This community service program aims to transform the marketing strategies of microenterprises through training on the utilization ofArtificial Intelligence (AI) in Semarang City. The program was designed using a capacity-building approach that emphasizes hands-on practice and structured mentoring, employing the Demonstration– Practice–Feedback–Revision (DPFR) model. The training materials covered the use of text-to-text AI for generating content ideas, captions, storytelling, and calls to action; text-to-image AI for creating promotional visual materials; and an introduction to text-to-video AI as an option for content development. Evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post- tests to measure improvements in participants’ knowledge, as well as content output assessment rubrics to evaluate skill development. The results indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of AI applications in digital marketing and an improvement in the quality of promotional content, particularly in message structure, clarity of value propositions, strength of calls to action, and visual consistency.Initial impacts were also observed in the form of improved posting consistency and increased audience interaction, serving as indicators of early lead formation. Overall, this program demonstrates that practice-based AI training is effective in accelerating the adoption of marketing technologies among micro-enterprises and has the potential to sustainably enhance their competitiveness through continued mentoring.

This study examines the role of customer experience and perceived value in driving repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among KAI Access application users. Using a quantitative approach, the study surveyed 150 purposively selected respondents who had purchased tickets at least 3 times in the last 6 months. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS. The results indicate that customer experience significantly affects customer satisfaction (β = 0.519; t = 5.048; p < 0.001), and perceived value also positively affects customer satisfaction (β = 0.338; t = 2.978; p = 0.003). However, customer experience does not significantly influence repurchase intention (β = 0.116; t = 0.866; p = 0.386), and customer satisfaction also shows no significant effect on repurchase intention (β = 0.265; t = 1.923; p = 0.055). In contrast, perceived value significantly influences repurchase intention (β = 0.375; t = 3.396; p = 0.001). Furthermore, mediation analysis confirms that customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between customer experience and perceived value toward repurchase intention. These findings suggest that in utilitarian digital transportation services, repurchase behavior is primarily driven by rational value considerations rather than emotional experience or satisfaction. In practice, PT Kereta Api Indonesia should prioritize improving functional value through efficient service features, pricing strategies, and system reliability to strengthen customer repurchase intentions.

Poverty remains a major social issue in many developing countries, including Indonesia, as seen in the Central Java region. Over the last five years, the number of impoverished people in Central Java has shown fluctuations, with data from the Central Statistics Agency indicating figures of 3,897.20 thousand (2018), 3,743.23 thousand (2019), 3,980.90 thousand (2020), 4,109.7 thousand (2021), and 3,831.44 thousand (2022). Analyzing these trends is crucial for future poverty reduction efforts. This study aims to develop a web-based predictive system capable of forecasting the poverty line, as well as the number and percentage of poor residents in Central Java. The research utilizes a hybrid forecasting model that integrates the Holt-Winters triple exponential smoothing (HWTES) method with fuzzy time series (FTS), alongside algorithmic approaches such as rate of change (RoC) and frequency-based segmentation. The model's accuracy, evaluated using the average absolute percentage error (MAPE), shows low error rates: 0.9% for the number of impoverished people, 1.6% for the percentage, and 0.7% for the poverty threshold. Compared to the standard HWTES model, this hybrid model demonstrates greater precision. As a result, it can serve as an effective tool to support strategic planning and enhance poverty alleviation programs in Central Java.

Abstract: This study discusses the legal impact and strategic considerations in the development of medical gas infrastructure projects through the Operational Cooperation Agreement (KSO) mechanism. Currently, KSOs are increasingly important in supporting the development of healthcare facilities in Indonesia. Although KSOs are not explicitly regulated in the Civil Code (KUHPerdata), they are still considered the legal basis for various infrastructure projects, both public and private, including medical gas installations in hospitals. This study includes an analysis of the legal challenges that arise, such as the KSO's status as an entity without legal status, and how rights, obligations, and risks are distributed among the parties involved in the agreement. In addition, this study also considers the strategic benefits of using KSOs, such as reducing financial risks, accelerating the development process, and obtaining expertise from the private sector. However, the use of KSOs also carries certain risks, such as the possibility of technical failures and legal disputes, which need to be managed properly through clear contracts and effective dispute resolution mechanisms. In general, this research aims to provide legal and strategic guidance for various parties, such as hospitals, private investors, and the government, in designing legal, safe, and sustainable medical gas projects. It is hoped that the research findings will help improve the efficiency of healthcare services and support national health policies.

Unauthorized fuel extraction by mechanics in official motorcycle workshops constitutes a significant yet underexamined issue in consumer protection law. This study is prompted by a case in which a mechanic siphoned fuel from a consumer’s motorcycle tank without consent during a service process, resulting in material loss and a violation of consumer rights. The issue is particularly relevant given the imbalance of knowledge and power between business actors and consumers. This research aims to identify the causal factors underlying unauthorized fuel siphoning, analyze the legal responsibility of business actors, and examine mechanisms for resolving disputes arising from such practices. The study employs an empirical juridical method with a field research approach, combining interviews with consumers and workshop personnel and normative analysis based on Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. The findings demonstrate that unauthorized fuel siphoning constitutes a breach of consumer protection principles and gives rise to legal liability for business actors. The primary motivating factor identified is the perceived inefficiency and higher cost of using specialized cleaning agents, such as carburetor spray cleaners, which leads to informal and unethical service practices. Dispute resolution in these cases is generally pursued through non-litigation mechanisms, particularly negotiation. This study underscores the need to strengthen transparency in workshop services and to enforce clearer ethical and procedural standards. It concludes that enhancing both preventive and repressive consumer protection mechanisms is essential to ensure effective protection of consumer rights.
