대학생의 미디어 리터러시가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 - 진로태도성숙의 매개효과

This study aims to show what influence a career group counseling program has on the career attitude maturity in female college students and their career preparation behavior. As a result of the study, it was discovered that there was a statistically significant difference in determinacy and readiness in the sub-areas of career attitude maturity while there was no significant difference in reality. Also, there was a statistically significant difference in exploration and preparatory behavior in sub-areas of the career preparation behavior. Such results indicate that the career group counseling program had a significant influence in the career attitude maturity and their career preparation behavior. Therefore, this study suggests that to enhance the career attitude maturity in female college students and their career preparation behavior, further organized research on career group counseling programs is needed and its utilization should be increased.

Objectives The effect of emotional intelligence on career preparation behavior of university students majoring in culinary arts was investigated, and the mediating effect of career resilience in the relationship between emotional intelligence and career preparation behavior was verified. Methods SPSS/WIN 22.0 program was used. Reliability analysis was performed to verify the validity and reliability of the measurement items. In addition, to verify the mutual causal relationship between the constructs, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted, as well as multiple regression analysis and mediation effect analysis. Results Self-emotional understanding and emotion regulation, which are sub-areas of emotional intelligence, were found to have a significant impact on self-trust, independence, and relationships, which are sub-elements of career resilience. In terms of the influence of emotional intelligence on career preparation behavior, understanding of others' emotions and understanding of one's own emotions were found to have a significant impact on career preparation behavior. In terms of the influence relationship between career elasticity and career preparation behavior, it was found that self-reliance in career elasticity had a significant impact on career preparation behavior. Conclusions It was found that the emotional intelligence and career resilience of college students majoring in culinary arts, based on their understanding of their own emotions and the emotions of others, can increase their career preparation behavior. Therefore, because self-emotion understanding and emotion regulation of emotional intelligence have a significant impact on career resilience, universities also need education and learning on self-emotion understanding and emotion regulation among college students. By increasing independence through career resilience, students can prepare for their careers. We need to provide opportunities to get a job at a company of our choice through lowering worries and taking career preparation actions for the future.

Purpose: This study was done to determine the correlations among grit, social support, career barriers, and career preparation behavior in mature age nursing students, and identify factors influencing their career preparation behavior.Methods: This cross-sectional, descriptive study included 106 undergraduate nursing students aged 25 years or older at the time of entering three universities in Korea. Grit, social support, career barriers, and career preparation behavior were investigated using structured questionnaires. Data analyses included descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis and were performed with the SAS program (version 9.4).Results: The factors influencing career preparation behavior of mature age nursing students included: persistence of efforts (β=.35, p<.001) and consistency of interests (β=-.21, p=.011) under the sub-domains of grit; informational support (β=.29, p<.001) under the sub-domains of social support; lack of job information (β=-.36, p<.001) and anxiety about the future(β=.28, p=.008) under the sub-domains of career barriers. These variables accounted for approximately 42% of the variance in career preparation behavior.Conclusion: The findings imply that in order to improve the career preparation behavior and lower the career barriers of mature age nursing students, their individual cognitive and psychological characteristics should be considered while providing diverse job information as part of career guidance.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of reality therapy group art therapy using reality ther-apy on improving career attitude maturity and self-identity of general high school students.
 Methods To this end, a group art therapy program using real-life therapy WDEP was conducted once a week for a total of 90 minutes from April to July 2022 for six first and second graders at S-gu High School in Seoul who vol-untarily participated in this program. The results of analyzing changes in group art therapy at each stage of WDEP through qualitative changes based on institutional reports and interview data, session evaluation and observation logs, career attitude maturity and Korean self-identity scales are as follows.
 Results First, career attitude maturity was improved through the process of realizing what the participants really want and connecting them to actions. Second, participants took the lead in setting goals for the future in relation to their careers, improving their sense of self-identity.
 Conclusions Through this study, it was possible to improve career attitude maturity through career-oriented sub-jective activities for each session, and it was confirmed that self-identity is an important factor in career attitude maturity through the process of redefining self-identity. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic clinical data for reality therapy and group art therapy to improve adolescents' career attitude maturity and self-identity. Purpose: This study examines the relationships between academic self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and career attitude maturity among nursing students. The study further explored the mediating effect of major satisfaction on the relationship between academic self-efficacy and career attitude maturity. Methods: Data were collected via questionnaires from 239 nursing students in D city and P city from March 1 to March 30, 2012. Pearson`s correlation and multiple regression analyses were used to assess the relationships between the variables. Results: 1. The mean scores for academic self-efficacy, career attitude maturity, and major satisfaction were 3.81, 3.67, and 3.89, respectively. 2. Academic self-efficacy was positively correlated with major satisfaction and career attitude maturity. 3. Major satisfaction had a mediating effect on the relationship between academic self-efficacy and career attitude maturity. Conclusion: Academic self-efficacy is expected to serve as a foundation for the promotion of career attitude maturity.

Career within one’s life is an important development task that can determine the appearances and direction of one’s life. It is also one of the important tasks that need to be undertaken during one’s teenage years when one is going through a transitional period. As such, this study was conducted in an attempt to identify the variables of resilience that enables successful adjustment, overcoming of life’s challenges and crises, and spirituality that enables internalization of one’s values. By identifying these variables, the study seeks to understand the effect they have on career attitude maturity which, in turn, enables the teenager to realize her potential to the fullest. The findings of the study were as follows. The mean for teenagers’ spirituality, resilience and career attitude maturity measured on a five point scale were, respectively, 3.69±0.46, 3.59±0.43, and 3.87±0.52. There was a significant correlation between spirituality and resilience (r=0.679,p<.001), between spirituality and career attitude maturity(r=0.538, p<0.001), and between resilience and career attitude maturity (r=0.615, p<0.001). Factors that affected career attitude maturity were resilience and spirituality and in that order, with an explanatory power of 39%. In conclusion, spirituality and resilience can be seen as important variables required for teenagers to proactively and creatively develop one’s life when one is researching for future careers. Therefore, a mediating program that can help these teenagers to improve their spirituality and resilience needs to be developed.Keywords: Career Attitude Maturity, High School Students, Resilience, Spirituality

This study empirically examined the effects of high school prior learning experience on the career decision-making process of undergraduate students majoring in IT-related fields by analyzing the relationships among prior learning experience, academic achievement, career decision self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior. The results indicated that prior learning experience did not have a statistically significant effect on academic achievement at the university level, whereas academic achievement showed significant positive effects on both career decision self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. In particular, academic achievement exerted a positive and moderate influence on career preparation behavior (β = .322), indicating that higher academic performance was associated with greater engagement in career-related actions. These findings suggest that academic achievement developed during the university period plays a crucial role in enhancing students’ confidence in their major-related competencies and promoting career preparation activities, underscoring the importance of university-level learning experiences in career development.

Objectives This study examines the relationship between parental rearing attitude, peer relationship, career attitude maturity, and subjective well-being, perceived by middle school students and verified the mediating effect of peer relationship and career attitude maturity. Methods For this purpose, from May to June 2020, 478 middle school students (229 males, 249 females) enrolled in middle schools located in Seoul were surveyed. Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were performed on the collected data, and multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the mediating effects of peer relationship and career attitude maturation, and the significance of mediating effects was verified through the Sobel test. Results There was a significant correlation between parent-rearing attitude, peer relationship, career attitude maturity, and subjective well-being. Also, the positive peer relationship showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between parents' autonomous and achievement-pressured parenting attitude and subjective well-being. Negative peer relationships showed parents' receptive, autonomous, achievement-pressured parenting attitudes and partial mediating effects. In addition, career attitude maturation showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between parenting attitude and subjective well-being. Conclusions The results of this study indicated that In order to improve the subjective well-being of middle school students, it is interpreted as showing that parenting attitude, peer relationship, and career attitude and maturity are important variables. The implications of this results were discussed and the limitations and future directions of this study were suggested.

The purpose of this study is twofold: to investigate the role of career motivation as a mediator in the relationship between core competencies and career behavior; and to gain a better understanding on career education in university. Data was collected from 230 university students enrolled at K University. SPSS 26.0 was used to examine the correlation between each variable, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effect of core competencies on career preparation behavior. The Baron and Kenny method (specifically, three-stage mediating regression analysis) was conducted to verify the mediating effect of career motivation. Model 4 (among the models presented in PROCESS Macro 4.0) was further used to confirm the significance of the indirect effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that core competencies had a significant positive effect on career preparation behavior. The mediating effect of career motivation is significant in the relationship between core competencies and career preparation behaviors. Results are discussed along with implications of the present study and suggestions for the effective career support for university students.

This study is to examine the structural relationship between career barrier, career adaptability and career preparation behavior in the COVID-19 situation. During the survey period, a total of 290 students were asked to participate in the online survey, and the actual collected questionnaire was 284. The survey was conducted mainly on students majoring in aviation service students.BR The results of the study are as follows. first, career barrier which includes lack of self-clearance had negative influence on career adaptability. Second, career barrier had partial negative influence on career preparation behavior which includes tooling activities, information gathering activities. Third, career adaptability had positive influence on career preparation behavior which includes tooling activities, information gathering activities, practical efforts. Fourth, career adaptability was verified as effective on mediating between career barrier and career preparation behavior. What is noteworthy in the results of this study is that career adaptability acts as important variable between career barrier and career preparation behavior.

This study primarily analyzes the impact of career decision self-efficacy and career preparation behavior on career adaptation, discussing the mediating role of career preparation behavior among 522 college students. The results show significant positive correlations among career decision self-efficacy, career preparation behavior, and career adaptation. Career decision self-efficacy significantly positively influences career preparation behavior, with the sub-factors of influence in descending order being problem-solving, future planning, and goal-setting. Self-evaluation and career information do not have a significant impact on career decision self-efficacy. Career decision self-efficacy also has a significant positive effect on career adaptation, with future planning and problem-solving having the highest influence. Self-evaluation, career information, and goal-setting do not significantly impact career adaptation. Career preparation behavior has a significant positive effect on career adaptation, with the sub-factors in descending order being information gathering behavior, goal achievement behavior, and tool preparation behavior. In the mediation test, career preparation behavior partially mediates the effects, mainly through problem-solving and future planning influencing information gathering and goal achievement behaviors, thereby enhancing students' interest in careers, self-behavioral control, curiosity about future developments, and confidence. Thus, problem-solving and future planning in career decision self-efficacy are critical for enhancing students' career adaptation and achieving high-quality employment.

Purpose : This study was designed to examine the effects of self-esteem and adjustment to college life on career preparation behavior in 209 paramedic students attending two colleges in G Metropolitan City and provide the basic materials of career development program. Methods : Data were collected from Sep. 7 to 12, 2011 and SEI Form B made by Coopersmith, adjustment to college life by Baker and Siryk, and career preparation behavior by Kim were adopted and revised. Results : There was significant difference in self-esteem and adjustment to college life between gender, but there was no difference in career preparation behavior. Self-esteem and career preparation behavior were graders difference, but there was no in adjustment to college life. There were positive correlations between self-esteem and adjustment to college life. The most significant influence on career preparation behavior of paramedic students was academic adjustment, followed the social and emotional adjustment. Conclusion : For the effective career preparation behaviors, career guidance methods and programs that induce academic, social and emotional adjustment to be available in adjustment to college life of gender and grade.

This study aimed to determine the effects of simulation-based practical training on nursing students' self-leadership, career preparation behaviors, and career identity.This was a quasiexperimental study with a single group, pre-test, and post-test design.The participants were 77 fourthgrade nursing students in G province who took the simulation practice course.Data were collected using self-report questionnaires before and after the simulation practice from March 2, 2024, to June 10, 2024.The simulation practice education involved 90 hours of training, using three practical modules with 2 hours per module each week.The modules were "Management and nursing of chest pain in patients with ischemic heart disease and patients with cardiac arrest," "Nursing of delivery patients," and "Nursing of the oncology patient."The collected data were analyzed using paired t-tests.The results showed statistically significant improvements in self-leadership (t=-4.131,p=.000), career preparation behaviors (t=-4.319,p=.000), and career identity (t=-2.978,p=.004) after the simulation practice education.This study is the first in Korea to explore the effects of simulation practice education on selfleadership, career preparation behaviors, and career identity.These findings suggest that simulation practice education effectively enhances self-leadership, career preparation behaviors, and identity.It is recommended that scenarios be developed to improve career preparation behaviors and career identity for nursing students and applied to simulation practice education.

본 연구는 고교생들의 근로경험 유형--근로경험 없음, 긍정적 근로경험, 부정적 근로경험--에 따라 진로역량과 진로준비행동에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고, 근로경험 유형과 성별 간에 진로역량 및 진로준비행동에의 상호작용효과가 있는지 알아본다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원의 "2009년 청소년 진로 직업 실태조사" 자료로부터 3,499명 고등학생들의 근로경험과 진로 관련 자료들을 사용하여 이원 다변량분산분석(two-way MANOVA)을 실행하였다. 전반적으로 여학생이 남학생보다 진로역량과 진로준비행동에 있어 높은 수준을 보인 가운데 여학생의 경우 남학생보다 부정적 근로경험의 역효과가 더 큰 것을 알 수 있었다. 진로역량과 진로준비행동에서 근로경험 유형과 성별의 상호작용 효과가 존재하였으며, 여학생에게 있어 근로경험 자체보다는 부정적 근로경험이 진로역량 및 진로준비행동과 부정적인 관련성이 있음을 암시하였다. 남학생의 경우, 근로경험이 진로역량 및 진로준비행동과 긍정적인 영향과 관계가 있음을 시사하는 결과를 보여 주었다. 특히 자기이해 역량과 확장된 진로준비행동에 있어서는 남학생의 부정적 근로경험이 도움이 될 수 있음을 암시하였다. The purposes of this study were 1) to explore the differences in career competency and career preparation behavior in accordance with high school students' work experience types and 2) to examine the interaction effects between work experience type and sex or work experience type and grades. Three work experience types were classified as no work experience, positive work experience, and negative work experience. The study used the data from "2009 Youth Career? Occupation Survey" conducted in the National Youth Policy Institute. For the statistical analysis, two-way MANOVA was employed. The results indicated that female students had higher levels of career competency and career preparation than male students. Also, female students showed higher negative effects of negative work experience compared to male students. The analysis confirmed the interaction effects between work experience types and sex. Female students showed the higher negative effects of negative work experience than no work experience, whereas work experience, whether or not it is negative, was helpful for male students in career competency and career preparation behavior.

Objective: This study attempted to investigate the structural relationship between positive parenting attitude, career decision motivation, career maturity, and career preparation behavior for high school students. Methods: To this end, a survey was conducted on 379 high school students (270 boys and 109 girls) in K city in Gyeongsangnam-do, and SPSS 20.0 and Amos 22.0 were used for data analysis. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, positive parenting attitude, career decision motivation, career maturity, and career preparation behavior, positive parenting attitude had a positive significant effect on career decision motivation and career maturity, but did not have a significant effect on career preparation behavior. In addition, career decision-making motivation and career maturity had a positive and significant effect on career preparation behavior. Second, positive parenting attitude and career preparation behavior, the significant mediating effect of career decision motivation and career maturity was confirmed. Conclusions: This study is significant in that it confirmed that parents’ positive parenting attitude influences career adaptation.
