2021 Asia-Pacific Conference on Image Processing, Electronics and Computers (IPEC 2021) was taken place on 14-16 April, 2021 via online platform due to the pandemic of COVID-19. In light of the prevention and control of COVID-19 and travel restrictions worldwide, the organizer could not hold the conference physically, that’s why we have to adjust the format to online meeting to avoid personnel gatherings, so that the conference could go ahead as scheduled.IPEC 2021 provided an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of image processing, electronics and computers. Original papers are invited on image processing, computer vision, image scanning, display and printing, pattern recognition, electrical engineering, electronic technology, signals and systems, information system, power systems, automatic control, computer science, emerging technologies in digital signal processing, information coding theory, database and information retrieval, Information Science. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field. Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the related areas.During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-40 minutes to hold their speeches.The proceedings is a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. The 2022 2nd International Conference on Mechanical Automation and Electronic Information Engineering (MAEIE 2022) was successfully held on September 23rd-25th, 2022 in Guizhou, China via virtual format. MAEIE 2022 expanded channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, promoted scientific innovation on the global scale, and strengthen academic cooperation between China and the outside world.In the conference, we were greatly honored to have Prof. Ning Sun from Nankai University, China to serve as our Conference General Chair. 150 individuals around the world took part in the conference. Divided into three parts, the conference agenda covered keynote speeches, oral presentations and online Q&A discussion. Firstly, the keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to address their speeches. Then in the oral presentations, the excellent papers we had selected were presented by their authors one by one.Three distinguished professors were invited to hold keynote speeches during the conference. Among them, Prof. Guanglei Wu from Dalian University of Technology addressed a speech on Path Planning of Industrial Robots for Obstacle Avoidance. In this presentation, the path planning for robotic manipulators was introduced, and by combining artificial potential field method and bidirectional rapidly exploring random tree, a BiRRT-APF algorithm was proposed, aiming to handle the problems of highly possible randomness and low search efficiency. Additionally, Prof. Imane Hilal from Faculty of Information Sciences, Morocco addressed a report on Researches on Artificial Intelligence for a Distant Social Learning: Do intelligent Technologies Beat Face-to-Face Learning? The main objective of this study was to present recent research works which focused on the use of AI technics in social distance learning. Then, he discussed the possibility of replacing teachers with technology as already done in many other jobs and concluded with the open challenges in the current distance learning and how AI could make learning more effective and joyful for both students and teachers. Their brilliant keynote speeches had triggered heated discussion in the conference. And every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge.We are glad to share with you that we’ve selected a bunch of high-quality papers from the submissions and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorously reviewing them. He had outstanding research in intelligent photonics, optical communications and networking, optical interconnect, detection, imaging and display technology, integrated photonics, free-space and fiber optics and other related area. Prof. Xiaoming Zhang, our finale keynote speaker, from Hebei University of Technology. His research area: Topological theory; Electronic materials; 2D materials.The participants of the conference were from most part of the world, with background of either academia or industry, even well-known enterprise. The success and prosperity of the conference is reflected high level of the papers received. The 2nd International Conference on Computers, Remote Sensing and Aerospace (CRSA 2022) was successfully held in Nagoya, Japan, on August 26-28, 2022. Due to the impact of COVID-19, it was changed to be held online. The conference mainly focused on the latest researches on Computer, Remote Sensing and Aerospace, gathering experts, scholars, and researchers in these fields from all over the world to share research achievements, explore hot issues, and exchange experience and new ideas.In the conference, we were greatly honored to have both Prof. Yanguo Jing from Coventry University, UK and Prof. Jiang Zhu from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan to serve as our Conference Chairs. 100 scholars around the world took part in the conference. In the speech, Yanguo shared his own journey of use artificial intelligence and machine learning to monitor sports performance, and evaluated their effectiveness in assessing energy expenditure during sport exercise. What’s more, Assoc. Prof. Thippa Reddy Gadekallu from Vellore Institute of Technology, India addressed a speech: Federated Learning for Healthcare. He introduced the applications of FL for healthcare informatics, the need for FL in healthcare domain, the fundamentals of FL, and the major motivations behind FL for healthcare applications, etc. And some lessons learnt, challenges, as well as future directions were highlighted. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion. And every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge.We are glad to share with you that we received lots of submissions from the conference and we selected a bunch of high-quality papers and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorously reviewing them. We were glad to introduce you that the 2020 International Seminar on Artificial Intelligence, Networking and Information Technology (AINIT 2020), hosted by AEIC Academic Exchange Information, Centre, was successfully held on September 18-20, 2020. In light of worldwide travel restriction and the impact of COVID-19, AINIT 2020 was carried out in the form of virtual conference to avoid personnel gatherings. Because most participants were still highly enthusiastic about participating in this conference, we chose to carry out AINIT 2020 via online platform according to the original schedule instead of postponing it. AINIT 2020 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of artificial intelligence, networking and information technology to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in artificial intelligence, networking and informational technology, another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences.We were greatly honored to have invited Prof. Junhao Chu to serve as our Conference Chairman. In order to meet the health and safety needs of our attendees and staff, 2022 2nd International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Information Engineering (ECIE 2022) which was scheduled to be held in Xiamen, China was held virtually online during 7th to 9th, January, 2022. Last but not least, Prof. Zhigeng Pan from Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, China shared with us his research: Application of VR/AR and AI to Education in Metaverse, in which he briefly introduced VR/AR/Human-Computer Interaction technologies in the metaverse and discussed the application of these technologies in smart education. Their dramatic keynote speeches had triggered heated discussion. In this report, a series of elastic metamaterials and metasurfaces used for broadband vibration-suppression and extraordinary wavefront manipulation were introduced, a variety of novel elastic-wave manipulations were realized, and the proposed designs paved feasible ways for noise and vibration control in elastodynamics. Additionally, Prof. Ian R McAndrew from Capitol Technology University, USA gave a report on Cybersecurity Issues in the Aerospace Industry. He presented to us the findings from several aligned research projects that focused on the cyber issues, challenges and risks involved at present and in the future. The subjects of safety and risk were presented with unique findings and recommendations on what was the need to prioritize. The wonderful and dramatic speeches of each keynote speaker had triggered heated discussion. This annual scientific event brought together guests and participants from Russia and different foreign countries providing them with a platform to discuss the following topics: Energy Management Systems in Construction, Construction Materials, Building Physics, Physics in Technology, Thermal Physics, Climate and Geophysics, Statistical Methods in Experimental Physics, Applied Mechanics, Transportation Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Technology, Telecommunications and Data Transmission. The objective of the conference was to exchange the latest scientific achievements, strengthen academic relations between scientists of different countries, create favorable conditions for collaborative researches and implement collaborative projects. Young scientists, doctoral and post-graduate students got an opportunity to share their scientific and practical work related to the field of new energy technologies. During the event, the newest equipment was demonstrated and the latest technologies of thermal protection of buildings were shared. Over than 500 papers were submitted for the conference. All papers passed strict scientific and technical review. Finally, 112 papers were accepted for publication in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS). Within the framework of technical review all papers were thoroughly checked for the following attributes: compliance with the subject of the conference; plagiarism (acceptable minimum of originality was 90%); acceptable English language. At the same time, papers were checked by a technical proofreader (for the quality of images, absence of Cyrillic, etc.). It was a great pleasure to welcome all the participants from different countries to the 2021 6th International Symposium on Advances in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (ISAEECE 2021) in Nanjing, China during March 12-14, 2021. ISAEECE 2021 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of electrical, electronics and computer engineering to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in electrical, electronics and computer engineering and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in electrical, electronics and computer engineering and related areas.The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. In this conference, we were greatly honor to have invited four outstanding researchers to serve as our Conference Chairman.During the conference, we invited three industry elites to present their insightful speeches. The first keynote speaker, Dr. Sunil Kumar Jha, from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China. He presented a speech: Data Fusion Approaches in Human Body Odor Data Mining. The objective of the present research talk is to introduce audience about the data fusion and human body odor and to demonstrate research results related to search for an optimal subset of VOCs in body odor, which can produce differentiation in an individual by using the combination of analytical methods and chemometric analysis. The second keynote speaker, Prof. Chunbo Xiu, from Tiangong University, China. He shared a speech on his specialty related to Memristive Cellular Neural Network & Its Dynamic Characteristic Analysis. He demonstrated that chaotic memristive CNN system can be used in the secure communication by the chaos synchronization based on sliding mode control. Assoc. Prof. Pavel Loskot, from Zhejiang University-University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Institute (ZJUI), our third keynote speakers. He presented a speech: Monte Carlo Simulations Revisited. Their insightful speeches made every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful knowledge.We were glad to share with you that we received lots of submissions from the conference and we selected a bunch of high-quality papers and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorously reviewed them. These papers feature following topics but are not limited to: Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and other related topics. In this talk, the energy market rules which provides opportunities for VPP development were presented, together with methodologies on smart energy management for VPP applications. Prof. Juan Yu from Chongqing University, China, talked about Data-driven Methods for Operational Reliability Assessment of Power Systems Integrated with High-penetration Renewables. Her speech focusing on the computational efficiency of the operational reliability assessment in power systems that contain high penetration renewables, this presentation lays a theoretical foundation to support practical applications of an online high-accuracy operational reliability assessment. Prof. Alberto Borghetti, University of Bologna, Italy, shared a speech on his specialty related to Scheduling problems in local energy communities. This presentation is aimed to describe some models that could be useful for the operation of energy communities and distribution networks where trading between neighbors becomes significant. A/Prof. Farhad Shahnia, Murdoch University, Australia, made an insightful speech on Recent and Future Research on Microgrid Clusters. This talk briefly introduced the progress of research in this field around the world and Australia, and also discussed some of the technical challenges associated with interconnection of neighbouring microgrids as a key step to improve their survivability in the course of unexpected imbalances between the demand and the available generation from intermittent renewable resources. Prof. Xinyu Chen, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, delivered a speech: Towards Higher Penetration of Renewable Challenge and Opportunities. This talk focused on deepen the understanding of how the environmental regulations and low carbon polices influence the operation, planning and markets for power systems in different counties. As the last keynote speaker, Prof. Shouxiang Wang from Tianjin University, China. His research area: microgrid, smart distribution system, uncertainty analysis of power system.We are glad to share with you that we received lots of submissions from the conference and we selected a bunch of high-quality papers and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorously reviewed them. We are glad to introduce you that the 2022 International Conference on Semiconductors, Electromagnetics and Condensed Matter Physics (SECMP 2022) was successfully held from February 25-27, 2022. Considering worldwide travel restriction and the impact of COVID-19, SECMP 2022 was carried out in the form of virtual conference to avoid personnel gatherings. Because most participants were still highly enthusiastic about participating in this conference, we chose to carry out SECMP 2022 via online platform according to the original schedule instead of postponing it.SECMP 2022 is organized by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center. His research interest focuses on the investigation of the electronic structures and novel properties of quantum materials using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), including the topological quantum materials, strongly correlated materials, low-dimensional materials, and advanced functional materials. Our third keynote speaker, Prof. Ming Yan, from Shanghai university, China. Prof. Bin Zhu, our finale keynote speaker, from Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Solar Energy Science and Technology/Energy Storage Joint Research Center, Southeast University, China/Loughborough University, UK, performed a speech: Semiconductor-based superionic conductors for new generation fuel cell applications. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion in the third session of the conference. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge.The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. Prof. Abdul Hasib Chowdhury, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladeshi. His research interests include power system planning, stability, reliability analysis, contingency and security analysis, vulnerability analysis, power quality analysis etc. Lastly, we were glad to invite Rafiziana Md.Kasmani, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia. Her research passions are focused on fire engineering, gas and dust explosion, and fire and explosion modelling. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion in the third session of the conference. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge.The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference.
