Logistics Facilities and Technological Development

The logistics industry in China has developed into a unique pattern. Logistics informatization is one of the important parts of modern logistics, which distinguishes with the traditional logistics. More and more urgent demands for logistics information generates with the development of social logistics. The key problem that needs to be solved in modern logistics is how to analyze and extract the useful information from a great deal of information. This paper mainly analyzes the potential users of logistics information platform, and proposes a novel design pattern and operation procedure for modern logistics information platform, which promotes the development of modern logistics to some extent.

The informatization of agricultural products logistics (APL) is an objective requirement with the development of agricultural modernization. This paper briefly analyzes domestic and foreign APL, and we suggest a scheme of building logistics information platform taking the situation of Henan province (In the central of China) as an example. Considering the demand of analysis on the platform, the structure, hierarchy and function of the platform are designed by the principle of building an information platform. With the example of Henan province, we hope it could provide theoretical and practical guidance for others constructions of APL platform. The authors Published by Atlantis Press 1796 1.2 Informationization development of Agricultural products logistics With the popularization of information technology, and with the B2B and B2C mode, online supermarkets, chain stores and other modern methods fundamentally promote the development of the agricultural market. Logistics informationization is the essential characteristics of modern APL, and makes modern APL different from traditional one. Logistics Informationization uses modern information technology to logistics, cash flow, information flow and other resources integration. It is used to construct logistics information platform and promote the development of modern APL industry. The research on informatization is related with logistics industry. Yi Quan [7], etc in an article of A research onthe construction of Yangtze River main line logistics information platform, analyzes on the Yangtze river main line feasibility and necessity of constructing the EDI system, and then finally puts forward some Suggestions of EDI system construction. Fu Lan [8] in APL information system design pointed out that in order to realize the modernization of APL, logistics information system construction is the important means, according to the function of APL system, where she divided into seven subsystems. Through the construction of public information platform and function modules with mutual cooperation, the information is sharing between the two sides of supply and demand. Cui Man, Lu Jianjun, Zhao Anxin, Wei Chen [9] from the Internet of things technology, found the low efficiency of logistics and the low degree of information sharing in the existence of coal enterprise, and propose to establish the information platform to enhance information feedback speed and information sharing degrees. 2 DEMAND OF APL INFORMATION PLATFORM Agricultural production is the main economic industry in Henan Province located in the central region of country where it has convenient transportation. This paper gives, taking Henan province as an example, a brief analysis and design of APL information platform. 2.1 Development Status of APL informationization in Henan Compared with developed countries, and domestic economic developed regions, in aspect of infrastructure, information standards, new technology applications, logistics platform construction and talents training, Henan Province falls behind a huge gap, which mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) Logistics information disconnect, and difficult to trace agricultural product quality safety problems. (2) Poor infrastructure, difficult to establish a unified standard data and collect information. (3) Logistics information is isolated. 2.2 Analysis development of APL with SWOT method S Geographical: a transportation hub for rail, road and aviation for domestic lines of northsouth and east-west. Resources: the largest grain production base, the second fruit and vegetable production. Information network: based on Internet, broadband network information platform is constructing to be perfected. Policy: the local government issued some support policies. W Logistics management: there is no unified management, and different departments manage their own section, and also division of labor and responsibility is not clear. Circulation: unprocessed primary products occupy a large share, and it does not bring value-added benefits; circulation too much, causing an increase in costs IT backward: poor infrastructure and technology development lags behind. O Henan province established a modern logistics industry development planning in Henan province (2012-2015). Relying on a large circulation enterprises and wholesale markets, developing agricultural logistics, and supporting agricultural goods storage and distribution system in the province, to promote the development of logistics

This paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the construction of the public information product APP application platform of urban big media in the context of artificial intelligence and discusses its development. Based on the improvement of the SICAS model, a model of enterprise and user information interaction characteristics in the new media environment is constructed, and social network analysis and semantic analysis methods are used to research enterprise and user information interaction characteristics in the new media environment. The point degree centrality index is used to analyze forwarding and being forwarded behavior in information interaction, the intermediate centrality index is used to analyze following and being followed behavior, the proximity centrality index is used to analyze commenting and being commented behavior, the feature vector centrality index is used to analyze the cohesiveness of information interaction behavior, and the semantic keyword word is used to analyze the semantic keyword word in the research process. The results of the study show that the constructed model can analyze the information interaction behaviors of enterprises and users in the new media environment. The research results show that the constructed model can systematically analyze the information interaction characteristics, and the information interaction between enterprises and users in the new media environment is more timely, more effective, and more satisfying to users. The current situation of the construction of the public information platform and the problems existing in the construction are proposed to achieve the standardization of the construction of the public information platform in the context of smart city, the construction of the platform supervision system, and the strengthening of information security publicity and talent training. To offer a suitable platform and provide efficient solutions for the development of a public information service platform in the city, enhance the professional quality of research papers and dissertations, as well as the solutions' operability. More public services will be provided in a highly connected way across the boundaries between government, enterprises, society, and citizens and even form a public service market that accepts autonomous choices and becomes an important part of the digital economy, thus finding a good balance between economic development and social welfare.

The construction of logistics information platform based on cloud computing plays an important role in resource integration, information sharing and logistics operation efficiency of logistics park. According to the logistics development situation, the demands and plan of logistics park information platform of Junlian county, through the system function design and construction analyses, we develop a logistics information platform based on cloud models, which will provide an idea and reference for Junlian county to accelerate the construction of logistics information and regional economy development.

with the gradual promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy in China, the rural economy has developed rapidly, and the rural express business has increased sharply. Facing the strong development potential of the rural express market, the existing rural express operation mode has gradually failed to cope with the booming rural express market, and the operation mode of rural express needs to be improved. At the same time, the rapid development of information technology makes the concept of sharing economy into people’s life, and the mode of sharing economy is introduced to solve social problems.Based on the perspective of resource sharing, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the operation mode of rural express, and puts forward a new distribution mode—Resource Sharing Distribution Mode, based on information data sharing, facilities and equipment sharing, human resource sharing and other resource sharing. In order to realize the smooth operation of the innovation mode, this paper discusses the feasibility of the innovation mode from three aspects: the establishment of sharing mechanism, the construction of information platform and the design of business process. Finally, we put forward two safeguard measures of benefit distribution and incentive mechanism, and puts forward opinions for the operation of rural express.

A research on the Design and Construction of Smart Environmental Protection Information Platform in Nanjing

In today's intelligent era, big data has become one of the most important weapons in various industries. Based on big data and related technologies, smart logistics has great advantages in improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and improving user experience satisfaction, so it represents the development direction of logistics mode. Intelligent logistics information platform supports the efficient operation of intelligent logistics. The platform integrates all kinds of logistics information and resources, uses advanced information technology and intelligent technology, operates supply chain logistics in an integrated way. By integrating all kinds of logistics information and resources and applying artificial intelligence technology, the intelligent logistics information platform can provide highefficiency, low-cost and integrated logistics services, and promote the development of local economy.

Fresh produce has increasingly become an important part of people’s diet. However, the loss of fresh produce in the supply chain has existed for a long time and is difficult to overcome. Some companies use their own information management systems or use information systems built by other companies to release and manage fresh agricultural product information in a timely manner, thereby reducing product loss caused by the “bullwhip effect.” However, this will also bring pressure on construction costs and the risk of information leakage. Based on the evolutionary game model, this paper conducts process modeling and analysis on the behavior of enterprise groups participating in information sharing. It is concluded that the greater the difference between the income obtained through information sharing and the cost of building information system, the higher the likelihood of enterprises participating in information sharing. In addition, the greater the profit from the construction of information platform, the smaller the profit of “free rider,” and the smaller the risk of information leakage, the greater the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in information sharing. Finally, some suggestions are proposed from the perspective of maximizing supply chain benefits.

This paper compares the current situation of development ,clarifies the problems that need to be solved by the information platform of rural land sublease, and then constructs a smartphone-based information platform and draws conclusions and suggestions, firstly, based on the analysis of rural land sublease policy and platform as a realistic basis, the design of rural land sublease information platform is carried out by using comparative analysis method and object-oriented analysis and design method. By constructing and analyzing the rural land sublease information platform, we deepen the informationization of land sublease government services and enhance the dynamic land title registration function. Based on the construction of the rural land sublease information platform, the government is promoted to explore the orderly opening and utilization of information resources, and provide all-in-one land sublease governmental information services in line with the needs and user habits of the new era. In today's new era of mobile network, the cell phone platform can better serve to realize the rights and obligations of land sublease regulated by the Land Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, improve the efficiency of rural land resources, and promote rural revitalization. With the gradual establishment of land sublease management information systems in various places, government information services such as land title registration inquiries are gradually standardized. However, there are still problems such as fragmentation of information on land sublease management and transactions, asymmetry of land sublease information, and low technical level.

This article presents the analysis of the international experience of the use of pervious concrete in transport infrastructure. It provides the advantages and disadvantages of the material and the results of personal laboratory tests of relevant concrete samples. The object of the research is the use of pervious concrete in the construction of transport infrastructure. The objective of the paper is to justify the use of pervious concrete in the construction of transport infrastructure by analyzing previous international experience and lab tests of the corresponding concrete samples. Research methods included a analysis of the international and domestic literature, the evaluation of the experience in the use of the pervious concrete, and laboratory tests of the corresponding concrete samples. A review of the world experience connected with research of pervious (draining) concrete, installation and operation of layers of aerodrome surface made of it, proved their technical and economic relevance and effectiveness of their application. Pervious concrete is a material with high open porosity, which provides good sound-absorbing properties and drainage ability together with roughness, smoothness, and transverse friction. These are advantages of pervious concrete pavements, according to foreign studies: a rapid removal of water from the surface of the pavements in case of rain and improved drainage of road and airfield pavements reduce the risk of aquaplaning vehicles and increase traffic safety in rainy weather; increased and stable surface roughness; reduced level of noise provided by vehicles. The draining ability of the pavements makes it almost dry. It also has a high degree of sound absorption. The results of the article can be implemented in various technologies of construction and repair of transport infrastructure. The search for the optimal composition of pervious concrete for its further use in the technology of construction and repair of various objects is the main purpose of predictive assumptions about the development of the object of study.

Emergency logistics information system framework is the key of emergency logistics system construction. Based on the situation of emergency logistics information management and relationship between the internet of things and emergency logistics information problems, this article put forward the construction of emergency logistics information platform based on the internet of things, as well as explains construction strategies about the information system framework.

The increase in the volume of Russia's foreign trade turnover with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region requires the rapid development of cross-border infrastructure. The workload of the port facilities of the Pacific basin negatively affects the efficiency of processing and passing transport and cargo flows, therefore, the formation of a new and development of the existing transport and terminal logistics infrastructure of land-based cross-border crossings is underway. The article proposes the infrastructural development of a cross-border crossing by organizing transport and logistics facilities of an adjacent type of transport. An integrated approach to strengthening the throughput and processing capacity of border checkpoints within the framework of the international transport corridor will ensure the consistent development of cross-border transport and logistics facilities, taking into account economic assessment. One of the methods of substantiating the options for infrastructural and technological development of a cross-border transition is simulation modeling, which allows analyzing and predicting the behavior of transport and logistics facilities under the influence of environmental factors. The purpose of the study is to form theoretical foundations and practical tools for the formation of a cross-border infrastructure. Methodology. Theoretical research methods were used: system analysis, information synthesis and formalization. Results. The principles of the formation and development of cross-border infrastructure are presented. A program for automated calculation of the capacity of cross-border infrastructure facilities has been developed. Practical implications. When designing new cross-border crossings and analyzing the functioning of cross-border transport and logistics facilities, it is rational to use the developed software products.

The advantage of urban talent competition is the embodiment of urban vitality, people go with the industry, the city depends on the industry, how to maximize the integrated efficiency of the "people-industry-city" model has become the key to systematically addressing urban talent challenges. At present, Dalian's "human resources agile service platform" is faced with problems such as insufficient integration of the existing employment information platform system, underdeveloped grassroots public employment service institutions, and unclear funding mechanisms for the construction and upgrading of grassroots information platforms. In order to accelerate the realization of an agile, intelligent and accurate "human resources agile service platform", it is urgent to build an integrated public employment service system, develop a precise human resource management platform, establish a collaborative and targeted employment cooperation mechanism, and improve the guarantee mechanism of the digital employment system.

The development of science and technology could promote the maturity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's informationization of logistics. Since Logistics Park is an important portion of logistics system, it could be act as a key role in the development of logistics informationaization. This paper describes analysis of Logistics Park information construction situation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, not only expounds the functions of existing Logistics Park information construction and service condition, but also the analysis of the deficiency.
