ALGORITHM AND SOFTWARE OF MEDICAL PERSONNEL SELECTION SYSTEM

We describe our approach to teaching the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture for GUI applications. Swing adopts MVC at component level. We use it as a case study to illustrate features of MVC and also help students learn to use the tool for programming projects. To encourage them to see beyond a specific tool, we assign students a project to build a domain-specific framework for GUI applications using MVC at application level. This project allows students to learn hands on the MVC architecture as well as other design techniques in a new context. Our two-semester experience shows that a tool-based case study with a follow-up effort as such is productive in teaching practical design techniques.

Ethics in digital resource processing and access are strongly coupled with human computer interaction because they produce trust between user and system. Over the past decades, we have seen a rapid increase of digital born resources in business applications where i.e. different stakeholders, ranging from patients, doctors to Data Scientists must cope with ethical aspects and regulations. Amongst others, innovative Model View Controller (MVC) based data management systems in the healthcare sector are analysing and managing an ever-growing, vast amount of sensitive data, enabling its efficient and comprehensive use in decision-making processes. E.g. in data-driven collaboration processes like drug development, caregiving or clinical patient monitoring. MVC is one of the most popular architectural patterns (Holzinger et.al 2010), which is the reason to investigate this design pattern further in terms of ethical aspects within human computer intractable systems. However, new regulations, like the GDPR have a huge impact on sensitive data management. However, ethical regulations could not first be considered by those who make use of information system functionalities, but must be an inherent part of considerations during software development process. This short paper will bring up and discuss ethical issues in decision making systems system software development, along with an existing ethic by design framework in the scope of health-related research projects.

In the current teaching of politics, teachers still focus on the cultivation of the basic intelligence of students’ language intelligence, and it is easy to ignore the cultivation of other intelligences that affect the overall development of students. This research mainly discusses the design of curriculum ideological and political teaching platform based on the fusion of multiple data and information in an intelligent environment. This research adopts the MVC architecture, and the web application developed based on the MVC (Model View Controller) architecture pattern is easier to complete the realization of multiple controllers. The front desk ideological and political teaching teacher module includes the login system. In addition, the teacher can view the test status of a specific student and can also pay attention to the total intelligence of all students who have been tested. The process of the student test is to enter the correct account and password to log in to the system and then perform the test. After the test, the test result can be viewed, and the personal information can be maintained at the same time. In addition, the personal login password can be modified. The existence of the database is to ensure that the data is correct and effective. This system uses MySql to design the database, and the name of the database is braintest_db. The data table in relational database is the main object of storing and managing data, and it is also an important task of database design. This system has designed three kinds of user logins, namely, administrator, student, and teacher, and login can be realized according to the account number and password. Among them, teacher’s participation is by inquiring about students’ test situation, paying attention to students’ multiple intelligences, and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. In addition, the main object of this test is students, and the analysis of multiple intelligences is realized through student tests. Students are vitally physical objects that can be tested and searched for results. In the study, 20% of the students both learn the basic content of the platform and use the forum. This research will help improve students’ literacy in an all‐round way.

Object-oriented architectures for Graphical User Interfaces (GUI’s) model the interface as a composition of interacting Objects which each present an internal state to the user and provide operations on that state. Two such architectures are Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Presentation-Abstraction-Control (PAC).We use Object-Z to describe examples of the MVC and PAC architectures. We compare the characteristics of the architectures and consider the efficacy of Object-Z as a tool for modelling user-interface architectures.

In this disruptive era, information systems are a basic need in every field that we do. Almost all jobs have an information system that is used to help complete the work so that it becomes more effective. Libraries process a lot of data that must be processed properly and quickly so that they can provide maximum service to customers. In addition to the information system built to manage all data, information system security must be a major concern so that data can be stored safely and avoid attacks or defacements from irresponsible people. One way to secure the information system that we create is to separate the model view and controller so that the system will be difficult to hack or disable. With the CodeIgniter Framework, it will be easier for us to create a secure website because CodeIgniter has a Model View Controller (MVC) concept.

Information technology development brings a very broad impact on human life. With this Model View Controller (MVC) concept, information system development could be developed in accordance needs of the user’s information system development and be able to adapt the development in the organization. Needs of fast and precise and adaptive information system information is needed in this modern era when everything needs to be fast. Faculty of computer science (FIK) Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veterans Jakarta (UPNVJ) as one work unit under the government agency, has State-owned inventories to support all activities to carry out the Tri Dharma or the higher education pillars, especially in the field of education. The state-owned inventories or devices are available in FIK such as monitors, printers, LCD, mouse, etc. For continuity of this educational process, the state-owned inventories must be maintained. Therefore, in this research, the researchers will develop an information system to document the state-owned inventory records for helping the management of the state-owned inventories in the faculty of computer science at UPN Veteran Jakarta. The information system was built using the waterfall method and using the PHP programming language and MySQL database running on a server. This information system provides features to manage users, manage components, access system logs, access system settings, manage devices, manage the location, and access reports. The system that has been developed has also passed the eligibility assessment for all aspects of both visual communication aspects, software engineering aspects, and usability aspects.

En este trabajo se analizan los framework PHP de código abierto basados en el patrón de diseño Modelo-Vista-Controlador (MVC) a través de cuadros comparativos, que permiten a los desarrolladores crear sus aplicaciones web sin necesidad de codificar desde cero, ya que cuentan con herramientas integradas y bibliotecas que facilitan las operaciones CRUD (creación, lectura, actualización y eliminación), organización del código, facilidad de mantenimiento, seguridad ante ataques de inyección SQL y otras amenazas. Se describen las características, especificaciones técnicas, componentes de los frameworks considerados los más comunes como son: Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Zend, CakePHP, Yii, que ayudan a reducir el tiempo en el proceso de desarrollo empleando buenas prácticas de programación. Para el estudio se aplicó el método analítico-sintético para identificar los frameworks que permitan diseñar e implementar web dinámicas, robustas y seguras facilitando la corrección de errores. Los resultados brindan un insumo a los programadores e ingenieros de software que están incursionando en los frameworks PHP donde puedan analizar las bondades que tiene cada uno, elegir el más completo según su funcionalidad, ventajas y desventajas al momento de desarrollar sus proyectos web.

Business object architecture is a technology that was designed and developed during recent period. This architecture has a lot of benefits like scalability, flexibility and security. It helps create and develop maintainable, secure and reusable applications for further development. In business object architecture the logical architecture is separated into layers that give more scalability and reusability. Also using business object architecture developers must not write different programs for different platforms. Once created business objects can be accessible from different platforms. The goal of this thesis is implementing computer assisted exam system with business object architecture. The object is to create desktop, web and mobile applications that will use the same business objects for doing operations. The framework that is used is CSLA.NET. The library created with this framework is used by desktop, web and mobile application. For client applications only user interface is developed which uses business objects from the library. SQL Server is used for creating database. SQL Server and File server are in separate server that is accessible from all client applications. The network connection between client computers during exam is controlled by firewall. It disables all incoming and outgoing connections to the computer for holding the exam in safe environment. The implementation of the system is realized by using Microsoft .NET technology. As the development environment Microsoft Visual C# .NET is used. IPhone and IPad applications are part of the system. The Tuition Payment Information System was designed because at this time the payment of tuition at SMP Islam Cilacap still uses the general ledger, causing inaccuracies in payment data by employees (administrative). The purpose of this research is to help solve problems in the processing of tuition payment data, making payment data reports, searching payment data, knowing payment data information, and knowing the school money payment report. The system is designed using MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture and SMS Gateway notifications as well as system development methods using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Waterfall model. In addition, the system design uses PHP and HTML programming languages, database management is MySQL and uses the Laravel framework. Based on the results of the system test and the results of the questionnaire by 10 respondents that 14% stated enough, 44% stated well and 42% stated very well calculated by the calculation of the Likert scale of 86% entered the excellent qualification which means successful. So it can be concluded that this system can solve existing problems by facilitating the processing of payment data, assisting in the creation of school money payment reports, helping in speeding up the search for payment data, knowing the payment information of tuition without having to come to school, and knowing the payment data report quickly without having to go through a long recap process.

Abstract. Introduction. The new socio-economic reality that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis has forced modern business to adapt all its commercial processes, including the recruitment process, to “new norms”. Virtual communications are now becoming a daily standard since most companies face the impossibility to implement its recruitment processes in traditional ways successfully. This means that remote recruitment will become a new norm for implementation in the process of personnel management. Therefore, there is a need to find and examine the best digital forms and tools for remote recruitment during COVID-19 and in the post-pandemic period. Purpose. Despite the scientific achievements in the study of innovative and digital technologies of recruitment, there are no answers to the questions “How exactly should the recruitment process be implemented remotely?” and “What innovative recruitment technologies can ensure its effectiveness in the virtual digital environment?” All of this determines the need and relevance of the study. Therefore, the aim of the article is to define conceptual and applied foundations for remote recruitment implementation in virtual digital environment within the context of social distancing which is associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Results. The article examines some innovative technologies for the remote recruitment process in terms of social distancing. The main tendencies of remote recruitment have been analyzed; the directions of recruitment process transformation in time of social distancing have been identified; recommendations for further transformation of the remote recruitment process have been developed. The article generalizes types of software for remote recruitment and forms a digital ecosystem model for remote recruitment, which includes digital tools for recruitment process automation, candidates attracting platforms, social recruitment technologies, artificial intelligence, and robotics tools. The main challenges and possible answers to digitalization and remote recruitment in the pandemic and post-pandemic periods have been validated. Conclusions. The remote format has significantly transformed existing trends in the recruitment process. These trends will shape new methods of attracting, selecting, and recruiting job candidates. Analysis of the methods and their peculiarities allowed us to conclude that its effective implementation in the digital environment depends on innovative technologies, namely: collaborative recruitment, marketing recruitment, employer branding, transfer (soft) skills, artificial intelligence, and selection. On the other hand, selection should consider, among others, socio-cultural diversity, candidate databases, digital selection, selection of project staff, recruitment based on big data, flexibility, and involvement of generation. To be effective, the recruitment process may use online advertising on job portals, artificial intelligence based on screening algorithms and resume filtering to select promising candidates, online skills testing, communication via e-mail messengers and recruitment chatbots, video interviewing. The following sequence of subprocesses is optimal for remote recruitment: planning and forecasting of workforce challenges, online vacancy announcements placing, usage of digital remote recruitment tools, usage of video interviewing, organization of constant communication with the remote recruitment team, organization constant communication with candidates and virtualization the process of adaptation. In our opinion, the current digital tools for automating remote recruitment include following groups of software: for screening candidates, for automating recruitment, for attracting talents, for video interviews and for operating with job platforms. The main way to ensure effective implementation of remote recruitment in the context of social distancing is to build and maintain a digital ecosystem of remote recruitment, which should include tools for automating recruitment processes, platforms for attracting candidates, digital technologies for social recruitment, artificial intelligence, and robotics.

Caries disease in human teeth is a disease that permanently destroys the inner walls of teeth and forms small holes in the teeth. The Indonesian people lack the knowledge to find information and identify tooth decay, which makes many people unaware of the consequences and dangers of this disease. Tooth decay disease is usually caused by three factors. The first factor is teeth and saliva, which are the hosts of microorganisms in the oral cavity. Bacteria and food are the second and third factors. The purpose of this research is to help the public find information about tooth decay, thus forming a branch of artificial intelligence, the expert system. Artificial intelligence is a science that allows you to build computer systems that display intelligence in different ways. An expert system is a computer program or information system that uses some knowledge of an expert. The methods used in this study are the Naive Bayes method and the model's view controller, which are implemented as a database in the PHP Codeigniter framework and MySQL. The data processed in this study is knowledge about the symptoms of dental caries obtained from experts. The test results of this method provide patients with the knowledge necessary to prevent tooth decay, with an accuracy rate of 83.61%. This expert system helps the public to recognize and obtain information about tooth decay. The Expert System can also be used to take the first step in preventing tooth decay.

In 2017, services at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences Center for Appropriate Technology Development, especially in the training registration administration section, had not been computerized so that data was piling up and difficult when the data was needed. Based on the existing problems, the approach taken is to analyze and design a training information system and implement it into an application form that is used to support the delivery and management of training and education programs in helping plan, develop and provide training to employees, communities, and other stakeholders. other interests. So it is necessary to develop an information system that can be personalized, and adaptive so that it can be adjusted for prospective training participants. The development method uses the PHP programming language, the CodeIgniter Framework with the concept of Model, View, Controller (MVC), modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), MySQL database, and the Unified Process (UP) work method. The modules contained in the training information system include the Participant module, the Institution module, the Resource Person module, the Service User module, and the External Services module.

The process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure that is done manually will not run optimally. Conditions like this make an agency need an information system that is able to record all existing facilities and infrastructure, namely an inventory information system. The purpose of this research is to design and build a website-based inventory information system that is used to facilitate the process of inventorying or collecting data on goods at the Purwokerto Veteran High School.
 The MVC (Model View Controller) method is used to design the system. This system can simplify the process of collecting data on consumables (inventory), consumables (non-inventory), procurement, discrepancies, repairs and retrieval and this system can generate reports that will be reported to the Principal.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need to modernize the information and communication support of medical institutions of Ukraine to improve the quality of medical care and medical services. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the fundamental provisions of modern economic theory, scientific works of leading foreign and domestic scientists, international and domestic regulations on health care. General scientific and special research methods are used to achieve this goal, in particular: the method of system analysis – to study the information and communication support of medical institutions as a system; the method of structural analysis – to study the structure of the software of the medical information system “Doctor Eleks”; the method of comparison – to compare different methods of information processing in the studied medical information system. Findings. The need for modernization of information and communication support of medical institutions is determined. Prospects for the introduction of medical information systems in health care facilities, such as the “Doctor Elex” information system, are substantiated. Examples of introduction of the medical information system "Doctor Eleks" in foreign and domestic medical institutions are considered. The advantages of the researched medical information system “Doctor Eleks” for: management staff, medical staff and registry staff are formed. The software of the medical information system “Doctor Eleks” is analysed in detail in the context of the main modules: “registry”, “doctor”, “laboratory”, “administration”, “templates”. It is proved that the introduction of the medical information system “Doctor Eleks” in the activities of medical institutions will significantly increase the level of coordination of its staff and will positively affect the quality of medical care and medical services. Originality. The mechanism of introduction of modern information technologies in activity of medical institutions as the factor of increase of quality of medical service on the basis of use of the information system “Doctor Eleks”, which is developed for automation of work of medical institutions is offered. Practical value. The detailed analysis of the advantages of the medical information system “Doctor Eleks” can be useful for directors of domestic medical institutions in choosing the priorities of modernization of their information and communication support. Objective To conclude the characters of serum marker pattern and distribution of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in pilot candidates and to investigate the value of applying polymerase chain reaction (PCR),fluorescent probe and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in screening hepatitis B virus for pilot recruitment. Methods Three thousand eight hundred and forty-three students were chosen as subjects and were divided into 2 age groups by the birth year of 1992.They were also grouped by where they come from-rural and urban group.Hepatitis B serum marker was qualitatively measured by ELISA upon hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg),hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb),hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg),hepatitis B e antibody (HBeAb) and hepatitis B core antibody (HBcAb).HBV-DNA was then quantitatively determined for 365 cases with different patterns [except HBsAb( +)] that were screened according to the table of random number. Results ① There were totally 13 serological patterns of HBV.The most common pattern was HBsAb(+),then the patterns along descending sequence were the negative in all 5 HBV serum makers,HBsAb (+) & HBcAb (+),HBsAb (+) & HBeAb (+) & HBcAb (+),and HBcAb (+).Positive HBsAg was mainly expressed as HBsAg (+) & HBeAg (+) & HBcAb (+) (38.75％ ),and HBsAg (+) & HBeAb (+) & HBcAb (+) (46.25％).② The rate of screening the patterns of HBsAb ( +),HBsAb (+) & HBeAb ( +),and HBcAb (+) showed statistical significance between age groups(x2 =9.350,8.563,P＜0.01),but for the other patterns (P＞0.05).③ Except for the patterns of HBsAb (+) &HBeAb (+) & HBcAb (+) and HBcAb (+) the screening rate of other 5 patterns showed significant difference between rural and urban groups (x2=4.592 ～ 34.838,P＜0.01 or P＜0.05 ).④ The cases of having virus ＞1000 copies/ml by quantitative measurement of HBV-DNA were 62.Among which,HBsAg (+) took 77.42％ while other patterns accounted 22.58％.The detection rate of HBsAg (+) & HBeAg (+) & HBcAb (+) by means of HBV-DNA was 95.45％ (21/22) and the virus load was from 9.16×106 to 9.81×107 copies/ml.45.71％(16/35) HBsAg (+) & HBeAb (+) & HBcAb (+) was detected by HBV-DNA and the virus load was from 1.24 × 104 to 7.95 × 105 copies/ml.All HBsAg (+) & HBeAg (+) could be detected by HBV-DNA and virus load was from 2.39 × 107 to 5.34 × 107 copies/ml. Conclusions Combining the detection of HBV serum marker by ELISA and PCR quantitive measurement of HBV-DNA would be helpful to reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of HBV in pilot recruitment.
