Research on the Design of Financial Management System Based on Cloud Platform

Enterprise financial risks are analyzed utilizing the theory of organizational behavior, and a financial risk management system is constructed to improve the design and algorithm of the enterprise risk management system. Base on the CCER (China Center for Economic Research) database, the early warning model for enterprise financial risk management containing five indices is proposed for enterprises. Through Logistic regression analysis, the design principle of the financial risk management system based on AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology is explained. The proposed system innovatively introduces the AI integrated learning method, optimizes objective function through XGBoost (eXtreme Gradient Boosting) algorithm, and trains the model through BP (Backpropagation) NN (Neural Network). Finally, following comparative analysis, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.

The article is devoted to the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on financial management system, efficiency and feasibility of introducing mechanisms, technologies and programs based on artificial intelligence into the work of a financial structure. It describes the essence of artificial intelligence and its features. The article uses the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, observation, measurement, comparison, financial analysis, as well as data processing and interpretation. The relevance and scientific novelty of research consists in the analysis and determination of the relationship between the key performance indicators of financial management and the use of mechanisms, technologies and programs based on artificial intelligence; identification of the degree of influence of technologies based on artificial intelligence on the effectiveness of the financial management system of commercial organizations. A scientific research on the influence of AI on the financial management system in a commercial organization is conducted using the example of PJSC Magnit, the largest retail chain of stores founded in Krasnodar. The data for the study were taken from the official website of the organization and from the financial and non-financial reports and documents provided therein. The degree of digitalization of the company, the systems used based on artificial intelligence are studied, and the work of the company’s financial management system is analyzed. The efficiency of the financial system is studied, the indicators related to the company’s financial management system are analyzed. The relationship between investments in the creation of IT departments, AI systems and their use in the financial system with the company’s financial indicators is revealed. A conclusion is made about the positive impact of the implementation of mechanisms using artificial intelligence in the work of the financial management system to achieve its goals and maintain competitiveness. The measures are suggested for commercial organizations on the methods and forms of the use of artificial intelligence system.

With the rapid development of information technology and network, the modern enterprise management model is also undergoing tremendous changes, companies must adapt to the financial management of network and information technology development.Enterprise financial management system is a financial planning, control, supervise and manage the use of information systems to ensure that the company's good operating and financial standardized management, data analysis and processing it, improve financial management, and provide strong support for enterprise information management leadership and decision-making.

Financial management, as the central link in the enterprise management chain, has emerged as a critical component in achieving the company’s strategic objectives. Businesses are transitioning from a closed to an open and scalable development model to an intensive development model, which is reflected in financial management and necessitates a growth-oriented transformation. Unreliability abounds in today’s globalized environment, from financial management-oriented accounting to efficiency accounting. In addition to general supply and demand unreliability, the high degree of complexity and increased channel unreliability make companies resist the great challenge of financial management systems’ ability to face uncertain events, corporate supply chains become increasingly vulnerable, and unreliability has become a common and indispensable phenomenon in many economic and management decision problems. Due to their high data requirements and dynamic adaptability, Markov models are used as the primary forecasting tool. They do not require a large amount of historical data, but rather a detailed analysis of the recent past. This thesis examines and resolves the issues with the current financial management system through a detailed examination of the enterprise financial management system’s reliability optimization, as well as identifying and supplying the appropriate financial system management tools for the company’s business activities. New business concepts and their advantages to management are introduced. The experimental results show that adding precision constraints to the floating-point calculation problem transforms it into an integer calculation problem, improving reliability by 0.389, demonstrating that the Markov model improves the efficiency of financial resource allocation. At the decision-making level, it provides a management platform and operational tools. As a result, research on this topic will assist businesses in developing a comprehensive business process that meets their needs and adapts to future development needs at a low cost, as well as assisting businesses in communicating with employees, external collaboration, and collaborative business between customers and partners.

The article addresses the relevant scientific and practical issue of developing innovative approaches to forecasting in enterprise financial management in the context of economic digital transformation. The necessity of using intelligent forecasting tools based on modern technologies of artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, and neural networks is substantiated. The main advantages of implementing such tools are identified, including increased accuracy and speed of financial analysis, enhanced adaptability of strategic planning, and reduced subjectivity in decision-making processes. The study systematizes key models of intelligent forecasting: ARIMA, GARCH, LSTM, CNN, decision trees, clustering algorithms, hybrid approaches, and fuzzy logic. Practical examples of their application in financial management are provided, including cash flow forecasting, investment attractiveness evaluation, risk analysis, enterprise development scenario modeling, and fraud detection. It is shown that intelligent technologies play a leading role in building flexible and resilient financial management systems capable of self-learning, self-regulation, and dynamic restructuring under uncertainty. At the same time, the main limitations of implementing intelligent systems in enterprise financial operations are outlined: high requirements for the quality and structure of input data, complexity of interpreting forecast results, shortage of qualified personnel, and the need for significant computational resources. The study emphasizes the importance of developing appropriate digital infrastructure, organizational transformation, and interdisciplinary cooperation for the successful integration of such tools. International experience in the application of intelligent forecasting by leading companies in digital transformation is generalized. A classification of major categories of forecasting tools by functional purpose is proposed, and practical recommendations for their adaptation to the Ukrainian context are developed. The results obtained can be used as an analytical and methodological basis for modernizing enterprise financial management systems under the new economic reality.

The majority of traditional finance management in colleges and universities is manual. This backward management mode brings a lot of inconvenience to financial processing. An essential concern in the daily financial administration of colleges and universities is how to efficiently gather, handle, and evaluate this important financial information and apply this beneficial knowledge to the daily management of colleges and universities. College and university finance administration has become increasingly complex due to the rapid growth of these institutions. The standard financial accounting management system is far from adequate for the daily needs of colleges and universities as their size grows. As a result, a new financial accounting management system for universities is being developed based on the combination of big data and blockchain data. The embedded processor, DDR2 memory chip, network interface, and USB interface are all designed by the hardware section. The software element examines the needs of university financial accounting management before designing a model based on big data and blockchain integration for university financial accounting management. Finally, the financial accounting management function module and database are designed and tested. The experimental results show that the designed financial accounting management system can effectively carry out financial management, has good performance, and has certain application value.

The use of traditional financial statements and historical experience by enterprise managers cannot meet the needs of informationization in university financial management. Based on the research and analysis of enterprise financial data, and integrated with data mining technology this article designs a decision tree model based enterprise financial management and decision-making system. In the intelligent decision-making system, certain optimization improvements are proposed for the continuous attribute discretization method in C4.5 algorithm, adjusting the range of attribute metric information gain rate. Then, using the mean value theorem and Maclaurin approximation, the modified information gain rate equation is logarithmically simplified, and a improved decision tree model is constructed to achieve financial management and decision-making in universities. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution are verified through the specific implementation and testing process of the system. The experimental results also indicate that the improved C4.5 decision tree greatly improves execution efficiency and reduces demand space compared to traditional classification algorithms, and it also has high comprehensive performance.

In the current context of rapid development of digital economy, enterprise financial management is facing increasingly complex internal and external environments, and the traditional financial management model has been difficult to meet the needs of intelligence, refinement and efficiency. This paper analyzes the status quo and development trend of enterprise financial informatization construction, and clarifies the important role of informatization in improving the efficiency of financial management; from the three dimensions of data-driven decision-making support, financial process optimization based on artificial intelligence, and the deep integration of informatization and intelligence, it discusses the key elements of the optimization of the intelligent financial management system and the path of achieving it; finally, it evaluates the effect of optimized intelligent financial management system through a typical case, and verifies that it can meet the demand of intelligent financial management and improve its efficiency. Finally, the optimized intelligent financial management system is evaluated through typical cases to verify its significant role in improving management efficiency, reducing operating costs and enhancing decision-making science. The study shows that promoting the organic combination of informationization construction and intelligent management can not only improve the overall level of enterprise financial management, but also provide an important guarantee for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.

In the current enterprise competition, the core of the management information system is the financial management information system. Building a more comprehensive and efficient financial management information system can effectively establish a more efficient innovative enterprise and promote the transformation and development of the enterprise. This paper first designs a set of financial management system templates, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Second, according to the characteristics of wireless sensor network technology, this paper proposes a financial management system based on the wireless sensor network and designs a load balancing topology control algorithm (LHTCA algorithm), which balances the energy consumption of network nodes and helps to improve the network life cycle. Finally, the management system is tested and validated. The test results show that the financial management system can realize the electronicization of financial data and paperless vouchers, improve the efficiency of financial work, and promote the sharing and integration of resources.

The methodological and practical recommendations for applying a conceptual approach to forming an effective mechanism for managing financial security at business enterprises under conditions of economic recovery are substantiated. Despite the existence of some proposals for forming effective mechanisms for managing financial security at the level of market participants, the practice of implementing and arranging their components by stages and distribution by functional performers is a matter of active discussion in academic circles. The ontological content of the scientific category “financial security of enterprise” at the macro and micro levels is generalized. The author focuses on the need to consider the enterprise's financial security as an integral management system with an internal structure, elemental composition and feedback components. The components of the enterprise financial security management system are specified. The author's own interpretation of the essence of the concept of “enterprise's financial security management mechanism” as a set of tools and levers of influence on managerial decision-making in the field of ensuring an appropriate level of protection of vital financial interests of a market entity from challenges and threats of the external environment is proposed. The stages of forming a financial security mechanism at business enterprises are recommended, including: analysis of the enterprise's current status, development of a strategy to overcome the identified risks, implementing measures, monitoring and evaluating the implemented measures. At the conceptual level, the author's version of the mechanism for managing financial security of the business enterprise with the appropriate support tools (financial instruments, financial levers, financial methods and indicators, information and analytical subsystem) and four key components (organizational, methodological, technological and financial) is proposed. Promising directions for improving the organizational support of the financial security management mechanism at business enterprises with the assignment of responsible managers and specification of the timeframe for implementing measures are identified. The expediency of distributing responsibility among the specialists for the financial subsystem at business enterprises is substantiated.

Improving Financial Management System for Multi-business Companies

The article analyzes the supervision of areas of improvement of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. It is noted that the study of the development prospects of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine lays the Foundation for the modernization of the financial authority in accordance with current trends in the development of society and the state. The attention is focused on the fact that the reform of the system of financial management in Ukraine is a nervous process, which continues today. It is investigated that the system of financial management bodies in Ukraine requires further improvement. It is noted that the creation of a unified financial management system will ensure the effectiveness of not only the financial policy of the state, but also will contribute to the effective development of the economy of the country and its regions. The main directions of improvement of activity of the Ministry of Finance in Ukraine are investigated and ways of their overcoming are entered. It is noted that the financial system is a complex mechanism, the effectiveness of which depends on the proper legal regulation and the existence of a coherent organizational framework for the management of the financial system of Ukraine. When opening up the prospects of development of the Ministry of Population of Ukraine, consider that the stationary location is effective, possibly its economic development and public well-being. There is no need to ever persuade. It has become clear both the overwhelming results for all, political and public figures, and the broader version. If you have a three-year duration, you do not have any strength, then continue the degradation of industrial relations, social consciousness, and the following is uncertain. Finding out the interesting part, we are, as a consequence, the black outbursts of crisis that are important to people's well-being. The issues of process approach implementation in enterprise financial flows management system have been highlighted. The stages of financial flows management within the framework of business processes model have been defined. The advantages of the balanced scorecard have been revealed. The approach to financial flows management based on business process models and their optimization methods has been proposed. The approach to enterprise process management is based on the Deming-Shewhart cycle. The strategic map has been considered as tools for process management and metrics control. The composition of balanced scorecard has been proposed, reflecting the dependence of profit, accounts receivable, and equity turnover rate on the key indicators of cost, fragmentation. and time of fulfilling tasks of the AS-IS and TO-BE business process models. The cause-and-effect relationships between the business processes tasks and a company’s financial performance have been considered. The paper presents the results of the analysis and visualization of the dynamics of change in indicators depending on business process model transformation. In order to reduce risks and increase the efficiency of implementing process optimization results, a number of simulation experiments have been conducted for a company actively developing online sales channels. Practical recommendations have been developed and changes in the key business process management system justified. The system effect from simulation modeling results implementation has been obtained.

In order to improve the effect of modern enterprise financial management, this paper improves the mobile cloud computing resource scheduling algorithm under the 5G network architecture. Moreover, this paper introduces mobile edge cloud computing, MEC server, into the financial 5G network system model. Taking into account the possible multihop RSU transmission of the calculation result back, this paper expresses the delay composition of the calculation task on the local execution and offloading to the MEC server in the form of a formula and proposes an offloading strategy based on the MEC load status. On this basis, this paper constructs a mobile cloud computing optimization system under the 5G network architecture and designs experiments to evaluate the performance of the system proposed in this paper. From the experimental research, we can see that the enterprise financial management optimization system based on mobile cloud computing under the 5G network architecture proposed in this paper has good effects in the optimization of corporate financial management.

The article reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation, evaluation, and management of non-current assets of an enterprise in modern economic conditions. It is substantiated that the effective functioning of economic entities directly depends on the availability, structure, and level of use of non-current assets, which form the production potential of an enterprise and affect its financial results, competitiveness, and market value. Scientific approaches to interpreting the essence of non-current assets are summarized, their key characteristics are highlighted, and their role in ensuring the stability of financial and economic activities is determined. The paper systematizes the main functions of non-current assets in the process of production, sales, and enterprise management, and reveals their importance as a source of cash flow and financial stability. Considerable attention is paid to the policy of managing non-current assets, defining its purpose, objectives, and place in the enterprise's financial management system. The classification of non-current asset management tasks is presented and the stages of this process are described, taking into account the strategic and tactical goals of enterprise development. Methodological approaches to determining the enterprise's need for fixed assets are studied, in particular, direct and indirect calculation methods, as well as the peculiarities of planning the volume of production equipment, machinery, structures, and means of managing operational activities. Indicators for assessing the availability, condition, and efficiency of fixed assets are systematized, allowing for a comprehensive assessment of their level of involvement in the economic process. Particular attention is paid to the processes of reproduction and renewal of fixed assets, the essence of simple and expanded reproduction is revealed, as well as the role of depreciation as the main instrument for financing long-term assets. Methods for calculating depreciation in accordance with national accounting regulations (standards) and the requirements of Ukrainian tax legislation have been summarized. The principles of financing non-current assets have been substantiated, in particular, ensuring an optimal volume of financial resources, a rational balance of capital sources, minimizing the cost of borrowed funds, and increasing the efficiency of their use. It is concluded that the formation of an effective system of non-current asset management is a necessary condition for improving the efficiency of an enterprise's economic activity, ensuring its financial stability, and implementing a long-term development strategy in a dynamic external environment.
