The article considers the study of the theoretical foundations, implementation and prospects of innovative technologies in the market of agricultural products in Ukraine. The intensity of the development of digital trade in terms of volume and scale due to the introduction of artificial intelligence, which has the potential for the digital transformation of trade by significantly reducing geographical barriers, has been established. It is certain that a significant impetus to the development of innovations in trade in Ukraine, as well as in other countries of the world, was given by crisis events, namely, the pandemic, then military actions. In crisis conditions, digital technologies in trade have a significant advantage over traditional ones, because they allow the consumer to order goods without putting their life at risk. We studied the sector of domestic trade in agricultural products for the use of advanced technologies. The purpose of the work was to highlight the trends in the development of advanced technologies in the trade of agricultural products in Ukraine, to determine the influence of factors that shape the market and consumer trends on the innovative development of trading platforms, innovative challenges in the field of trade in agricultural products. Innovations in the trade of economically developed countries of the world and Ukraine are considered, in particular, the most developed and promising ones are highlighted. The main aspects of the state and trends of trade development in Ukraine are characterized. The analysis of statistical information and research has established the dominance of large business enterprises, although the trend of positive innovative movement of medium-sized businesses can be traced. It has been determined that in recent years, import operations significantly outweigh export operations, this is especially noticeable from the analysis of the results of 2022. The comparative analysis of indicators of the activity of trading enterprises in Ukraine for 2020-2023 using the example of the index of the physical turnover of retail trade proved its fluctuations depending on the crisis phenomena in the country. In particular, the export of goods decreased by 26.1%, and the import increased by 11.2%, which resulted in a negative balance. The largest share of trade during the studied periods was with EU countries, in 2023 it increased to 56%, while the share of exports decreased by 10%. Since the beginning of active hostilities, the country’s economic activity shows signs of stabilization, but this trend will depend on foreign economic relations with partner countries. It has been proven that the leading trend in the development of progressive technologies in the trade of agricultural products in Ukraine is the increase in the confidence of buyers in purchasing via the Internet. Furthermore, a critical element of digital commerce is an effective cybersecurity management plan that balances technology, geopolitical relations, government capacity; supports market reputation, and public-private cooperation.

The article is devoted to studying the structural and dynamic changes in international trade in agricultural products in Ukraine. The authors reveal the theoretical essence of international trade in agricultural products, considering export and import conditions in light of modern challenges. The assessment of the foreign trade regime is provided and the trends and impact of implementing the Agreement on Association between Ukraine and the EU on the development of Ukraine's foreign trade are established. It was found that, on one hand, the export orientation of raw materials to the EU crop production market has increased, while on the other hand, there remains a high import dependence on prepared food products, with a more diversified import structure. The peculiarities of key directions of Ukraine's agro-industrial market under martial law and its place in the global food security system are described. The article also examines the structure of Ukraine's trading partners, which have been revised since the beginning of the war. The peculiarities of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in international trade in agricultural products are analysed. Ways of diversifying exports and increasing the profitability of foreign trade in agricultural products from Ukraine in the EU market are suggested.

Introduction. The high-tech market is changing dynamically, driven by both domestic economic transformations and global technological trends. Active digitalization, the development of the IT sector, and growing demand for innovative solutions in industry, medicine, and energy are contributing to a competitive environment. At the same time, the challenges faced by Ukraine due to the full-scale war, strengthening of European integration trends, attraction of investments and strengthening of export potential require intensification of the development of high-tech production to meet the needs of the domestic market and integration into global value chains. The article analyses the main trends affecting this market and outlines the ways to stimulate its development in Ukraine. Materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the article includes the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, methods of general scientific methods: abstract and logical, induction and deduction, systematic approach, analysis and synthesis, as well as special research methods: statistical comparisons, grouping, expert assessments in substantiating the directions of promoting the development of high-tech products markets. The purpose of the article is determining methodological approaches to assessing the level of technological sophistication of economic activity, identifying trends in the development of the high-tech market in Ukraine and justifying regulatory decisions to support and stimulate it. Results and discussion. The article considers methodological approaches developed by international economic organizations to determine the level of technological sophistication of economic activity, in particular, the Eurostat methodology (sectoral, product and patent); the OECD industry classification; the NAICS methodology, which allowed to define a high-tech industry list. Based on the analysis of leading international rankings, comparative analysis of the dynamics of high-tech exports in different countries of the world, it is determined that Ukraine is lagging behind the technological leaders and European neighboring countries in terms of technological exports. The author substantiates the factors that limit the ability of the Ukrainian economy to fully realize the potential of the high-tech market, namely military risks; low competitiveness of high-tech products; limited access to investment; reduced export potential; low investment attractiveness; lack of highly qualified personnel, etc. Conclusions. The development of high-tech markets is a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of Ukraine's economy and its integration into the global market. Despite the growing demand for high-tech products and active digital transformation in the global world, the Ukrainian economy has limited capacity to fully realize the opportunities of these markets. This requires the development and implementation of effective management and regulatory solutions to support and stimulate high-tech production in Ukraine, which include: creating conditions for the development of innovation infrastructure (research centers, incubators, accelerators, scientific, industrial and innovation parks); effective management of public institutions and implementation of international corporate governance principles in their management system; institutional support for the implementation of innovative projects and development of critical technologies, in particular, through public-private partnership mechanisms; support for small and medium-sized enterprises by promoting their development in terms of development and creation of innovative technologies; expansion of soft loans through the government programs “Affordable Loans 5-7-9” and “Affordable Finance”. Implementation of these measures will contribute to the development of high-tech production, creation of new jobs, increase in exports, and ensure the country's defense capability.

Introduction. The modern development of the market of agricultural products in Ukraine actualizes important theoretical and practical problems of domestic agricultural science, directly attesting to the practical result of the state agricultural policy. There is still no single theoretical and methodological approach to assessing and diagnosing value and price disproportions in agricultural products due to regional differences, as well as directions of development of the organized agricultural market as an important institution in the context of reducing price asymmetry in the market of agricultural products, which determined the relevance of the topic of the article. Methods. The research is based on the use of general and specific methods of research within the methodological tools of modern economics, in particular, the dialectical method, analysis and synthesis, logical-historical, comparison, graphic, economic-statistical, etc. Results. The article substantiates the main economic aspects of the diagnosis of value and price disproportions of agricultural products and the functioning of the organized agricultural market in Ukraine. The peculiarities of diagnostics of price asymmetry on the example of strategic agricultural products - grain are revealed, on the basis of actual economic data the key tendencies of development of researched process in the context of regional levels and functioning of the organized stock exchange sector are defined. Discussion. Considering the priorities of price asymmetry and creating of modern mechanism for the functioning of the agricultural market, prospects for eliminating price disparities and forming an organized market for agricultural products are defined. The prospect of further research on this issue should be based on taking into account the cost and price asymmetry for agricultural products, the existence of phenomena of price asymmetry of various types in order to form an organized agricultural market, which would reduce or eliminate the negative effects of price disparities on agricultural products. The study of the possibility of transition of agricultural production to self-sufficiency in energy resources based on renewable energy sources is an urgent issue and was conducted based on statistical data for Ukraine in 2019. It was found that the biological yield of plant biomass is 64.3 million t, and ensuring a zero humus balance can be achieved by using straw in the amount of 11.7 million t. At the same time, the excess amount of straw that can be used for energy needs may amount to 7.5 million t, which is about 12% of the total biological yield of plant biomass. The maximum amount of straw for energy needs cannot exceed 19.2 million t with a deficit-free humus balance in crop rotation due to the need to use straw for other priority needs, which is 29.8% of the biological yield of plant biomass of field crops. This is possible only if at least 40% of the sown area in the crop rotation will be under green manure. Calculations have shown that the potential production of biomethane based on organic biomass of manure, droppings and glycerol can reach about 1 billion m 3 , which is 4 times higher than the consumption of natural gas in agricultural production in Ukraine. Electricity generated from generator gas and biomethane in the amount of 5,464 million kWh is by 932 million kWh less than the total demand for agricultural and food production, but by 3059 million kWh greater than the needs of agricultural production.

By embracing a holistic approach to agriculture and land use and influencing environmental marketing practices, permaculture has been found to provide a more comprehensive and interconnected understanding of sustainable development. It is noted that ecological practices, which are the basis of organic food production, create an attractive climate for investment, taking into account the annual growth of global demand for organic products. The ways of eco-marketing development in the conditions of sustainable innovative development of organic agricultural production of Ukraine, which are considered a priority for the further development of the agro-industrial complex, under the influence of the concept of permaculture for the promotion of organic production products created by environmentally friendly means and technologies at all stages of the life cycle, have been determined. Innovative approaches for the sustainable development of modern organic agricultural production with the possibility of using permaculture design are analyzed. Also, to support the sustainable development of organic export-oriented production in Ukraine, manufacturers are actively introducing leading Ukrainian startups into their activities. It is noted that organic certification should contribute to the development of internal and external organic markets, taking into account the best practices of international experience. It has been studied how the vision of modern eco-marketing affects the promotion of products of organic productions that have organic certification in Ukraine. It is shown how the ranking of organic brands is formed by marketing experts in several stages and companies are evaluated according to the volume of production and sales in the domestic market, as well as according to the presence of brands in retail chains. A description of the TOP-10 organic brands of Ukraine in 2023 is given. A SWOT analysis and an analysis of driving forces for the development of eco-marketing in the conditions of sustainable innovative development of organic agricultural production under the influence of the concept of permaculture were carried out. The main directions of the development of eco-marketing in the conditions of sustainable innovative development of organic agricultural production of Ukraine are determined. The research is aligned with and contributes to global sustainable development goals, including those related to responsible consumption and production, climate action and global partnerships, emphasizing the interconnectedness of environmental and social aspects of organic agriculture.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the current state of domestic agro-exports on the world food market and determine the place of Ukrainian agro-producers on it in the context of European integration. Methodology / approach. The following methods were used in the study: abstract-logical (for theoretical generalization of conclusions and analysis of the results of the study); economic-statistical (for analysis of the current state of foreign trade in agricultural products) comparative – in the study of foreign trade balance of Ukrainian agroproducts; graphic – for determining the share of countries in world production of wheat, leaders in the export of domestic corn and wheat. Results. Trends of foreign trade of domestic agricultural products were considered. It was defined, that the basis of domestic agroexport were products of vegetative origin. The main trends of export of agricultural products in Ukraine were highlighted. As a result of the research it was established that in the world food market during the study period Ukraine was acknowledged as a predictable and powerful supplier of quality agricultural products. Originality / scientific novelty. The study of indicators of foreign trade of domestic agro-exports, analysis of commodity and geographical structure of agricultural products export in the world food market was further developed. The place of domestic agro-export in the global food market has been determined. Practical value / implications. The results of the conducted research can be used for further scientific researches on determination of directions in development of the domestic agrarian sector of Ukraine, in the context of diversification of development of new market segments for certain types of products within certain tariff quotas.

The rapid development of organic production contributes to the improvement of the existing accounting system, which should reflect all the necessary information for management decisions. The purpose of the scientific publication is to study the organizational and technological features of organic production and their impact on the formation of related costs to identify problematic accounting aspects in the context of European integration. The research of opinions of modern scientists on actual questions of the account of manufacture of organic products is analyzed. The current state of development of the European consumer market of organic production is considered, it is noted that the active development of organic production in Ukraine contributes to its long-term success in the organic market of Europe. It is established that organic agricultural production in Ukraine is one of the main directions of development of the agricultural sector of the economy, the article identifies priority areas for achieving strategic goals of the state. The objects of accounting for the costs of organic production enterprises are revealed, their main characteristics are indicated. It is established that the system of accounting for the costs of organic enterprises should be uniform, so it must take into account the standards of organic production, production technology, the requirements of current legislation on production, circulation and labeling of organic products. The study analyzes that in recent decades, completely new methods of cost accounting and costing systems for organic products, which can be divided into three groups. The components of accounting and analytical support for information support and management of costs for the production of organic products are detailed. The specific features that affect the organization of accounting support for organic production are outlined, the main aspects are indicated. The article describes the structured methods of the concept of cost management through appropriate budget planning and regulatory cost accounting, the methods presented include basic principles. The need to reflect in the indicators of financial statements accounting data on the costs of organic production has been confirmed. According to the results of the study, the need to develop methodological tools for accounting for organic production was determined. With the development of organic production, an accounting system should be properly organized, which will help provide users with timely and accurate information on the production, storage and sale of organic agricultural products. It is established that the correct organization of accounting for production costs, in an organic enterprise, should ensure the efficiency and reliability of the entire management system, in particular to enable prompt receipt of true and complete accounting information about costs. The objects of accounting for the costs of organic production enterprises have been identified, which will allow to organize separate accounting of costs for the production of organic products, inorganic products and products of the transition period. It was found that the differentiation of such costs will help control the quality of products and allow you to adapt financial information to the needs of external and internal users.

The article highlights the problems of forming an effective mechanism of state regulation of the greening of agricultural production in Ukraine in accordance with global trends in the greening of public production and wartime problems in the country. The indicator of the degree of environmental friendliness of production is the main indicator of the degree of development of the corresponding modern economy, as well as the degree of safety of each country for people to live in it. The agricultural sector is the basic industry that forms the conditions for the development of the social economy and provides the population with the basic needs of food and clothing, therefore it requires a high degree of environmentalization in the first place. Unfortunately, the current market principles of management in Ukraine often place current benefits above the interests of future generations, which negatively affects public health. Accordingly, the task of effective long-term state regulation is the combination in the system of activity of the national economy, primarily the agricultural sector, the tasks of increasing environmentalization and economic benefit, creating socially useful, healthy food production as the basis of national security. In the peacetime state regulation of ensuring the ecological focus of agricultural production in Ukraine was focused on diversifying the ways of increasing the pace of production of ecologically clean products, the use of environmentally safe and energy-saving technologies in agriculture, the wide implementation of innovative developments capable of minimizing the negative impact of production and processing of products on the environment. The full-scale military invasion that began on February 24, 2022, crossed out all strategies for promoting the development of the ecological economy of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the war, our country has faced significant consequences of hostilities, which caused not only direct destruction, large-scale loss of life and economic losses, but also had an extremely negative impact on the ecological situation. The article outlines the necessary tasks of modern state regulation of the ecological situation in the region, its focus on the restoration of the natural environment and the return to world standards of the natural environment after the end of the war.

Research background The number of small agricultural enterprises in Ukraine has been decreasing in recent years, and their share in the total volume of production and sale of agricultural products has remained stable at a relatively low level. At the same time, there is a public demand for the growth of the role of small agricultural enterprises, which can perform important economic and social functions. Ensuring the effective development of small agrarian business entities involves the use of strategies and approaches that take into account the specifics of the relevant groups of agricultural producers. Purpose The purpose of the paper is to justify the prospects of small agrarian business in Ukraine, taking into account the trends of its development, including in the conditions of martial law. Research methodology The research used data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. The research methodology is based on the general dialectic approach and includes the following methods: induction, deduction, analysis of dynamic series, and graphical. Results The peculiarities of the formation of the contribution of small agricultural enterprises into the supply of agricultural products in Ukraine are revealed. A generally high level of economic efficiency, a satisfactory level of technological efficiency and a relatively low level of social efficiency of small farms were established. Prospective strategies for the development of various categories of small agricultural enterprises are outlined, taking into account the mechanisms and sources of their support, which can be used in the conditions of martial law and the post-war period. The application of these strategies can ensure positive socio-economic changes in the agricultural production system of Ukraine. Novelty A differentiated assessment of the results of the activities of small enterprises and individual entrepreneurs in the agricultural economy of Ukraine in the pre-war period and in the conditions of martial law was carried out. The prospects for the development of small farms in the post-war period are outlined, taking into account changes in the environment of their operation and the application of separate regulatory instruments.

Introduction. The development of the stock market of agricultural products is one of the important theoretical and practical problems of modern economic science and is the result of the effective implementation of economic policy. So far, an agreed theoretical and methodological approach to the interpretation of the stock market as an economic category, as well as its importance and role in the system of coordinates of the modern economic paradigm has not been formed, which determined the relevance of the topic. Methods. The research is carried out on the basis of the use of the dialectical method, as well as specific methods of conducting research in the framework of methodological tools of modern economic science, in particular, methodological approaches of the Association of the futures industry, which are used in the study of stock market derivatives. Results The article substantiates the main stages of the evolutionary development of the world stock market and the problem of the establishment of an effective exchange mechanism for the implementation of agricultural products in Ukraine. The peculiarities of the global development of the exchange market of agricultural products are revealed, on the basis of actual economic data, its key tendencies are determined and the hypothesis about the formation of a qualitatively new stage of the functioning of the world stock market, in particular, the market of commodity derivatives for agricultural products, is outlined. The role and place of the domestic stock market of agricultural products is highlighted in general terms, some aspects of its perspective development in Ukraine are outlined. Discussion. In the context of the possible priorities of designing a modern exchange mechanism, the advantages and economic consequences of the formation of a transparent exchange market of agricultural products are identified: transparency of market relations, reduction of transaction costs, strengthening the process of concentration of the market environment, reducing its asymmetry and stimulating the increase of the efficiency of the functioning of the agrarian market, in general. The article identifies the role of agricultural enterprises, rural communities, and the state in the development of rural areas of Ukraine. The author gives her vision of the category “rural areas” for this study and summarizes the functions inherent in rural areas. This paper determines the integrated function of rural areas, which is to create a spatial basis for comfortable living, economic activity, preservation, and enhancement of bio- and landscape diversity. The article analyzes the main indicators of activity of agricultural enterprises, indicators of agricultural development, and socioeconomic indicators of the level and quality of life of rural residents. It is determined that the positive dynamics of agricultural production in Ukraine is not accompanied with a corresponding improvement in living standards of rural residents. It is concluded that it is necessary to modify the role of agricultural enterprises through compliance with the principles of sustainable development while maximizing their target functions. The paper examines the participation of the state and united territorial communities (UTC) in rural development. It is outlined that in Ukraine support for rural development at the state level is carried out mainly based on a sectoral approach in the presence of elements of a territorial approach. Such elements include the financing of infrastructure projects in rural areas. Decentralization in the country has strengthened the role of UTC in rural development. The paper identifies the advantages and challenges faced by UTC in the process of rural development planning. The importance of maintaining the advantages of rural areas is substantiated. It is emphasized that the development of rural infrastructure, the improvement of its ecological condition is possible with the common efforts of the state, local governments, and enterprises. Due to climate change, there is a need to introduce new crops into agricultural production in Ukraine, among which Crocus sativus L., a herbaceous perennial tuberous plant, whose allopathic properties have been insufficiently studied, can take a leading place. Therefore, the aim of the study was to determine the effect of water-soluble flower secretions and their individual elements on the initial stages of seed germination of two winter durum wheat varieties (Vidrada and Koshova). In the course of the study, generally accepted methods were used: laboratory research, analysis, synthesis and statistical. It was found that water-soluble extracts of flowers of different states and elements of C. sativus flowers do not have a significant effect on the morphometric and quality parameters of wheat kernels during germination. Water-soluble secretions of flowers of different states have an inhibitory effect on the development of the root system; secretions of the bud and the bloomed flower inhibit the growth of coleoptiles. The effect of water-soluble secretions of sowing saffron flowers elements has varietal peculiarities: for winter wheat seedlings of Vidrada variety, the petals have a stimulating effect on the total length of roots and their weight; for seedlings of Koshova variety, the opposite effect is observed. The water-soluble secretions of petals and stamens have a stimulating effect on the coleoptile of Vidrada plants, and the water-soluble secretions of petals have a stimulating effect on Koshova seedlings. The correlation between the length of roots and coleoptile under the influence of watersoluble secretions of flowers of different states and their elements, as well as the index of allelopathy have varietal characteristics. The obtained scientific results will contribute to the development of agrotechnical measures for the cultivation of saffron in Ukraine, selection of winter wheat varieties for joint cultivation and use of plant residues as biological stimulants

Subject. This article discusses industrial enterprises focused on high-tech production. Objectives. The article aims to outline the areas for further development of the high-tech manufacturing sector. Methods. For the study, we used analysis and synthesis, comparison, and grouping. Results. The article finds that to date there is no consensus on the list of indicators and criteria that characterize high-tech production. The article offers a list of indicators that can help assess the state and determine the further development of high-tech production at industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation. Conclusions. At industrial enterprises focused on high-tech production, it is necessary to develop a fixed assets management system that will help timely management decisions be made regarding their renovation and modernization.

Modern methods of quantitative risk analysis, specifically value-at-risk and expected shortfall approach, provide comprehensive and coherent risk evaluation throughout entire distribution of outcomes and can take agricultural business from the realm of uncertainty to specific, quantified risks. Monte Carlo simulation with autocorrelation of standard deviation shows the best results in risk modeling and is used for this research. The analysis showed that production risk is systemic within climatic regions of Ukraine with coefficients of correlation ranging from 0.25 to 0.85. Yield correlation among crops in several oblasts is low to negative, creating opportunities for diversification. However, positive price-yield correlation is dominant for agricultural products in Ukraine due to high dependency on global prices and a large share of export. It is hypothesized that price-yield correlation is directly proportional to the share of country’s international trade in that agricultural product.
