Great progress has been made in mass sports and national fitness in China, leading to an increasing demand for innovative talents majoring in physical education.Curriculum reform is crucial for implementing innovative education.Curriculum is the heart of education, and curriculum reform is the core of education reform.This research, based on data mining technology, utilizes methods such as literature review, questionnaire surveys, mathematical analysis, and logical analysis.Through research, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) The innovative ability of students majoring in physical education should include both innovative thinking ability and innovative practice ability.Innovative thinking ability comprises general innovative thinking ability and special innovative thinking ability.(2) The constituent elements of the innovative ability of physical education (PE) majors mainly include five primary indicators (innovative thinking, innovative thinking ability, innovative learning ability, innovative intelligence ability, and innovative practical activity ability) and eight secondary indicators.The extraction of the firstlevel indicators is closely related to the characteristics of PE majors and the connotation and essence of innovative ability.(3) Subjective factors that affect the innovation ability of students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities mainly include innovative consciousness, creative thinking, ideological concepts, innovative motivation, students' quality, and students' knowledge.Objective factors include teaching content, school attention, innovation environment, teaching evaluation, teaching environment, and incentive mechanism.

With the progress of the times and the development of society, big data technology has initially covered all areas of society, which has brought great help to people's lives and enterprise innovation. In the era of big data, computer technology is one of the simplest, most widely used and most frequently used technologies. With the improvement of people's quality of life and aesthetic standards, traditional image design and visual communication can no longer meet people's aesthetic standards. The advent of the big data era has brought about subversive changes in many fields. With the tide of the big data era, how visual communication design can more accurately and intuitively convey the information content to be expressed and can stand out among many visual communication media is the concern of every designer. With the rapid development of digital media technology, digital media context emerges as the times require. Visual communication design also presents language features, aesthetic features and communication features, which have a great impact on visual communication design to a certain extent. However, based on the analysis of the actual situation, visual communication design is still in the situation of challenges and opportunities. Based on this, this paper studies the multiple characteristics of visual communication design in digital media environment. This paper expounds the main characteristics of visual communication design, and analyzes the changes of visual communication design performance in the digital media era. It also discusses the influence of digital media era on visual communication design from three dimensions: changing the form of information dissemination, promoting the development of multidimensional design and realizing virtual design. Finally, the paper compares the visual communication design based on digital media environment with the traditional visual communication design method, aiming to provide reference for the digital development of visual communication design. Research shows that visual communication design can reflect the characteristics of digital media era, break through the limitations of time and space, and bring more aesthetic experience to people. It is worth noting that on the basis of the visual impact brought by digital media technology, it is necessary to alleviate the contradiction between the progress of the times and the development of visual communication design.

Aims To enhance the teaching quality in the field of visual communication design and make students to improve in all aspects of moral, intellectual and physical development, strengthen their ideological education, improve their ideological quality and strengthen their understanding of visual communication design art. Methods By using mathematical methods to construct models, and making appropriate selection of the literature method, practical teaching method and investigation method, the author made a comprehensive study on the artistic problems in art teaching from the aspects of definition, function, characteristics and students’ ideological quality, and discusses potential solutions. Results It had a positive effect on teachers and on their teaching methods, so that they have a better understanding of their teaching work, to motivate themselves towards their goals, make the classroom teaching vivid and improve the teaching efficiency. Conclusion The art of teaching visual communication has a close relationship with the strength and quality of people's thoughts; so, we must strengthen the artistic quality of visual communication design education, to improve students’ ideological quality and the art of teaching visual communication design. In our model, the motivation of teachers to create and sustain interest in students studying visual communication design is stronger when the imagination of ideological content is broad, and when the artistry is positive for right triangle and thoughtful for backward right triangle. The construction of the model is like a regular triangle and an inverted triangle combined to form a regular rectangle mathematical model. It will make visual communication design teaching like Mona Lisa so that people linger.

In the context of global energy transformation and environmental protection, talent cultivation in the field of new energy is particularly important. A collaborative education model for labor education in the field of new energy from the perspective of engineering education professional certification, taking the Energy Storage Principles and Technology course as an example, proposes an innovative teaching plan. This study focuses on the core requirements of engineering education professional certification and explores specific practical paths for integrating labor education into professional learning, aiming to enhance students’ practical ability, innovation ability, and social responsibility. By conducting experiments, project-driven learning, and enterprise internships, we aim to strengthen the integration of theory and practice and promote the comprehensive development of student abilities. The research results indicate that this collaborative education model can effectively enhance students' professional skills and engineering literacy and cultivate high-quality talent with more practical experience and innovative abilities in the field of new energy. This study not only has important guiding significance for the education of new energy majors but also provides valuable experience for talent cultivation in other engineering majors.

Enrollments in online courses continue to grow. With this growth has come an increased need for instructors to develop content for their courses using digital technology. To address instructors’ abilities to develop content for a virtual environment, institutions have focused on the most effective and efficient ways to design online courses and programs. However, despite increased focus on the instructional design of online courses, little attention has been given to their visual design. This is problematic because research suggests that the visual design of online courses can improve the student learning experience. Given this problem, additional research is needed to understand the visual design of online courses, including page layout design and the integration of visual media. Three different studies were conducted to address this problem (a.) Study 1 is a literature review that synthesizes the relevant topics in visual communication design to online course development. The study addressed the mechanics of visual design but also external factors that influence visual design thinking. In this chapter, the authors seek to clarify the process of using visual design to improve the online learning experience. The chapter concludes by suggesting strategies that colleges and universities can use to help faculty and instructional designers learn visual design skills through the creation of a design studio. (b.) Study 2 is an exploratory qualitative study that investigates the ways in which educators in higher education apply visual design to their online courses through the design process framework of looking, thinking, doing, and critiquing (LTD+C). Semi-structured interviews were conducted to explore instructor’s use of a visual design process, application of visual design thinking, and perceived barriers in designing online classrooms. Based on the findings of the study, it is suggested that the visual design process in online courses can fit within the LTD+C framework and activities associated with each part of the process should be further explored. (c.) Study 3 is a qualitative content analysis of images used in online courses. The study examined the current use of images in higher-education online classrooms along with the ability of instructors to create, select, and apply images to an online classroom learning management system by exploring well-known frameworks of image taxonomy in online classrooms. Based on the findings of this study it is suggested that the current framework of educational image taxonomy can be elaborated upon and that instructors need better training in appropriately handling using images in online classrooms. The general conclusion promoted in this dissertation is that visual design needs more emphasis within the field of education from both practical applications and research-based studies.

With the continuous development of our country’s modernisation process and the continuous development of education, the education of design talents is getting more and more attention from people, the era of design as a “secondary subject” in schools has ended, modern people have recognised that the world of design is a world of infinite wonders, and that some design experience is an indispensable element for enriching people’s lives, and design is related to the deepest things in human nature. Design is closely related to the deepest part of human nature. As an important part of the design field, visual communication design is not only an education of design techniques as traditionally believed, but also a complex systematic project to develop wisdom. It is not possible to improve one’s design quality with only a little bit of technique. In addition to mastering design technique, we must also be familiar with the development history of design and its development prospect, have the ability to appreciate design and have insight into design, and fully explore one’s own visual thinking, so as to make one’s own design thinking more active. Visual thinking is a novel concept. This ability is inherent in us, and for designers of visual communication design, the cultivation of visual thinking should be richer and more diversified. But to engage in design through this ability requires special training.

Mathematical modelling is an embodiment of the application of mathematics in various fields. Exploring the effect of mathematical modeling on the innovative practical ability of college students is conducive to college students’ understanding of mathematical modeling competitions and colleges’ education on mathematical modeling courses. It can also stimulate the confidence of students majoring in mathematics in their majors. On the basis of clarifying the theoretical basis and basic principles of the evaluation of innovative practical ability, this paper combines the characteristics of current college students to construct a college student’s innovation that includes 5 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators. Practice system. By the Delphi method and improved analytic hierarchy process we can determine the index weights and the weighted average model of fuzzy mathematics to analyze the collected evaluation membership matrix. We also obtain the membership matrix of the impact of mathematical modeling on the innovative practical ability of college students. Using the principle of maximum membership to get the degree of influence , the research results show that the mathematical modeling competition can improve the innovative and practical ability of college students.

The Students Innovation Training Program (SITP) has become an effective method to impel the teaching reform and improve undergraduate’s innovative practical ability in Chinese colleges and universities, which is quite helpful for students to understand the social requirement, to grasp the basic means of scientific research and to improve their innovative practical ability and team work spirit.In this paper, three problems have been analyzed and discussed based on our organizing and instructing experience of SITP in recent years. Firstly, the SITP is a synthetically training project, and it is quite suitable to cultivate the students’ innovative practical ability. Because SITP is similar to the real scientific research activity, and both of them include the steps of project application, solution design, research implementation and project summary etc. By making great efforts to these basic training steps, the undergraduates’ innovative practical ability has been improved systemically. Secondly, a new talents cultivation system has been constructed based on SITP by integrating the subject competitions, graduation design and other conventional training activities, which is quite good to improve the training quality and decrease the total training class hours. Thirdly, a series of long-term effective operation and management guidelines have been established to ensure the SITP work normally, including doing a good job of project evaluation, setting up a reward and punishment system and creating a good atmosphere for innovation.In conclusion, great efforts have been made to enhance undergraduates’ innovative ability, and the research results will provide useful reference for improving the training effects and reforming talents cultivating mode further.

This research examines using visual communication design as a medium for da’wah which is analyzed using Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis on the contents of the punk hijrah community’s Instagram account @punkhijrah. Entering the development of communication and information technology in the current digital era, visual communication design has become an important platform for communicating da’wah messages visually. @punkhijrah is one of the many Instagram accounts that uses visual communication design to publish creative and innovative content. Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis method is used to examine visual communication design in the form of symbols and meanings contained in posts on the Instagram account @punkhijrah. This research was conducted to find out and interpret the meaning of the visual communication design used by @punkhijrah as a propaganda medium with a qualitative approach, then analyzed using Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis method to examine signs as a whole, both regarding content and meaning, seen from three elements, namely typography, illustration, and color. The results of this research show that the visual communication design as a da’wah medium used by @punkhijrah shows that the meaning and understanding of the signs in the content has meaning and an appeal to the public or readers to continuously Istiqomah do good, become a better person, more becomes more vocal about current religious issues, and stay away from evil.
