Genetic Algorithm. According to the demand of site planning and function of the logistics park, it takes into account the social benefits of the situation of logistic corporation and park. The text uses the method Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze and explore, establishes hierarchical chart and constructs compared judgment matrix. Then it exams the level sorting and consistency, and ultimately, assuming optimal site planning method of logistics park. This plan could provide a basis for the governmental planning department, regional economy and social development.

It is determined that the existence of a developed transport and logistics infrastructure is one of the defining dominants of the effective functioning of the transport and logistics system at the regional, national and international level, provides effective supply, marketing, production and social communications between the subjects of economic activity.
 It is proved that the main directions of state policy implementation in the field of transport and logistics are: directions of innovative development of transport and logistics technologies on energy-saving and environmentally safe principles; construction of efficient economic systems in accordance with the principles of logistics and marketing; development of strategic planning; improvement of regulatory policy.
 Institutional, organizational and economic mechanisms for ensuring the effective development of national transport and logistics systems have been researched and systematized, among which the following have been identified as priorities: the development of public-private partnerships and decentralization reform, which will solve the problems of financing infrastructure development, the formation of multi-branch integration structures (transport-logistics clusters, transport hubs and logistics-outsourcing platforms), which will improve the quality of transport and logistics services, intensification of the integration processes of the transport and logistics system in the international transport of the network, which will increase the competitiveness of the national economy, increase in productivity of transit potential and attraction of foreign investments in the development of the industry.

With the advent of an aging society, the absolute number of the elderly has accounted for a considerable proportion of the social population. With the development and listing of Internet technology and mobile devices, it has become a social trend to send and receive information through handheld terminals, servers, personal computers and other platforms, and mobile information came into being. However, due to their physical conditions, the elderly in vulnerable groups can not easily access information and participate in social communication better. Obtaining mobile information with real-time efficiency through mobile devices just solves this problem and meets their needs to a large extent. Based on cloud computing and big data, this paper investigates the information services of many large communities, analyzes and summarizes the problems in the information services of the elderly in the community by synthesizing the information needs of 500 elderly people. According to the analysis results, an information service model for the elderly is proposed. The calculation results show that the general information service architecture based on cloud computing can reduce the payment cost of information services by about 31.22%.

The present work aims at exploring a new processing approach, 'Hybrid Manufacturing (HM)' technology for net-shape production of monolithic structures for the transportation industry. The HM process combines friction stir welding (FSW) and forming in order to modify the properties of the preform to better meet design requirements and provide netshape products. This paper focuses on understanding the process behavior and the effects of various process parameters on the properties and integrity of the produced monolithic structure during production. Formability of the produced monolithic structures is evaluated through stretch forming process experiments. The results obtained offer an understanding of the effects of the important process parameters needed to produce quality monolithic structures that fulfill design requirements and service conditions

The rapid development of information and communication technology has driven the need for information services that are more relevant and adaptive to user behaviour. This research aims to integrate data analytics in the study of user behaviour to support the development of effective information services. The dataset used is Kaggle's Online Retail Dataset, which includes sales transaction data of online retail companies in the UK from December 2010 to December 2011. The analysis was conducted through customer segmentation using K-Means Clustering algorithm and predictive analysis with Association Rule Mining. The segmentation results successfully grouped customers into four main clusters, namely loyal customers, potential customers, passive customers, and low-spending customers. Model evaluation showed optimal performance with an accuracy rate of 85%, precision of 82%, recall of 78%, and F1-Score of 80%, and Silhouette Score of 0.62, indicating effective customer segmentation. The findings prove that the application of data analytics can provide deep insights into customer behaviour and support the development of more personalised and adaptive information services. This research is expected to be a reference in designing data-driven information service development strategies in various sectors.

The development of information technology has encouraged local governments and communities to adapt to various digital innovations in order to improve the quality of public services and environmental security. Mustika Jaya Sub-district as an urban area in Bekasi City has significant potential in the utilization of information technology, yet still requires the strengthening of understanding and implementation of structured technology systems, particularly related to area security monitoring. This article discusses the implementation of a web-based CCTV system as an effort to enhance the role of information technology in regional development through the Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by Group 10 of Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya in Mustika Jaya. The method used is a descriptive approach through several stages, namely situation analysis, program design, implementation of installation and socialization, and evaluation of the benefits perceived by the community partners and students. The main activities include site survey, coordination with local government officers, installation of CCTV devices and supporting software, development of a monitoring system, socialization of CCTV usage to officers and residents, and community service activities such as environmental clean-up. The results show that this program successfully increases the understanding of local officers regarding the function and operation of CCTV, strengthens the capability of real-time environmental monitoring, and encourages public awareness on the importance of utilizing information technology to support security and public order. For students, this program provides hands-on experience in applying information technology knowledge, developing communication and teamwork skills, and obtaining a deeper understanding of social dynamics within the community. In the future, strengthening network infrastructure, expanding CCTV installation points, integrating the monitoring system with village information services, and improving digital literacy are recommended in order to ensure that the utilization of information technology can contribute more sustainably to the development of Mustika Jaya and its surrounding areas.

The article presents the study of the current state of the logistics sector of Ukraine, its problems and prospects for development. Based on the collected statistics, conclusions were made about the situation of the logistics market, the problems it faces and possible directions for further development. The purpose of the study is to show the situation of the modern logistics sector, its problems, as well as prospects for development by analyzing logistics expenditures, the share of export-import logistics services, and the positions of Ukraine in the rate of Logistic Performance Index. From the point of view of transport and logistics, Ukraine occupies a favorable geographical position, as its powerful transport potential takes into account road, rail, sea, river, air and pipeline transport. However, from the viewpoint of the global logistics market, Ukraine continues to be at a disadvantage, yielding to Western countries in conducting international trade in terms of logistics services. Such difference between the favorable geographical location and the insufficiently high level of development of the logistics system does not allow Ukraine to take a leading place in the global economy. In addition, in the context of globalization of international markets and expansion of economic development, the logistics sector of Ukraine needs more and more attention. Hence, only effective solutions can improve the situation. Otherwise, Ukraine risks to get into crisis. Problems of international transport and logistics systems functioning are revealed and the ways to improve the market of logistics services in Ukraine are proposed. Thus, it is more important nowadays to analyze the problems of this sector taking into consideration independent data and identify its prospects. Purpose There are many activities that depend on an organization in order to provide conditions for an excellent service. In the present study, there was deepening and exploiting processes and sub processes involving the sector's supply West Paulista Association of the Seventh-day Adventist Church organization, considering the importance of offering supply service to internal customers seeking continuity of work and scope the organization's objectives. The research objective was to present possibilities for improvement in the development of processes and sub processes mentioned by the interviewees' perceptions and their contributions. Method Through data collection through qualitative research aimed to identify the factors and processes directly related to the supply cycle of the organization. Research where stakeholders presented by their perception of the processes and sub processes, as well as suggestions for improvement through the use of tooling BMP (Business Process Management) were used. One semi structured research, where the necessary information to identify existing processes and sub processes were provided, and presented three main processes, purchasing, warehousing and distribution, was developed and; four sub processes, requisitions or purchase orders, budgets, commitments and purchase agreement. Results Associated characteristic aspects and issues were identified that permeate the supplement industry, such as: direct purchases, technology, autonomy, standardizations and specificities. The investigation highlights the possibility of improvements in terms of the characteristics related to the purchasing process, highlighting autonomy, direct purchases, specificities, technology, and regulations. The investigation also revealed that the autonomy process has an intimate relationship with direct purchases. It also highlights the importance of a system to monitor the entire purchase process. Conclusion The final results suggest the possibility of improvement in the organization's culture, assimilating new procedures and standards for operations studied, technology development, restructuring of budgets and approvals processes and the remodeling of the functioning of the supply sector, especially activities related to purchases ; in conducting training, in obtaining and sending feedback to decrease the incidence of rework, correct flaws in communication, limit the exceptions listed and operate with greater predictability. With the development of mobile communications and wireless Internet technology, the mobile computing environment makes it possible to get any information from Internet at anytime and anywhere. However, client of mobile GIS has the diversity including cellular telephones, PDAs and vehicle terminals, etc. Therefore, mobile GIS must take this diversity into consideration and offer the service of spatial information running in various terminals. A standard open descriptive format of spatial information data is very important. scalable vector graphics (SVG), an effective approach in the era of mobile Internet, can get all sorts of bountiful graph information at anytime and anywhere. In mobile GIS system, SVG is also a valid method of representation spatial information. Mapping relation between spatial information and SVG marker was firstly studied in the paper. Secondly, method on generation of spatial information expressed by SVG was researched. Thirdly, the paper proposed SVG analysis and rendering approach combined pull mode with DOM view for render (DVR). Complex feature, such as water system of embedded island, was rendered by means of strategy of layer controlling. The experimental result shows that it is feasible to adopt SVG describing or representing spatial information. And SVG can solve the problem on the diversity of client during the mobile service of spatial information, which promotes to popularize the service of spatial information.
