Emergency rescue workers are the high risk group of traumatic stress disorder. A large number of intervention studies on traumatic stress disorder have been carried out at home and abroad, but there are few applied researches on the emergency rescue population. As an occupational hazard faced by the emergency rescue population, traumatic stress disorder has not attracted enough attention. In this paper, the psychological intervention, drug intervention, psychological training and social support were reviewed.

Open public places, such as pedestrian streets, parks, and squares, are vulnerable when the pedestrians thronged into the sidewalks. The crowd count changes dynamically over time with various external factors, such as surroundings, weekends, and peak hours, so it is essential to predict the accurate and timely crowd count. To address this issue, this study introduces graph convolutional network (GCN), a network-based model, to predict the crowd flow in a walking street. Compared with other grid-based methods, the model is capable of directly processing road network graphs. Experiments show the GCN model and its extension STGCN consistently and significantly outperform other five baseline models, namely HA, ARIMA, SVM, CNN and LSTM, in terms of RMSE, MAE and R2. Considering the computation efficiency, the standard GCN model was selected to predict the crowd. The results showed that the model obtains superior performances with higher prediction precision on weekends and peak hours, of which R2 are above 0.9, indicating the GCN model can capture the pedestrian features in the road network effectively, especially during the periods with massive crowds. The results will provide practical references for city managers to alleviate road congestion and help pedestrians make smarter planning and save travel time.

Continuous odour measurements are seldom realised, mainly because of their high costs. They are therefore often substituted by chemical concentration measurements of odorous substances. Then a conversion of the chemical concentrations C (mg m^-3) into odour concentrations OC (ouE m^-3) is necessary. Several methods are in use for the conversion: the chemical concentration C, the sum of odour activity value SOAV, the sum of odour intensity SOI, the equivalent odour concentration EOC, and the sum of odour activity factor SOAF. These conversion methods are evaluated by comparison with the olfactometric measurements of odorous mixtures. The results indicate that the SOI and EOC methods deliver reliable values for odorous mixtures composed of seven substances, and the accuracy is much better than for the first two methods, since SOI and EOC methods use not only the odour threshold concentration but also the slope of the Weber-Fechner law to include the sensitivity of the odour perception of the individual substances. On the other hand, the SOAF method shows a good precision on the prediction of odour concentrations of real odorous air samples in a waste disposal plant. The reason lies in the fact that the SOAF method includes the interaction effects in the complex odorous air samples.

This press makes GHG reduction the common responsibility of humans. This paper induces risk management into adaptation enhancement and GHG emission reduction, risk matrix is applied to classify the risk level based on which corresponding measures are put forward to cope with this problem. After analyzing the international actions, the author introduces china's measures and the remarkable achievement by data analysis from the point of economic and energy which can prove China is a responsible great power.

Green house gas (GHG) emission has been one of hot topics for international society because of its close relationship with economic growth, China has ranked first on GHG emission in the world for its numerous population and rapid growth of industry. As the capital of China, Beijing's government pay great attention to energy saving and GHG reduction which already acts as paragon in China. GHG emission mainly comes from energy consumption, this paper takes CO2 as the research object and analyzes the current energy consumption and GHG emission in Beijing. The application of environmental management in this field can promote the emission-reducing effect which can be proven from five aspects of economy, technology, law, policy and education combining with the projects on industry, traffic, building, green energy and forest.

门静脉血栓形成(portal vein thrombosis,PVT)是指发生在门静脉主干或分支、肠系膜上静脉、肠系膜下静脉或脾静脉的血栓形成.其病因复杂,可以是自发性的,也可以是医源性的,还可能原因不明.根据病变发展速度及受累程度不同临床表现各异,主要表现为快速发展的门静脉高压及程度不同的肝功能损害,处理起来较为困难。

A visual simulation system of human evacuation in subway station was introduced in the paper. The algorithm of data fit was designed according to the analysis of fire simulation numerical value and evacuation simulation numerical value, and the problem of the visual output in real time was resolved by the algorithm. The system was reviewed from model configuration, function, the establishment of model environment, and the visual simulation development tools. Based on personal computer as a hardware platform, this visual simulation system has been used in the Beijing Jishuitan subway station.

目的 观察白细胞总数及血糖水平对急性心肌梗死(AMI)预后的影响.方法 根据130例AMI患者入院时白细胞总数和血糖值分组,统计患者住院期间病死率.结果 AMI时多数患者的血糖值和/或白细胞总数均有所升高,且血糖值＜11.1 mmol/L及白细胞总数正常的患者,其住院病死率也低,血糖值＞11.1 mmol/L及白细胞总数增高的患者,其住院病死率最高,而仅白细胞总数增高或血糖值≥11.1mmol/L一项的患者,其住院病死率介于两者之间.结论 血糖值和白细胞总数有助于判断AMI患者的预后。

Objective To study the effect of gender and ages on predict blood and effect-site EC50 for propofol and remifentanil TCI and bispectral index at loss of consciousness and response to a standard noxious painful stimulus. Methods 405 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱunpremedicated Chinese patients in 5 medical centers for elective operation were involved. Patients were allocated to 4 groups according to ages (group1: 18age30, group2: 30≤age40, group3: 40≤age50, group4: 50≤age65). The propofol was started a predict blood concentration of 1.2 mg/L delivered by Diprifusor, and increased by 0.3 mg/L every 30 s until patients lost their consciousness. After that, effect-site concentration of propofol kept constant and infused remifentanil a predict blood concentration of 2.0 μg/L and increased by 0.3 μg/L every 30 s until they lost response to a standard noxious stimulus. Bispectral index was measured. Probit regression was used to estimate population values for predicted blood and effect-site propofol and remifentanil concentrations at the two clinical end-points and BIS. Results The effect-site and the predict blood propofol concentrations EC50 of male and female were similar. The predict blood and effect-site propofol concentrations EC50 of younger were higher than that of older and BIS values were lower. The blood and effect-site remifentanil ancentrations EC50 at no response to painful stimulus of male and female were similar. The blood and effect-site remifentanil concentrations EC50 and BIS values at this point of each group were similar. 50% of male and female patients lost their consciousness at a BIS value with 54.0 and 59.0 respectively; and at loss of response to painful stimulus with 60.8 and 67.3 respectively. Conclusion Gender didn't affect the predicted propofol and remifentanil blood and effect-site concentration but affected the BIS values. The propofol concentrations of older were lower than that of younger. And that of remifentanil were not different between younger and older.
