PrefaceThe 7th Annual International Conference on Material Science and Engineering (ICMSE 2019) was successfully held in Wuhan, Hubei, China, from April 19 to April 20, 2019. The ICMSE2019 is becoming one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of material science and engineering in China. We believe that through keynote speeches by outstanding, internationally recognized scholars, in oral sessions and posters presentations, the Conference has reflected an overview of the latest developments in materials science. The topics of ICMSE 2019 ensured an exchange of scientific information and opinions in a field with impressive dynamics, considering the technological progress, theoretical and practical aspects of the research. This forum provides opportunities for the senior and young researchers, as well as representatives to the academia and industry, to exchange new ideas, to establish research or business relations and to find partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference has constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in this up to date scientific field.This proceeding tends to collect the up-to-date, comprehensive and worldwide state-of-art knowledge on material science and engineering. All of accepted papers were subjected to strict peer-reviewing by 3-5 expert referees. The papers have been selected for this proceedings based on originality, significance, and clarity for the purpose of the conference. The conference program was extremely rich, featuring invited keynote speeches, panel discussions, high-impact oral and poster presentations. The present volume of the IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Sciences participates in the 1st 2022 International Conference on Sustainable Environment, Development, and Energy (CONSER 2022) to be held in Sanur, Denpasar City, Bali, Indonesia on December 5 - 6, 2022. The conference with the theme of “Energy and Sustainable Environment” was organized by the Institut Teknologi Nasional Yogyakarta (ITNY), Indonesia and in cooperation with Naresuan University, Thailand and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Perak Branch, Malaysia as co-organizers.The CONSER 2022 is the first series of conferences that brings together researchers from all over the world to present and discuss the latest research, contribute to sustainable environment, technology and sustainable development and energy resources, and encourage more research cooperation. The will of the authorities, together with the important role of scientists in creating various opportunities is to strengthen the research culture and downstream research outputs, ultimately solving problems in industry and society.The conference technical program includes five keynote speakers, invited speakers, oral, and poster presentations. Session tracks included Urban Studies and Sustainable Environment, Climate Change and Geosciences, Technology and Development, Material Science and Energy. The conference was attended by over 100 scientists and engineers from 20 countries with diverse backgrounds from academia, government, and industry in Asia, Africa, Europe and America. Oral presentations in hybrid format (offline and online) include 84 full papers, 15 abstracts, and 9 posters. All papers presented formed the core of the conference, focusing on the conference theme and providing many opportunities for discussion, ultimately leading to a sustainable environment and energy. Distinguished plenary speakers from five leading experts presented their outstanding research achievements in various areas of Environment and Sustainable Energy. This public lecture was held on the morning of the first day after the opening ceremony. Presentations cover a wide range of conference topics, from disaster management to new materials for energy. The keynote speeches and progress reports on their research build bridges between different subject areas in energy, climate change, economics, and urban development, and provide insight into new areas for non-experts. In addition to the main conference, awards have been given for the best paper, best presenter, and best poster.Papers for this conference have been selected following a rigorous peer review process. All papers were all reviewed by international and national peer reviewers, and a minimum of three reviewers were required to review each full paper. On this occasion, we would like to thank the organizing committee, authors, reviewers, and volunteers for their professionalism, and for always working hard to make the conference a success. Contributions and presentations also make this event a very exciting forum, adding value to learning, discussion and exchange of ideas, and to all speakers and authors meeting and interacting with old and new people from different countries. It is our great pleasure to welcome you to ICN 2015, the 2nd ACM Conference on Information-Centric Networking, held from September 30 to October 2, 2015, in San Francisco, CA, USA! We have worked to put together a strong technical program that would be of interest to researchers, industrial practitioners, and students in the field of Information Centric Networking. The program includes technical research paper presentations, a keynote presentation, as well as two tutorials, technical demonstrations, poster presentations, and a panel discussion. This year, the technical program of ICN attracted 55 submissions. The Program Committee proceeded with a two phase selection process. In the first phase, three members of the program committee reviewed each one of the 55 submissions. We then selected those papers with at least one positive review or with no decidedly negative reviews for a second phase. The 45 papers that went to the second phase then received one or two additional reviews, and based on all the reviews we then selected 38 papers to discuss in the Program Committee meeting, which was held in Prague, Czech Republic in July. At the end of an all-day meeting, the Technical Program Committee selected 19 for publication and presentation at the conference. A subsequent decision resulted in a final program comprising 18 papers. The Technical Program Committee comprised 36 members, including the two TPC Co-Chairs. The TPC members were chosen for their expertise in the field and for their excellent track record on making balanced evaluations and providing thorough feedback to the authors. Just as with the submitted papers, the TPC members also were from all over the world, reflecting the significant wide-spread interest in ICN. We sincerely thank the TPC members for their dedication and hard work in reading and providing detailed feedback on the papers, and we hope the authors of all the papers would appreciate the feedback provided in the reviews to help improve their work. The resulting technical program is arranged over six sessions of paper presentations over the two days of the main conference. It is intended to give authors and attendees a chance to present and discuss new ideas and theoretical as well as experimental results in the general area of Information Centric Networking. The program covers a wide range of research topics, from network architectures, to routing, name resolution, router design and implementation, transport protocols, caching, security, and applications. In addition to the main technical program, the conference includes two tutorial presentations covering important technical features of the CCN and NDN systems, respectively; an open discussion lead by a panel of experts and practitioners on the future prospects for ICN in research, applications, deployments, and also in its economic aspects; a session dedicated to posters and demos intended as a venue to present and discuss compelling initial ideas and other advances in researchand engineering for ICN, including the demonstration of concrete systems, tools, and applications. In conclusion, we worked to assemble a compelling technical program to advance and consolidate knowledge and technology in the area of Information Centric Networking. We also wanted to create a venue to support, foster, and facilitate the exchange of ideas and to grow and strengthen the ICN research community. We hope we succeeded and we hope you enjoy the conference!

The 2023 4th International Conference on Advanced Materials and Intelligent Manufacturing (ICAMIM 2023) was held in Guangzhou, China during December 1st to 3rd, 2023. The series of ICAMIM conference was created with the aim to be an interdisciplinary incubator for the worldwide exchange of information and innovative ideas about the latest research results in the fields of advanced materials and intelligent manufacturing.At ICAMIM 2023, we wished to bring together a broad community of researchers from different branches of the rapidly developing complex science to discuss the fundamental theoretical challenges as well as experimental and applied aspects of many practical problems. The agenda was conducted mainly based on three parts, covering keynote speeches, oral & poster presentations, and academic tour.There were six keynote speeches and many regular oral talks in the morning and afternoon sessions. The topics of keynote speeches cover: a) Scientific Carbon Reduction, Green Development, Manufacturing Industry to Achieve the Goal of “Double Carbon” Efforts; b) ChatGPT with Intelligent Manufacturing System; c) Challenges Facing the Industrialization of Sodium-Ion Batteries; d) Microstructure Control and Application Properties of Ultra-High Strength and Toughness Steels; e) Double Growing Carbon Background Material Base Environmental Functional Materials Development Prospects; f) Current Status and Development of the New Materials Industry in Guangdong. These speeches allowed all the participants to interact with the speakers and people around and get some new insights from each other. An academic discussion part was also held, the topic of which was related to the recent and anticipated future progress in advanced materials and intelligent manufacturing, discussing a variety of questions and opinions important for the understanding of the technology and management methods of the industry itself.The papers submitted to this Conference were carefully reviewed by expert referees, covering topics on: Composites, New feature Materials, Integrated Manufacturing Systems, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Intelligent Mechatronics, etc. We are very grateful to the reviewers for their efficient and thoughtful actions. The 2020 International Conference on Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Mechanical Automation (IoTAIMA 2020) was held in Hangzhou, China at July 10-12, 2020. Although the impact of covid-19, most participants were still highly enthusiastic about participating in this conference. In order to comply with the control and prevention of the pandemic covid-19, IoTAIMA 2020 was adjusted to be held with combining online conference with offline conference to avoid crowd gathering and physical contact. About the offline conference, we held the opening ceremony in the meeting room of Relax Hotel through live video. Due to the impact of the epidemic and travel restrictions, more than 10 participants came to the venue, and the rest of the participants attended the conference via online collaboration tool, Zoom. IoTAIMA 2020 aimed to provided opportunities for the for experts and scholars in the field of Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Mechanical Automation to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including keynote speeches, oral presentations and online Q&A discussion. In the keynote speeches session, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-40 minutes to hold their speeches. We are honored to invite Prof. Zhiqiang Hou, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications as Conference Chair and thanks for Prof. Hou to made amazing keynote speeches about Visual Tracking. And we are glad to invite Prof. Zhezhao Zeng from Changsha University of Science & Technology as keynote speakers to made amazing speeches about PID Cooperative Control. In the oral presentations session, some scholars were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. In the Q&A session, all participants were invited to join in academic groups to discuss and explore the academic issues after the presentations. The discussion session will last 40 minutes.The proceedings collected the latest research and results in the field of Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Mechanical Automation. The topic of this collection is related to robot, artificial intelligence, intelligent control technology, automation technology, material and processing technology and so on. The 2022 8th International Forum on Manufacturing Technology and Engineering Materials (IFEMMT 2022) was successfully held on October 14th-16th, 2022 in Chongqing, China (virtual conference). IFEMMT 2022 brought together academics and experts in the field of Manufacturing Technology and Engineering Materials to a common forum, making it a great platform for people to share views and experiences in related areas.We were honored to have Prof. Xiansheng Ning from Shenyang Ligong University, China to serve as our General Conference Chair. The conference covered keynote speeches, oral presentations, and online Q&A discussion, attracting 150 individuals. Firstly, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. Then in the oral presentations, the excellent papers selected were presented by their authors in sequence.During the conference, five sophisticated professors were invited to make keynote speeches. Among them, Prof. Vijay Kumar Thakur from Scotland’s Rural College delivered a keynote speech on Polymer Nanocomposites as Promising Materials for the Future. Polymer nanocomposites are rapidly emerging as novel materials for a number of advanced engineering applications. The combination of both the polymers and fillers provides enhanced properties depending on the type and nature of polymer matrices as well as fillers. Therefore, this presentation mainly discussed about the work on the synthesis and processing of polymer-based materials for advanced application. Additionally, Assoc. Prof. Xiao Lu from Shenyang Ligong University made a report on Structure Design of Defective Electrocatalysts and Effect of High Magnetic Field on Electrocatalysis Process. The report proposed a method to achieve high efficiency oxygen reduction reaction by regulating the defect structure of carbon materials and metal catalyst materials and put forward the preparation of catalyst materials under strong magnetic field and the influence of strong magnetic field on oxygen evolution reaction and oxygen reduction reaction process. Their excellent presentations had sparked heated discussion in the conference. Moreover, every participant praised this conference for disseminating insightful knowledge.After months of well preparation and hard work, the proceedings of IFEMMT 2022 covering a bunch of papers are smoothly published. This Proceedings presents the written contributions of the participants of 2023 5th International Conference on Energy Systems and Electrical Power (ICESEP 2023) which was held in the form of virtual conference from May 19th to 21st, 2023 in Changsha city, China, supported by Tianjin University, China. This was the fifth version of the annual meetings that began in 2019.The three-day scientific program of the ICESEP 2023 consisted of keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster presentations and academic investigation with the participation of delegates from China, Malaysia, Turkey, India, Iran, among others. It gives us immense pleasure to publish the proceedings of XI Biennial National Conference of Physics Academy of North East in the Journal Physics: Conference Series. The Physics Academy of North - East (PANE) was founded in 1998 to promote physics education, collaborative research and dissemination of scientific knowledge in India’s north-east region. The biennial conference of PANE, which is the Academy’s flag ship event, presents an opportunity for young researchers in physics of the region to disseminate their research findings through oral / poster presentations and interact with experts in their respective fields. It is also an occasion for researchers in physics of the region to meet, share new ideas and experiences and discuss problems in research among themselves. Besides the conferences, PANE organises workshops, lecture series at different institutions of the region and publishes newsletters as part of its activities.The XI edition of the biennial conference was organised by the Department of Physics, Assam University, Diphu Campus from 21st to 23rd November 2018 at Diphu and was sponsored by North Eastern Council (NEC), Government of India; Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). In this XI edition of the biennial conference eight technical sessions covering fields of High Energy Physics, Astrophysics & Cosmology, Plasma, Optics & Photonics, Condensed Matter Physics & Material Science, Atmospheric & Space Physics and Electronics were arranged, each of which had an invited talk followed by 3/4 oral presentations. Apart from the technical sessions there was also a poster session. A special attraction of the XI PANE conference was the Springer Author Workshop with Dr. Akash Chakraborty (Associate Editor, Applied Sciences & Engineering, Springer - a part of Springer Nature) as the resource person. Springer also sponsored awards to the first two best oral and poster presentations. Gift coupons for procurement of Springer books and certificates were presented to the winners. Professor H Nand Kumar Sarma, former Vice Chancellor, Manipur University and Professor Anil Kumar Goswami, former Principal, Cotton College were felicitated for their contribution to the development of physics education and research in the region.The conference keynote address was delivered by Professor Bala Iyer from ICTS-TIFR, Bangalore, India. It was followed by two plenary talks by Professor A. Surjalal Sharma, University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland, USA and Professor Mandar M. Deshmukh, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, India. BipinPal Memorial Oration, which has become an integral part of PANE conferences, was delivered by Professor Pijushpani Bhattacharjee, Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Kolkata, India. In consultation with the technical program committee of AVFOP 2007, we have scheduled a technical program for MWP 2007 that will provide flexibility to the attendees and the guest attendees of both conferences. MWP 2007 will begin with a workshop on photonic integration as enabler of economically-scalable applications of microwave photonics, and proceed with two days of oral and poster sessions. Of the 96 papers, including 11 invited talks, submitted to this year's conference through the website, the committee accepted a total of 65 papers for either oral or poster presentation. The oral presentations have been grouped into sessions that will focus on topics of interest to the microwave photonics community, namely, advances in devices for analog links, radio-over-fiber technology and systems, microwave photonics signal processing, oscillators, optoelectronic integration, microwave photonic techniques for antennas and imaging, and techniques for coherent link and broadband transmission. The organizing committee of MBDAS2021 actively response to the call for epidemic prevention and control and adopt virtual form to conduct this academic conference. The third expert is Prof. Cheng Siong Chin from Newcastle University in Singapore, Singapore. The fourth expert is Prof. Stefano Zedda from Department of Business and Economics, University of Cagliari, Italy. The fifth expert is Prof. T. Due to recent pandemic, 2022 8th International Conference on Applied Materials and Manufacturing Technology (ICAMMT 2022) was held virtually online on April 15th-17th, 2022. The decision to hold the virtual conference was made in compliance with many restrictions and regulations that were imposed by countries around the globe. Such restrictions were made to minimize the risk of people contracting or spreading the COVID-19 through physical contact. There were 160 individuals who attended this online conference, represented many countries.ICAMMT 2022 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Manufacturing Technology and Applied Materials to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in manufacturing technology and engineering materials, and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Manufacturing Technology, Intelligent Manufacturing and Applied Materials and related areas.During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches.In the second part, we invited four professors as our keynote speakers. Prof. Yajun Liu, South China University of Technology, China. His research interest is in the areas of Mechanical system signal testing, analysis, characterization, control and performance optimization. The second keynote speakers, Prof. Honggang Dong, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, China. His research area is Refilled friction stir spot welding of aluminum alloy to galvanized steel sheets. Prof. Weiwei Zhao, Wuhan University of Technology, China. His research area includes Characterization of mechanical and mechanical properties of polymer hydrogels, research and development of biomimetic electroactive hydrogels, and applications of polymer materials in microfluidic devices and biomedicine. Lastly, we were glad to invite Prof. Md. Akhtaruzzaman, Solar Energy Research Institute (SERI) of The National University of Malaysia as our finale keynote speakers. He studied on the design and synthesis of new organic heterocyclic compounds for EL device application. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion in the third session of the conference. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge.The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. Topics include but are not limited to the following areas: New Materials and Advanced Materials, Advanced Design Technology, Manufacturing Systems and Automation and other related topics. It was a great pleasure to welcome all the participants from different countries to the 2021 International Conference on Electronic Materials and Information Engineering (EMIE 2021), which was successfully held during April 09-11, 2021 in Xi´an, China. EMIE 2021 provides an enabling platform for Electronic Materials and Information Engineering experts to exchange new ideas and present research results. This conference also promotes the establishing of business or research relations among global partners for future collaboration. He had outstanding research in intelligent photonics, optical communications and networking, optical interconnect, detection, imaging and display technology, integrated photonics, free-space and fiber optics and other related area. Prof. Xiaoming Zhang, our finale keynote speaker, from Hebei University of Technology. His research area: Topological theory; Electronic materials; 2D materials.The participants of the conference were from most part of the world, with background of either academia or industry, even well-known enterprise.
