The aim of the study is to demonstrate the complexity of differential diagnosis and the need for a multidisciplinary approach for accurate identification of pathology and selection of effective treatment tactics. A clinical case of an atypical course of temporomandibular joint dysfunction in patients with a meningioma, the manifestations of which overlapped with the symptoms of the underlying disease, is described. Materials and methods. A multidisciplinary approach was applied in managing the patient with atypical facial pain, involving gnathologists, neurologists, epileptologist and neurosurgeons. Results. Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) is commonly associated with occlusal, muscular, and psycho-emotional factors. However, in some cases, it may indicate concomitant pathologies. A female patient with persistent temporomandibular pain initially experienced symptom relief with splint therapy. However, the pain recurred despite ongoing treatment. Additional neurological evaluation and MRI revealed the presence of a meningioma. The patient underwent surgical tumor removal. Following meningioma resection, the patient’s TMD symptoms completely resolved, suggesting a secondary origin of the dysfunction. This case underlines the complex and multifactorial nature of TMD and the necessity of differential diagnosis in persistent or atypical cases. TMD can sometimes be an early sign of severe neurological conditions. This case emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration between dentists, neurologists, and radiologists in cases of chronic or treatment-resistant temporomandibular disorders. Early diagnosis of concomitant conditions can significantly improve patient outcomes

Study of antioxidant properties of organic dried black mulberry
The object of the study is black dried organic mulberry. The subject of research is the antioxidant properties of black dried organic mulberry. The research hypothesis is that due to its antioxidant properties, organic black mulberry can serve as a source for the production of food additives to slow down oxidation processes in fat-containing products. The study investigated changes in the quality of the fat base for the production of flour confectionery products: butter with sesame oil in a ratio of 80:20 %. Black dried inorganic mulberry was used as a control sample. This made it possible to compare the inhibitory-stabilizing effect on lipids of organic and inorganic raw materials. On the 10th day of storage of the samples, the peroxide number in the fat with the addition of organic mulberry was 1.7 times lower than in the fat base without the addition of stabilizers. The peroxide number in the fat with organic mulberry added was 17.5 ½O mmol/kg. Primary oxidation in the sample with inorganic mulberry also occurred more slowly than in the sample without any additives. On the 10th day of storage, the amount of peroxides was 1.2 times less than the amount of peroxides in the fat base without the addition of mulberry. The fat acid value of black organic dried mulberry added on day 10 was 1.21 mn/KOH, with black inorganic dried mulberry added 1.80 mg/KOH. The sample without added antioxidants had an acid value of 2.12 mg/KOH. The content of ascorbic acid in black dried inorganic and organic mulberries does not differ significantly and is 10.78 and 10.49 mg/100 g, respectively. It has been proven that the content of polyphenolic compounds is 18.2 and 27.2 mg/100 g, respectively, in dried inorganic and organic black mulberries. It is their presence that explains the antioxidant properties of mulberry. Therefore, organic production affects the accumulation of polyphenolic compounds in plants. Polyphenolic compounds have antimicrobial properties, so their higher amount in organic raw materials is dictated by the fact that organic plants must independently fight against microbiological pests without the use of pesticides. Further research will be devoted to the creation of nutritional supplements based on organic black mulberry.

The intricate relationship between coal mining and water resources is discussed, as well as coal mining affects the quality and availability of water is highlighted. Coal deposits play a major role in energy production, and at the same time, coal mining causes adverse environmental effects. For this reason, the article is devoted to the study consequences of coal mining on water contamination and soil conditions. The investigation results show that coal mining causes dangerous and harmful particles to reach the surface of the water, degrades the soil, and causes chemical exposure. Hydrology and water quality throughout the mining lifecycle are influenced by such consequences, which can be observed across mining regions and under different extraction methods. In this regard, there exists a need for effective strategies and implementing best practices for mining operations, adopting preventive measures for acid mine drainage, and advanced water management techniques. Also, the experience of effective environmental management is discussed. Mining reclamation plans, adherence to specific standards, and the role of rocks selection in reclamation success are discussed. Considering the above balancing energy needs with sustainable environmental practices is crucial to ensuring the coexistence of mining and global water resources.
