Research on the Gray Hierarchy Evaluation Model Based on Multimedia System and English Teaching Evaluation

The traditional English teaching system has certain problems in the acquisition of teaching resources and the innovation of teaching models. In order to improve the effect of subsequent English online teaching, this paper improves the machine learning algorithm to make it a core algorithm that can be used by artificial intelligence systems. Moreover, this paper combines the WBIETS system to expand the system function, analyzes the needs of the English network teaching system, and constructs the system function modules and logical structure. The data layer, logic layer, and presentation layer in the system constructed in this paper are independent of each other and can be effectively expanded when subsequent requirements change. In addition, this paper solves the problem of acquiring English teaching resources through the WBIETS system. To evaluate the performance of the English network teaching system, this paper performs comprehensive mathematical and experimental analysis. The experimental results show that the system constructed in this paper basically meets the actual teaching requirements.

For 32 years, NOSSDAV has proven to be an outstanding forum for researchers and practitioners involved in building innovative multimedia systems, networks, and applications. NOSSDAV'22 continues to focus on established and emerging research topics, high-risk high-return ideas and proposals, and future research directions in multimedia networking and systems, in a singletrack format. Despite another wave of the COVID Omicron variant, we received 38 high-quality submissions this year. The submissions cover a variety of emerging topics, including deep learning for multimedia systems, virtual reality, immersive systems, metaverse computing, video analytics systems, video coding and streaming, multimedia security and privacy, gaming, multimedia networking, quality of experience, and machine learning.

To improve the effect of college English teaching, combines multi-source data (MSD) fusion technology to build a college English blended teaching system. Moreover, through the research on the functions of smarter classrooms and the analysis and exploration of blended teaching, this paper designs a college English blended teaching system based on MSD fusion. In addition, this paper analyzes the bandwidth-tunable optical routing module of the interference-coupled series double-ring involved in multi-data fusion. Finally, this paper studies the working principle and structural design of the module, and constructs a college English blended teaching system structure based on MSD fusion. From the evaluation results, it can be seen that the college English blended teaching system based on MSD fusion proposed in this paper can effectively improve the quality of English teaching.

To mobilize students' interest and enthusiasm for learning, this paper explores the application of the combination of computer multimedia technology and network technology in college English teaching. Based on the relevant theoretical basis and specific content of English teaching, it analyzes the current situation of college English teaching from three aspects, including English teaching goals, teaching methods, and teaching effects. The application of the network teaching platform based on information technology in college English teaching is discussed. Also, the relevant data of the results obtained after the implementation of the network platform are listed. The research results show that teachers and students should make good use of the advantages of information technology teaching, develop strengths and avoid weaknesses. The means can enrich the learning approach, innovate teaching methods and optimize the English teaching environment, thereby improving the quality of English teaching. Human-autonomous has begun to develop into complex system control and advanced intelligent control, and is widely applied to various fields such as national defense, scientific research and economics. The design scheme of an English network teaching system based on artificial intelligence and WBIETS system is proposed in this paper. The transmission and real-time scheduling of English network teaching resources is realized through network supporting layer. The fuzzy clustering algorithm is used for English teaching resource scheduling. In the process of information retrieval, the MAC link reconfiguration model is used for information fusion. The artificial intelligence algorithm is used in the cloud computing environment to carry out the adaptive retrieval and fuzzy control of the English network teaching resources information, and the optimization design of the resource scheduling algorithm is realized. The ActiveX component object model is used to allocate and optimize English network teaching resources, and complete the software development and design of the system. Test results show that the design of the English network teaching system with the proposed method is good for the real-time performance of the English teaching resource scheduling, the resource clustering and distribution ability is strong, the output error rate is reduced, and the artificial intelligence configuration ability of English network teaching is improved.

Increasing cross-border interconnectedness continuously shapes perceptions and ideologies of the English language. This qualitative research explores the complex tensions between local ideologies and globalisation influences on English teaching practices in South Korea from the perspective of bilingual English-speaking Koreans. Findings highlight that English serves as crucial cultural capital, influencing social mobility, but the prevailing prestige ideology often leads to an instrumental approach to learning that may hinder effective communicative competence. There is a noticeable tension between the narrow focus on English for competitive advantage and the broader global perspectives of younger Koreans. Although the current English Language Teaching (ELT) system emphasises local competitiveness, students’ increasing exposure to transnational influences necessitates a shift in teaching strategies. To better reflect the realities of a multicultural society, this study suggests adapting ELT practices to focus more on identity negotiation and less on rigid linguistic structures, considering the diverse experiences within contemporary Korean society.

Teaching and teaching evaluation are inextricably linked and the scientific system of teaching evaluation can evaluate students' English ability and teachers' teaching quality so as to provide scientific guidance for improving teaching quality. Nowadays, the English teaching evaluation system is not comprehensive enough in most vocational colleges, which can not fully reflect the students' English ability and teachers' teaching effect. In order to better improve students’ English performance and adapt to the progress in the age of science and technology faster, the author proposes an online English teaching system method based on Internet of Things technology. The author studies the English SPOC teaching mode and constructs a multimedia teaching system based on the Internet of Things technology, improve the teaching system, and improve and learn the teaching mode, to achieve the improvement of the quality of English teaching. Experimental results show that under the author’s method, students’ scores on both the written and oral exams are about 10 points higher than those in the traditional teaching method. Conclusion. The online English teaching system based on Internet of Things technology can effectively improve students’ English performance and allow students to better control their own progress.

Teaching evaluation plays a key role for universities to improve its teaching quality and becomes a hotspot research field for related researchers. The paper takes university English teaching for example and presents a new model for evaluating English course teaching based on improved BP neural network. Firstly an evaluation indicator system of university English teaching is designed through analyzing the aspects of teaching effects and teacher factors and student factors. Secondly, BP Neural network is improved by improving its Non-monotone linear search and adaptive step change to overcome its shortages of low convergence in calculation. Thirdly data from of some universities are taken for examples to verify the validity and feasibility of the model and the experimental results show that the model can evaluate university English teaching practically and can help university and English teachers take corresponding concrete measures to enhance its education performance. This paper attempts to build a web-based English teaching platform that improves students’ efficiency in English learning. After reviewing the current theories on teaching platforms, the author combined online education technology and the Licensure and Master’s Program (LAMP) technology into a mixed teaching mode, which inherits the advantages of traditional teaching and network technologies. In addition, an English teaching platform was designed for the instruction and exercises for English courses. The platform is operated jointly by students, teachers and administrators. The research shows that the English teaching system, through the integration between information technology and LAMP, could be turned into a resource module to be used as a plug-in for online education; the proposed English teaching platform is a new-generation system for the teaching and learning of English reading, grammar, speaking and listening. The proposed platform greatly improves the teaching methods and the learning efficiency, laying a theoretical basis for the construction of the new teaching system platform.

In view of the present situations that the traditional college English teaching is mainly based on teachers' teaching, students are in a passive learning state, the classroom atmosphere is boring and students' positive initiative can't play, this paper researches collaboration interactive teaching mode based on multimedia network technology. Based on the advantages of multimedia network English teaching mode, the multimedia network English teaching platform is constructed, college English collaborative interactive teaching strategies are put forward. Specific strategies include: find the best combining point of multimedia and teaching materials, exert students' subjectivity, combine with conventional teaching methods, create appropriate interactive environment and change teachers' role and so on. The research results of this paper have important significance in promoting college English teaching reform and improving the quality of English teaching and so on.
