The article explores the problems of the aviation industry with a focus on flight safety. The focus is on crew competence and preparedness to respond to in-flight contingencies. Crew response in such situations plays a key role in minimising the consequences of incidents, highlighting the importance of careful analysis of their behaviour. The aim of the study is to develop a theoretical framework for assessing crew behaviour in special cases, identify key factors influencing decision-making, and formulate recommendations for optimising flight crew training. The methodology includes analysis of literature sources, revision of the regulatory framework and systematisation of aviation accident investigation experience. Special attention is paid to psychological and physiological aspects of crew activities and classification of special cases in flight. The results of the study showed that crew competence includes not only technical knowledge and skills, but also the ability to remain calm and make the right decisions under stress. Psychological adaptation and cognitive responses in such situations are key to minimising the consequences. The work also revealed the importance of a multidisciplinary approach that combines data from different disciplines to create a comprehensive methodology for crew assessment and training.

The article provides a thorough study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of managerial decision-making in the specific context of the functioning and development of the commodity market infrastructure, as well as the optimization of production and warehouse logistics processes. It is substantiated that in conditions of global instability, transformation of supply chains, and increasing security risks, managerial decision-making acts as a key tool for harmonizing material and information flows. The multidimensional nature of managerial choice is revealed as a result of the synthesis of rational analysis, the infrastructural capabilities of the enterprise, and the requirements of the digital economy. Special attention is paid to substantiating the appropriateness of implementing the SERVO method not only as a narrow analytical tool but also as an integral conceptual framework for strategic management. The study details the interdependence of five key components of the method: strategic objectives, characteristics of the external market environment, resource provision (technological and infrastructural), organizational values, and the internal structure of the logistics complex. It is proved that the systematic integration of these elements enables managers of logistics units to identify hidden imbalances between the stated development strategy and the actual operational capabilities of the infrastructure, which are often overlooked in traditional analytical approaches. Within the research, the «decision tree» tool has been adapted to substantiate complex investment projects for the automation of warehouse complexes, allowing the modeling of various market demand scenarios and minimizing financial losses. Particular emphasis is placed on the use of BPMN graphical notation for standardizing and visualizing multi-level logistics processes. The authors demonstrate that formalizing decision-making algorithms using BPMN ensures transparency in warehouse operations, reduces the risk of staff errors, and provides the necessary foundation for the successful implementation of integrated management systems such as WMS and ERP. The research findings confirm that applying the proposed analytical tools significantly enhances the organization's internal readiness for large-scale strategic changes, supports informed resource redistribution, and aligns logistical priorities with volatile market conditions. The practical significance of the study lies in establishing a methodological framework to improve the flexibility of managing infrastructure facilities and minimize risks associated with implementing long-term logistical initiatives in the modern Ukrainian economy.

Success in the air freight sector is closely tied to the ability to consolidate freight shipments. The essence of the load planning algorithm consists of a predetermined arrangement of cargo containers relative to the cargo compartment, considering the general aircraft limitations and the priority of the cargo. The visualized load planning model enables flight planning staff to predict additional re-loading on other sections of the route. The model serves as the basis for a rule-based expert system in order to prevent containers from being overloaded at intermediate routes. The results aimed at increasing the efficiency and safety of ground handling services as well as intensification of use of the air company's fleet.

Based on the analysis of theoretical sources, it was established that the key concepts of the problem of a scientific article are the following: vocabulary (both practical and theoretical aspect), lexical skill, lexical competence and lexical knowledge. Vocabulary learning is a means of mastering skills in all types of speech activities, such as speaking, listening, reading and writing, which form communicative competence. In particular, difficulties in learning foreign vocabulary are indicated, such as: long, multi-meaning, official words; abstract concepts and fixed phrases that should be taken into account in the process of working on vocabulary. The author also offers a brief analysis of the educational and methodological complexes DU 2 and DU 3, which includes the main requirements for students in terms of mastering the vocabulary of the German language and examples of exercises and tasks from individual sections of the textbook, which are aimed at consolidating lexical knowledge and improving the processes of operating the vocabulary defined by the program and subject matter. Special attention is paid to consideration of issues to the technology of processing lexical units, which can appear in the form of 1)separate words and tokens; 2) stable combinations (proverbs and sayings, idiomatic expressions, speech samples etc. One of the aspects of the article is the explanation of the teacher’s use of various methods that are effective in memorizing words, which is an important guarantee of their further use in various types of speech activities. The following are the characteristics features of the German language such as: features of word pronunciation, ways of forming words, rules of word usage. As a result of the theoretical-practical analysis of the mentioned problem, it was established that the wort aimed at developing and improving lexical skills is an important component and means of forming lexical competence, which is realized in the performance of the appropriate types of exercises and tasks in classes on the practical course of the German language.

The object of the study in this work is pressure spikes in the accumulator tank of the xenon feed system for electric propulsion. The presence of significant pressure spikes in the accumulator tank of the feed system causes a change in the mass flow and, accordingly, a significant deterioration of the thruster parameters - thrust, specific impulse and efficiency. The problem that was solved in this work is to find ways to reduce pressure spikes while minimizing the volume of the accumulator tank without using additional elements. The analysis of literary sources showed that the specified problem is typical and has not been solved for small-volume accumulator tanks yet. To solve this problem, theoretical and experimental determination of pressure spikes that occur during the work on feedback from sensors was carried out, and an improved method of filling the accumulator tank was proposed. As a result of research, it was determined that pressure spikes that go beyond the permissible range (±3 %) appear at an inlet pressure of 3.5 MPa. With an increase of inlet pressure, the pressure spikes also increase. As a result of research, it was found that for an inlet pressure of up to 3 MPa, it is appropriate to work on feedback from pressure sensors. For pressure values from 3 to 6 MPa, it is necessary to use the experimentally obtained formula to determine the accumulator tank filling time. For a pressure of more than 6 MPa, it is necessary to work in the bang-bang mode. The research made it possible to determine the optimal modes of filling the accumulator tank. Presented modes allow to use a small-volume accumulator tank with the minimization of the valve activations number, in which stable operation of the thruster is maintained. The conclusions obtained as a result of the research can be useful for most developers of feed systems for electric propulsion.

Purpose is to identify types of self-actualization of future Masters in Pedagogy in the dimensions of educational and professional activity. The psycho-diagnostic instruments applied are valid and reliable. Three levels of statistical processing were used: 1) descriptive frequency characteristics; 2) coefficients for establishing statistical significance; 3) k-means clustering for identifying types of self-actualization of the research participants. The main concepts of А. Maslow’s theory of self-actualization (1970) comprise methodological foundations of the empirical research. The study shows that in descriptive frequency characteristics there were no statistically significant differences with similar dimensions. Spearman’s correlation analysis (rs) and correlation matrix allowed comprehending the variety of statistically significant content correlations of the examined phenomenon. K-means clustering made it possible to identify four types of the respondents’ self-actualization: “Creative self-actualization” (n=32; 14.34%), “Hyperactive self-actualization” (n=60; 26.91%), “Egoistic self-actualization” (n=72; 32.29%) and “Life self-actualization” (n=59; 26.46%). Appropriateness of implementing the research results in organization of educational and scientific training for Masters in Pedagogy was empirically established and theoretically substantiated.
