INPUT-PROCESS-OUTPUT-OUTCOME QUALITY IN MANAGING EDUCATION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Character education is one of the important aspects in early childhood development, especially at the Elementary School (SD) level. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in integrating character education into the learning process in elementary schools. Using qualitative research methods, this study involved observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to collect data from six elementary school teachers who were experienced in teaching character education. The results showed that teachers act as role models, facilitators, and motivators in integrating character values ​​into the curriculum. Teachers use various strategies, such as project-based learning, group discussions, and positive behavioral reinforcement to instill values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, and cooperation in students. This study found that challenges faced by teachers include lack of support from the school and limited resources. Thus, recommendations are given to improve teacher training and provide adequate resources to support the integration of character education in schools. This study is expected to provide insights for stakeholders in efforts to improve character education in elementary schools.

Status of nutrition education in elementary schools: 1981 vs. 1975

School-Based Management (SBM) is a management approach that enables schools to manage themselves independently. This independence is essentially the responsibility of the school, particularly the principal, to ensure the school can advance under their guidance. In practice, school management requires a comprehensive understanding of basic concepts. The purpose of this article is to discuss the implementation of school-based management in improving the quality of education in primary schools. This writing uses research or literature studies. This review refers to the content of studies or articles (written works). Through a literature review, the research results provide an explanation of the concept of school-based management, the implementation of school-based management, strategic targets for improving education quality through school-based management, obstacles to the implementation of School-Based Management, and more. Examples applied in educational units show that schools implementing this model are able to transform primary education, thereby strengthening their human resources


 Character education is very important for elementary students. Character education in elementary schools will teach the habits of thinking and behavior that help students to live and work together in the family, community, and nation. Some of the problems that arise in the world of education include the lack of exemplary character of teachers to students, low understanding of teachers about character education, and lack of training for teachers to understand the importance of character education. It encourages proposers to incorporate ideas and ideas that solve the problem in training activities. So the proposer takes title of Teacher Empowerment elementary school in Strengthening Character Education in District Tulangan Sidoarjo. The ang approach method is used in devotion to this community with training activities. To know the success of the training activities, the proposal proponent will carry out the mentoring after the training activity has ended. The result of this dedication to the community can be concluded that the training is quite successful where the trainees are very enthusiastic in the training activities, it is also because each teacher has not received socialization from the government related to the government policy by providing Character Education reinforcement in School. From the results of the mentoring shows each teacher has developed an understanding and knowledge related to character education in schools. It is apparent from the results of anget teachers who have implemented character education in various activities at school.

Quality management in education is crucial to improving the quality of Islamic education, especially in private Islamic schools. This study identifies the implementation, challenges, and solutions for quality management in education at Al Azhar Islamic School in Bukittinggi. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and analysis of relevant documents. Data analysis is processed through reduction, presentation, and verification to draw conclusions, with data validation using triangulation. The results of the study show that there are several stages or phases in the implementation of quality management in Islamic education at Al Azhar Islamic School. The first phase is the preparation phase of quality management, which includes forming a quality management team, stating the vision and principles as guidelines, and conducting a strengths and weaknesses analysis. The second phase is the planning phase of quality management, which includes planning the implementation of quality management in education and forming a management implementation team. The third phase is the implementation phase of quality management, which includes teaching processes, learning evaluation, resource management, and program monitoring and evaluation.

Education in elementary schools requires the implementation of school-based management to improve the quality and competence of teachers as educators in order to achieve satisfactory school accreditation. The purpose of this article is to discuss the application of School Based Management (SBM) in an effort to improve the quality of education in elementary schools. The author uses qualitative methods in the form of library research through observing literature from various books, articles, web browsing and system analysis. The research results show that SBM provides more autonomy to schools. Quality education includes satisfactory service for graduates and the community. In implementing SBM in elementary schools, there are several factors that need to be considered, such as considerations and implementation strategies. In conclusion, management plays an important role in improving the quality and relevance of education.

The purpose of this study is to develop learning media using the Canva application in elementary schools, for beginners and elementary school teachers who are used to create multimedia-based learning media as teaching materials that are used at this time, the declining quality of learning at this time especially in Elementary school level (SD), on this occasion we describe the use and utilization of the Canva application, the aim is to increase the interest and sympathy of teachers and students in learning and also to facilitate the process of understanding students' learning in schools so that it can be said that the quality of education in schools is perfect. On this basis, this Canva application has several interesting features to serve, including ready-to-use templates, icons and illustrations, text, background tips and tricks in using applications, animations, and duplication, over time and the use of technology. dependent on self i ourselves in taking advantage of it.

Implementation of character education will create superior human resources in all aspects of personality. This study aims to explore the essential core of character education in elementary schools and explore the similarities and differences in character education applied in elementary schools in Malaysia and Indonesia. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with the comparative method, and the type of research used was library research. Data collection techniques included researching and identifying data through various documents from scientific publications in journals, national and international articles, and applicable laws and regulations. The results of a literature review on character education in elementary schools in Malaysia and Indonesia show similarities and differences in the concepts, programs, and implementation of character education in the two countries.A comparison of character education in Indonesia and Malaysia can be a valuable basis for improving these two countries' character education systems and drawing lessons that can be applied in other countries.

Education and quality of it have the greatest impact on the development of societies. The necessity to reform the education structure and environment to developed educational spaces and high quality education are undeniable in education system. Education environments that have suitable and desirable conditions for the activities progress of children, which is possible through the detailed design of spaces according to children's behavioral patterns. The present study was conducted with the aim of providing an appropriate model of factors affecting the quality of education in elementary schools in Uzbekistan. The research method was an exploratory mixed research in terms of applied purpose and data analysis, and was descriptive and survey-type in terms of method. The statistical population in the quantitative part included principals and teachers of elementary schools in Uzbekistan, including 820 people, of which 220 people were selected using cluster and stratified and simple random methods. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 15 items, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS software and the impact of each factor on the quality of education was examined. First, based on the experts' opinions, structural equation models were identified based on 11 main components of education policy, educational content, infrastructure, educational space, teaching tools, education process, teacher teaching method, culture and society, family and student, management and educational goals. The results showed that teacher teaching method, educational content and management have the greatest impact on educational quality. Finally, solutions were presented to improve the conditions and quality of education according to the experts' opinions and field studies.

This research is motivated by low levels of learning innovation, lack of work motivation, and the suboptimal implementation of teachers' professional duties. These conditions are thought to be related to the suboptimal implementation of transformational leadership by principals. This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership of principals in efforts to improve teacher performance in elementary schools. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design involving principals and teachers. The subjects of this study were principals and elementary school teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then, data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation was carried out through triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that principals implemented three dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation, which were reflected in role models, providing motivation, and encouraging innovation and individual attention. The implementation of this leadership had a positive impact on teacher discipline, creativity in the learning process, and work enthusiasm. Therefore, it was concluded that transformational leadership has an important role in improving teacher performance and the quality of education in elementary schools. The implication is that this research can be a reference for educational policy makers in developing leadership development and training programs in elementary schools.

Within the physical education literature, there remains to be contentions between the effectiveness of sporting- and movement-based approaches. Whilst both have noted strengths and weaknesses, there is little research into whether either is leading to quality physical education in Australian elementary schools. This paper therefore examines two of the common models based approaches to teaching physical education in elementary schools against the five interrelated propositions of the Australian Curriculum to determine if either pedagogical approach is leading to quality physical education. This paper draws on current literature, curriculum frameworks and pedagogical recommendations to determine the value of a models based approaches to physical education in relation to quality. Examinations indicate that both the sports and movement based approaches can address the five key propositions that underpin the Australian Curriculum, however quality is dependent on appropriate implementation by qualified and skilled teachers. Teacher education and pedagogical knowledge is paramount for the implementation of quality physical education. Further investigation and exploratory research is required to determine if the model based approaches are being effectively being introduced by both generalist and specialist health and physical education teachers in elementary school settings.

Some behaviors that deviate from students are already at a very alarming level, bad or deviant behavior from students is very troubling and can change the personality and identity of students, these people are left and difficulties in tackling torture behavior and morals of students will have a negative impact on the environment the student itself. Seeing various behaviors that arise regarding the behavior and morals of students so far, as well as discussing the learning process in schools, as a form of effort to cultivate personality, morality, and knowledge towards students, the roles that are greater than the delivery of education in schools, especially teacher as leader in class, success or failure Character education instilled in students is very dependent on the ability of teachers to manage the learning process in school. For this reason, the researchers wanted to know, study and analyze character education in schools, and also the readiness of teachers for education in schools, which would compare the readiness of teachers in management of education in public schools with special religious schools (Madrasa). The analysis uses inference analysis, namely analysis with simple regression techniques. From this study it was found that management of education has an influence on student morals, and also the ability and morals of students towards student learning in school. Thus, it can be said that the management of character education carried out in schools will be borne and the morals of students, this will be related to student achievement itself.

<p>在2030雙語政策目標與數位科技蓬勃發展的時代，運用數位轉型領導帶來的變革與創新發展，以創造學校在雙語教育上的成效。本研究採質性半結構訪談的方式，來瞭解數位轉型領導在臺中市一所公立小學對於推動雙語教育的影響，研究發現個案學校之具體作為如下：（一）能制定學校雙語教育共同願景，並凝聚推行雙語教育的數位化策略；（二）能運用數位的技術與思維，透過驗證聚焦重要問題專注培育能力，來營造有利的學習環境；（三）以身作則，善用數位轉型領導來釐清並整合學校雙語教育架構及管理組織規模化成長；（四）在分層負責推動雙語教育上，能培養組織成員基本能力與因應變革來建立敏捷式組織；（五）在多層次跨域專業治理下，能達成雙語教育目標以及成效滿意。研究建議教育領導者應發揮影響力，以身作則運用數位轉型推動雙語教育，積極培育相關人才，在推動雙語教育上，才能因應教學現場，啟動領導變革，獲致數位轉型。</p><p>In the era of the 2030 Bilingual Policy and rapid digital technology development, leveraging the transformation and innovation brought by digital transformation leadership can enhance the effectiveness of bilingual education in schools. This study employs a qualitative semi-structured interview method to understand the impact of digital transformation leadership on promoting bilingual education in a public elementary school in Taichung City. The findings reveal the following specific practices of the case school: (1) Establishing a shared vision: the principal effectively set a shared vision for bilingual education, utilizing digital technologies and mindsets to lead its implementation and consolidate digital strategies for promoting bilingual education; (2) Creating a supportive learning environment: by leveraging digital technology and problem-focused validation, the principal fostered an environment conducive to bilingual teaching and learning; (3) Leading by example: the principal demonstrated leadership in clarifying and integrating the school’s bilingual education framework and scaling organizational management, facilitating professional growth in bilingual teaching for current teachers; (4) Fostering organizational agility: through tiered responsibility, the principal cultivated essential skills among organizational members and adapted to changes to establish an agile organization for promoting bilingual education; (5) Achieving goals through cross-domain governance: the principal utilized digital transformation leadership to achieve bilingual education goals and satisfaction through multi-level cross-disciplinary professional governance. Research recommendations that educational leaders should leverage their influence to promote bilingual education through digital transformation. Additionally, actively cultivating relevant talents is essential to respond to teaching challenges, initiate leadership transformation, and achieve successful digital transformation in bilingual education.</p>

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Canva application as a learning medium in science subjects at elementary schools through a literature review method. The data used are secondary data obtained from various journals, scientific articles, and conference proceedings. The analysis of six scientific works indicates that the use of Canva has a positive impact on increasing students' learning motivation, academic performance, and creativity. Canva's features, which allow the creation of interactive learning media such as videos and visualizations of abstract concepts, facilitate educators in delivering material. Additionally, Canva helps enhance students' science literacy by presenting engaging content aligned with 21st-century technological advancements. The platform is also considered practical and user-friendly for teachers, requiring no special design skills. However, some limitations were identified in its application, such as the frequent combination of Canva with other learning media and suboptimal implementation in online learning. In conclusion, Canva is an innovative, effective, and relevant learning tool to improve the quality of science education in elementary schools.

This research is entitled Quality Management of Islamic Education at Athirah Bukit Baruga Islamic High School and Al-Azhar 12 Islamic High School Makassar which aims to (1) Plan Islamic Education Quality Management at Athirah Bukit Baruga Islamic High School and Al-Azhar 12 Islamic High School Makassar (2) Implement Quality Management of Islamic Education at Athirah Bukit Baruga Islamic High School and Al-Azhar 12 Islamic High School Makassar (3) and Evaluating the Quality Management of Islamic Education at Athirah Bukit Baruga Islamic High School and Al-Azhar 12 Islamic High School Makassar. This research is qualitative descriptive research using observation, interview, and documentation methods. While what is used is (juridical, management, phenomenological, and sociological approaches). Selection of research subjects through purposive sampling, namely determining certain people as data sources, namely the head of the madrasah, wakamad, and teachers for each subject. Furthermore, the data obtained is analyzed on an ongoing basis, namely, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Quality Management of Islamic Education at Athirah Bukit Baruga Islamic High School and Al-Azhar 12 Islamic High School Makassar began with quality education planning which had two important meanings, namely program planning and intra and extra activities by the two Athirah Bukit Baruga Islamic High Schools. and SMA Islam Al-Azhar 12 Makassar, program planning must be followed by an implementation which includes five components through student management, curriculum management, management of educators and education staff, management of facilities and infrastructure, cost management. and curriculum management must be directed so that the learning process in the classroom runs smoothly and efficiently so that it can achieve the desired goals. Evaluation of quality education management carried out by the principal of the deputy head of school and education staff, together as a community of educators and implemented into the curriculum through self-development programs (routine school activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary, and conditioning), integration in subjects, and through the school culture.
