Artykuł koncentruje się na zarządzaniu bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy (BHP) w przedsięwzięciach budowlanych, szczególnie z perspektywy inwestora publicznego. Kluczowym zagadnieniem jest analiza ryzyka, która stanowi podstawę skutecznej kontroli zarządczej i pozwala na identyfikację zagrożeń jeszcze na etapie planowania inwestycji. Omówiono organizacyjne i nadzorcze mechanizmy zarządzania ryzykiem, w tym wymogi BHP w dokumentacji przetargowej, system raportowania zagrożeń oraz obowiązek weryfikacji kwalifikacji wykonawców. Podkreślono znaczenie regularnych audytów i monitorowania przestrzegania norm BHP przez wykonawców i podwykonawców. Przedstawiono również mechanizmy reaktywne, czyli procedury postępowania w przypadku naruszeń przepisów BHP. W artykule poruszono także długofalowe strategie inwestora publicznego, które obejmują analizę trendów wypadkowości, doskonalenie systemu kontroli zarządczej oraz promowanie firm przestrzegających zasad bezpieczeństwa.

Este artigo aplica a lógica fuzzy na avaliação dos indicadores de desempenho ambiental relacionados à gestão da água em projetos de construção sustentável. A metodologia envolve a definição de variáveis linguísticas para cada indicador, a construção dos conjuntos fuzzy e aplicação da lógica fuzzy para avaliar e tomar decisões com base nesses indicadores. Resultados mostram que a abordagem fuzzy permite lidar com a incerteza e subjetividade na avaliação dos indicadores ambientais. A fuzzyficação e inferência fuzzy possibilitaram avaliar o nível de realização de cada indicador de desempenho na gestão da água, considerando diferentes níveis de eficiência e medidas sustentáveis. A defuzzyficação dos resultados gerou valores numéricos úteis para a tomada de decisões e a comparação com outros métodos de avaliação. A justificativa para o estudo é a necessidade de abordagens mais flexíveis e abrangentes na avaliação do desempenho ambiental em construção sustentável, devido à complexidade e subjetividade dos aspectos ambientais. A lógica fuzzy oferece visão mais completa e precisa da gestão da água, identificando áreas de melhoria e orientando práticas mais sustentáveis. As conclusões destacam a eficácia da abordagem fuzzy na avaliação dos indicadores ambientais na gestão da água em projetos de construção sustentável. Lógica fuzzy proporciona flexibilidade e capacidade de representação dos diferentes níveis de realização, tornando-se uma ferramenta valiosa para a tomada de decisões e monitoramento ambiental contínuo. Este estudo evidencia a importância e os benefícios da lógica na avaliação de indicadores ambientais, mostrando sua aplicabilidade e relevância para a melhoria contínua da sustentabilidade em projetos de construção.

Walk Under the Midnight Sun is a large-scale carpet installation originally designed for the Hungarian Pavilion of the 2023 Venetian Architecture Biennale, part of an exhibition proposal by Fuzzy Earth design studio and BÜRO imaginaire curator collective. The project invites the public to explore the entangled historical, social and architectural relationships within greenhouse cultivation practices. The protagonist of the installation is a regionally unique capsicum cultivar, the Hungarian wax pepper, known in Hungary as the Cecei paprika. The themes of the exhibition were inspired by Fuzzy Earth’s ‘Not Quite a California Wonder’ research project.

The article notes that the current resource-industrial path of Russia is being brought is being brought to an end; its future depends on scientific and technical ideas and developments, creative educated people, modern infrastructure and high technologies and innovations. The country is to carry out modernization, structural and personnel changes. With innovative development, the country will achieve leadership. In the context of globalization, the difficulty of the problem is connected not only with its nonlinearity but with the issues of the integrity of the national economy and the state as well. These problems are considered in the article from the standpoint of modern theories; an analysis of the methods of forecasting, modeling and system analysis used in managing the country's economic development is carried out.

We define a constructive non-additive set function as a generalization of a constructively k-additive set function ( $$k\in \mathbb {N}$$ ). First, we prove that a distortion measure is a constructive set function if the distortion function is analytic. A signed measure on the extraction space represents a constructive set function. This space is the family of all finite subsets of the original space. In the case where the support of the measure is included in the subfamily whose element’s cardinality is not more than k, the corresponding set function is constructively k-additive ( $$k\in \mathbb {N}$$ ). For a general constructive set function $$\mu $$ , we define the k-dimensional element of $$\mu $$ , which is a set function, by restricting the corresponding measure on the extraction space to the above subfamily. We extract this k-dimensional element by using the generalized Möbius transform under the condition that $$\sigma $$ -algebra is countably generated,

Under addressing global competition, manufacturing companies strive to produce better and cheaper products more quickly. For a complex production system, the design problem is intrinsically a daunting optimization task often involving multiple disciplines, nonlinear mathematical model, and computation-intensive processes during manufacturing process. Here is a reason to develop a high performance algorithm for finding an optimal solution to the engineering design and/or optimization problems. In this paper, a hybrid metaheuristic approach is proposed for solving engineering optimization problems. A genetic algorithm (GA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), and teaching and learning-based optimization (TLBO), called the GA-PSO-TLBO approach, is used and demonstrated for the proposed hybrid metaheuristic approach. Since each approach has its strengths and weaknesses, the GA-PSO-TLBO approach provides an optimal strategy that maintains the strengths as well as mitigates the weaknesses, as needed. The performance of the GA-PSO-TLBO approach is compared with those of conventional approaches such as single metaheuristic approaches (GA, PSO and TLBO) and hybrid metaheuristic approaches (GA-PSO and GA-TLBO) using various types of engineering optimization problems. An additional analysis for reinforcing the performance of the GA-PSO-TLBO approach was also carried out. Experimental results proved that the GA-PSO-TLBO approach outperforms conventional competing approaches and demonstrates high flexibility and efficiency.
